We book two room, one deluxe room. The room is very big and air cond is super good. Toilet is clean too. Another room We upgrade it to suite room with bathtub by paying extra rm 20 per day. First day the air cond is not working and is so hot until we request to change room to another room. Beside aircond, the room is spacious and toilet is clean n big

Affordable new hotel in permas jaya, near to mount austin as well.
Other than the check in which took awhile as the receptionist was not around for quite a long time, the rest were ok.
Comfortable bed, convenient and there is food downstairs, free parking as long as you let the receptionist know your car plate number. No fridge in room, have toiletries and coffee.

It is definitely not the most comfortable stay but can’t complain much for the cost of it. Hotel staff don’t really have any service skills, they make you wait while completing their own task. Speaks like a robot. Bedroom is alright. Mattress is very hard. Room have no sound proof. You can hear motor bikes and people talking.

we reached the hotel around 150pm when the check in was 2pm. finished checking in at about 155pm and was told to wait because our room wasn't done turning over yet. we waited 20 mins before my (super sleepy) boyfriend had to walk over the receptionist to ask whether we can go up yet to which they said yes.
went up, and one look in the room and i was FUMING. we only managed to come in 25 minutes after checking but the turnover wasn't even done properly???? what were they doing in that 25 minutes? i have no idea.
— towels were EXTREMELY dirty. i cldnt dry myself after showering and had to come out dripping water.
— given two shampoo instead of shampoo & body wash.
— the bedsheet was dirty, and had stains.
— the pillows were not placed properly when we entered.
not recommended. would not come back again.

Overall is Good, but I hope they fix the water pressure for the rain shower and is time to change the bath towel (with holes)
For everyone info, They will charge RM20 per hour for early check in 😞😞
