the room was clean.the aircond is good.we didnt see much the t.v but it was working fine.the bed was comfortable.but if extra pillow would be better as they only provided 2 pillow.the reception was polite and helpful.the location very near 2 min away from Alor Setar Mall.from city centre a bit away maybe 10minutes but it is o.k as we rent a car.it was quiet at night so you can get a peaceful sleep.there is iron outside the room.the wifi is o.k but not too strong.the room quite small for 2 person but o.k for us as we only sleep for a night.overall is good and sure we can repeat the hotel if come again to Alor Setar.

We had a wonderful stay at Star City Hotel for Hari Raya! As always, we look forward to staying here whenever we visit our hometown. The hotel is comfortable, convenient, and the staff are friendly. This time, our studio was very close to the air-conditioning compressor, which was quite loud – as a light sleeper, it made sleeping a bit difficult. We did request a room change, but due to the busy Raya period, no rooms were available, which we completely understand. Overall, still a great experience and we will definitely return!

La habitación era limpia y cómoda, y todo el personal era amigable, profesional y muy útil. Todo hizo que mi estancia fuera agradable, y definitivamente volveré y me quedaré aquí otra vez.

In particular, there is a fantastic restaurant within walking distance that serves delicious food. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Bien por el precio, gran habitación, pero antiguas instalaciones. La habitación tenía un poco de pelo cuando llegué. En el interior tiene un centro deportivo que incluye una piscina que puedes usar, pero tienes que usar un sombrero de baño, que puedes alquilar allí por 3 ringgit.

คือตอนแรกเรามาalor setar วันเดย์ทริป ไม่ได้ตั้งใจมาค้างรร. เราไม่ทันกลับ เลยจองในtrip วันที่เรามาอยู่ในช่วงเทศกาลรายอ คนเยอะมากตอนที่เราจอง เห็น รร.นี้ราคาโอเค แต่ไม่ได้ดูว่าเช็คอินด้วยตัวเอง ตอนนั้นประมานจะเข้าช่วงค่ำเหนื่อยมาก เพราะนั่งรถเมล์มาลงที่รร. สิ่งแรกตอนนั้นเราตกใจมาก คือเช็คอินเอง แล้วคือเราคนไทย ที่พอพูดภาษามลายูได้นิดหน่อย ตอนนั้นรู้สึกงานเข้า จองแล้วจะเข้าพักยัง ปวดท้องฉี่ด้วย เลยเดินไปถามร้านสะดวกซื้อว่ามีห้องน้ำที่คลินีก รอดมาได้ แล้วกลับมาเช็คอินใหม่ แต่ก็ไม่ได้ ลองโทรไปก็ไม่มีใครรับสายเอง โชคดีที่มีคนมาเลเชื้อสายจีนมาช่วยให้เรา เค้าช่วยติดต่อให้เราจึงได้เข้าห้องพัก ถ้าไม่ได้คนมาเลนั้นจะเข้ายังไง ตังก็จ่ายแล้ว พอเข้าไปแล้ว มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกไม่เยอะ มีแอร์ ทีวี น้ำ2ขวด ทิชชู ผ้าเช็คตัว ห้องสะอาดนะ แต่ก็มีเสียงรบกวนบ้าง ตอนเช็คเอาส์ดีนะที่เราส่งข้อความว่าจะขอเช็คอินสายหน่อย กลัวไม่ทันออกตอนเที่ยง สุดท้ายก็ลองโทรหาถึงได้เงินมัดจำคืน50เหรียญ ที่นี่จะมีภาษีนักท่องเที่ยว10เหรียญ สิ่งที่เราอยากแนะนำโรงแรมนะ 1.ถ้าคุณเป็นบริการเช็คอินด้วยตัวเอง คุณควรบอกที่หน้าปกของtripว่าเช็คอินเอง เพราะบางทีลูกค้าไม่ได้อ่าน หรือก่อนกดยืนยันว่ามีเช็คอินเอง 2.ในเมื่อเช็คอินเอง ควรตามราคาไม่แพง เราไปปีนังเมื่อปีที่แล้ว มีพนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก แค่ส่งpassport ก็เช็คอินได้เลย เร็วด้วย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกยังเยอะกว่า ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเยอะกว่า ราคายังถูกกว่าเลย 3.ตรงตู้เช็คอิน ควรมีภาษาอื่นด้วย ที่ไม่ใช่แค่ภาษาอังกฤษ มาเล จีน ควรมีประเทศไทยด้วย เพราะประเทศไทยใกล้กับมาเลเซีย 4.ควรมีปุ๋มกดฉุกเฉินเวลา ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ ว่าควรรอกี่นาที และแนะนำควรมีห้องน้ำบริการให้ลูกค้าด้วย 5.ควรมีป้ายแนะนำก็ารเช็คอินเป็นขั้นตอน1234 ปล.สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว โรงแรมคืองานบริการ ควรมีพนักงานอย่างน้อย1คน ดูแล เพื่อว่ามีเหตุฉุกเฉินต้องการความช่วยเหลือ เรารู้ค่ะว่า โรงแรมต้องการประหยัดค่าพนักงาน จึงต้องลดส่วนนี้ แต่ยังไงสำหรับรร.คืองานบริการ ความปลอดภัย สำหรับเรา เราขอบคุณเหตุการณ์ครั้งนี้ ทำให้เราจะฝึกภาษาเพิ่มเติม ไม่ใช่ภาษาพูด แต่เป็นภาษาอ่าน เพราะโลกมันเปลี่ยนแปลง แต่ยังไงการมีพนักงานก็อุ่นใจดี
