La ubicación es también buena y segura, muy cerca de la Plaza Sule, la Oficina de Posta General y la Embajada Británica. En la terraza puede ver la vista del río.

NNyi 2”My early check-in was handled smoothly by the lobby staff, who were consistently cheerful and helpful. Having stayed here five times, I can confidently say the service is superb. A major highlight is the breakfast, which I find exceptional because of the delicious local food options. Furthermore, the staff makes arranging Grab taxis very convenient. I consider this, overall, to be the best hotel experience in Yangon.”

UUsuario invitadoEverything was excellent, especially the staff. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.
However, I did experience some disappointment regarding the Level Club upgrade. During check-in, the front desk staff strongly encouraged me to upgrade to a Level Club room for an additional USD 40 per day. I was informed that the Level Club was open until 11:00 PM. However, when I visited the Level Club on Level 24, I was told that snacks and drinks were only available until 8:30 PM. After that time, drinks had to be purchased à la carte. I ended up paying USD 6.80 for two cans of Coke.
This was quite different from other hotel club privileges I have experienced, where lounges typically operate until midnight and offer complimentary drinks throughout the opening hours without additional charges.
The most disappointing experience occurred the following day when I returned to the Level Club and found it completely empty with no staff present. After calling reception, I was informed that the lounge was closed and that I could instead collect snacks from the Level 1 Lounge, which is located in a public area. There was no prior notice given to club guests about this change, and I only found out after making the call.
In total, I spent USD 126.80 on the upgrade but was unable to fully enjoy the exclusive privacy and all-inclusive food and beverage benefits that were expected. Unfortunately, this made the upgrade feel not worthwhile. In the future, I would not choose to upgrade again under similar circumstances. I sincerely hope Melia ensures that facilities are fully available before promoting such upgrades to guests.
Aside from this issue, the rest of my stay was excellent. The staff’s welcoming demeanor, professionalism, and overall service standards were truly commendable.

UUsuario invitadoIt is not quite easy to put a fair review for this hotel. At a very first glance, with the ongoing political unrest in Myanmar, the effort to reopen the hotel and rehire all the staff deserve a great compliment.
Nonetheless, the shortfall in service and amenities should not be compromised with the situation and some area such as cleanliness should not fall short especially when the hotel priced themselves at the highest in the city.
The management should really consider to focus on guests service and sincere hospitality and that they can have customers who are willing to pay at any price rather that worked any way possible to cut the cost and let the staff to deal with insufficient amenities and services.

IIsfp-Solo TravelerTodo estuvo bien👌👌👌😍💙… El único inconveniente fue que podías sentir pereza de salir o hacer turismo porque la habitación del hotel era muy cómoda y hacía muchísimo calor afuera😅 —- Podías quedarte en tu habitación, disfrutar de la vista, darte un baño o disfrutar de un día de spa…
El desayuno buffet tenía muchas opciones, e incluso cambiaban algunos platos al día siguiente. Mi favorito fue la sauna; estaba realmente buena. También me encantó la ducha caliente, ya que no se enfrió ni siquiera después de estar encendida mucho tiempo😍
Los masajes fueron geniales y los precios razonables… El personal fue muy servicial y amable… Hubo cortes de luz ocasionales, pero solo duraron unos segundos, ya que la luz de emergencia del hotel se encendió enseguida…
+ Aunque está un poco lejos de los lugares turísticos, puedes tomar un Grab; es económico y la mejor opción, ya que hace mucho calor durante el día…

AAnonymous Guest UserIt is located in embassy area and not far from the main road. The courtesy of clerks, the design and the ambience are pretty nice. The room is also spacious and the bed quality is good. But the biggest problem is there were so many mosquitos and I couldn't protect myself from their bloodhunt even with mosquito curtain as it has big holes and broken parts everywhere and everytime I go to wash my hands mosquitos were targeting me. The room itself is not airtight and small flies are coming in from nowhere, especially toilet and the entrance door. When I first entered the room, the central window was wide open without sash and the hotel has no will to eliminate mosquitos in the room.

I stayed here for only one day as I extended my trip by a day. Don’t expect too much from the amenities, as the hotel is half the price of others with similar facilities—which is why it’s a good option😊
The breakfast buffet had limited options but was still decent —- They have a section where you can ask a staff member to cook an egg/omelet for you, but I didn’t explore the other options (breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which is great if you have early morning plans, as it gets really hot once the sun rises during this month)….
The hotel has a gym, sauna, and pool. The room includes a TV, kettle, hairdryer, toiletries, and complimentary water and coffee…..
The only downside was that hot water is not available 24 hours during my stay…. According to the receptionist, hot water is available only during specific hours to adhere to electricity conservation, if I’m not mistaken.. (if I’m not mistaken, starting from 9 AM, but I’m not sure until when) as they have I only realized this when I was about to shower around 8:30 PM and found that only cold water was available. I called the receptionist, and they sent housekeeping to assist…. I’m not sure if it’s a temporary thing only so if you’re concern with this, you can message them first…
It’s still a good place to stay, even if it’s a bit far from the tourist spots, as Grab is available at a very reasonable price for getting to the places you want to visit.

UUsuario invitadoI booked a premier double room with city view Queen size bed via Trip.com The room I booked had a balcony, but when I checked in, it turned out that the room I got did not have a balcony, so I complained to the staff. The staff were happy to upgrade me to a room with a balcony. They were very enthusiastic. I really like the room. The room is spacious and comfortable. The price is not as expensive as you think. The hotel is located near Kandawgyi Lake. You can walk to Kandawgyi park for exercise or relax. However, there is no safe in the room. For those visiting Yangon, I recommend staying at this hotel.
