El hotel de lujo - estilo de resort grande piscina, gran desayuno, espaciosas habitaciones. Ah, por cierto. Es difícil encontrar algunos restaurantes cerca - prepararse para un taxi para cualquier caso. Pero tienen 24 horas de tienda conveniente en el primer piso. Y - muy extraño para el hotel de este nivel - hubo una situación con exec salón. Eso estaba en mi reserva pero no me dan acceso: ”Fue un error en la descripción de la habitación”. Y no tienen autobús de navegación local (sí, hay un error en el sitio del hotel).

Warning: Major language barriers and smoking issues at this new hotel While this is a newly built hotel, I was shocked by the lack of English proficiency at a 5-star establishment in Yangon. The front desk staff spoke only Mandarin and Burnmese. Ironically, the IT technician was the only person who understood a bit of English, which was the only redeeming factor regarding communication. Key issues for international travelers: Language Barrier: Do not expect to use English with the reception; it is primarily a Mandarin-speaking environment. Smoking Regulation: Despite ”No Smoking” signs in the lobby lounge, guests were smoking openly on the coffee tables. I also encountered guests smoking in the hallways and elevator lobbies on the guest floors. It felt as though I was in China rather than Myanmar. Dining: The breakfast buffet is strictly Chinese-style. There were no Burmese food or drink options available at all. Room Condition: My room had a persistent smell of smoke and was full of mosquitoes. This is likely because housekeeping leaves the doors wide open during cleaning.

The hotel was very comfortable and made me feel safe and sound as well , food was delicious and their wine collection are great . Will surely return to this hotel in coming visits. Every staffs are so welcoming and warm to everyone .

Nice and clean place to stay . With rooftop bar its perfect for night view in the yangon city . U can see the hlaing river view and port and of course sunset is perfect

El personal de recepción fue muy grosero: no me miraban a los ojos, tenían caras inexpresivas y una actitud poco servicial. No hay servicio de habitaciones por la mañana. Pedí que me enviaran una botella de agua a la habitación a las 8:30, pero me dijeron que el servicio solo empieza después de las 11 y que debía ir a comprar agua a la tienda.

環境很好，在湖邊，空氣清新，各種設施齊全。服務也很好，衞生不錯。設施可能由於酒店時間長的原因有點老舊了。總之非常滿意，下次還會入住。

I upgraded the room to one bedroom and it was pleasure to stay for 5 nights as solo. Very comfortable stay with nice location and greenery around area. Foods and restaurants are nearby. Hotel restaurant also have plenty of foods to order till 10PM.

The reception staff was extremely helpful, from guiding me around the city to any other requests I had I was unwell on my last days in Yangon and the staff helped me with a late checkout I appreciate all their help and assistance and extremely good service The hotel is in the middle of china town and lots of shops and hawkers for food and fresh fruit are around Hotel is walking distance to downtown and sule pagoda
