Hoteles en Rangún con aparcamiento

El personal de Myanmar está muy bien informado y le agradezco su excelente servicio y atención a los detalles. En particular, me encanta la vista de Shwedagon Pagoda desde mi habitación. Advertencia: Principales barreras lingüísticas y problemas de fumar en este nuevo hotel El hotel es un hotel recién construido, pero me sorprendió la falta de conocimientos en inglés en un establecimiento 5-star en Yangon. Irónicamente, el técnico informático era la única persona que entendía un poco de inglés, que era el único factor de redención en relación con la comunicación. Principales cuestiones para los viajeros internacionales: Barrera lingüística: No espere usar el inglés con la recepción; es principalmente un entorno de habla mandarina. Reglamentación del fumador: A pesar de las señales ”No fumar” en el salón del lobby, los huéspedes fumaban abiertamente en las mesas de café. Me sentía como si estuviera en China en lugar de Myanmar. Comida: El desayuno buffet es estrictamente chino. Condiciones de la habitación: Mi habitación tenía un olor persistente de humo y estaba llena de mosquitos.

The hotel is clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is decent and since the breakfast hall is on the top floor, the view is nice. Location is good with convenience shop and a small mall within reasonable walking distance. Highly recommended for those looking for a place with value for money.

During check-in, there seemed to be a problem with the key card, which caused the check-in process to take a long time. After checking in, everything seemed normal, but eventually the key card didn't work. I don't understand why the staff didn't inform guests about the system malfunction. I couldn't access my room and had to go back to inform the staff, which meant they had to escort me to my room. The staff should have informed me from the beginning.

It is located in embassy area and not far from the main road. The courtesy of clerks, the design and the ambience are pretty nice. The room is also spacious and the bed quality is good. But the biggest problem is there were so many mosquitos and I couldn't protect myself from their bloodhunt even with mosquito curtain as it has big holes and broken parts everywhere and everytime I go to wash my hands mosquitos were targeting me. The room itself is not airtight and small flies are coming in from nowhere, especially toilet and the entrance door. When I first entered the room, the central window was wide open without sash and the hotel has no will to eliminate mosquitos in the room.

El personal de recepción fue muy grosero: no me miraban a los ojos, tenían caras inexpresivas y una actitud poco servicial. No hay servicio de habitaciones por la mañana. Pedí que me enviaran una botella de agua a la habitación a las 8:30, pero me dijeron que el servicio solo empieza después de las 11 y que debía ir a comprar agua a la tienda.

Chatruim Lake View Hotel was a superb experience - I stayed here twice for about 8 days in total. The process from Check in to check out was second to none. We loved the hotel grounds, big rooms with a lake view, the breakfast was great too with a good selection of food.  The service from the bellboy to reception I can't really complain as they responded to all our requests. We checked out early for a flight to Mandalay and they provided us with a packed lunch. The pool facilities were great - alhough I think the water needs a bit of chlorine for cleaning as it was a bit musky - The hotel was nice and quiet with not too many guest, but service was still there. I'd like to mention the receptionist who is always smiling and so kind and welcoming and listening to our travel stories and requests - La Min and Mr Simon were so helpful, but I can't remember the other names. One thing to note- if you don't have a car, then it's not that central to the center of the city, however, you can easily take a Grab to Shwedagon Pagoda or the center, you can also walk to Kandagwyi Lake Graden and enjoy the sunset - which is only a 15 min walk and there is a mall there, too with a great supermarket. If you need to change money - the hotel recommended 126 Grocery Store - great rates no passport needed just new crisp USD notes. It's near Myanmar Plaza. I will definitely stay there again. We stayed in the Lake View but if you prefer the morning sun on your balcony then you can take the Pagoda view.  There is a presendential suite if you have the cash which I was told has a good overall top floor view. I hope you enjoy your stay. This was definitely much better than the Chatruim in Bangkok

Perfecta estancia y aún mejor desayuno gigante. La habitación grande y espaciosa. La gente en recepción dispuesta a ayudar. Incluso me reservaron el bus pues no había manera de hacerlo con tarjeta visa normal. Gracias

Отель простенький, но расположение классное, очень колоритный район, много всего интересного, главные достопримечательности находятся рядом! Пребывание в отеле понравилось, хороший вид из окна на центральный проспект, персонал очень вежлив.
