One of the best hotels in Southeast Asia. I come here every time i visit yangon. Everything is great about this hotel. The interior design is 7 star. The service and amazing ala minute breakfast 6 star. The dispensable amenities are 5 star. Everything is good. Dev raj and his team of well trained professionals will ensure you a comfortable stay.

En Chen, siempre he sido muy evaluado para este hotel. El hotel chino vive aquí tres veces consecutivas a Chen. Instalaciones: todo tipo de equipos Higiene: la higiene en la habitación también es muy buena Ambiente: el entorno del hotel también es muy cómodo Servicio: el personal de servicio del hotel también está entusiasmado

Todo estuvo bien👌👌👌😍💙… El único inconveniente fue que podías sentir pereza de salir o hacer turismo porque la habitación del hotel era muy cómoda y hacía muchísimo calor afuera😅 —- Podías quedarte en tu habitación, disfrutar de la vista, darte un baño o disfrutar de un día de spa… El desayuno buffet tenía muchas opciones, e incluso cambiaban algunos platos al día siguiente. Mi favorito fue la sauna; estaba realmente buena. También me encantó la ducha caliente, ya que no se enfrió ni siquiera después de estar encendida mucho tiempo😍 Los masajes fueron geniales y los precios razonables… El personal fue muy servicial y amable… Hubo cortes de luz ocasionales, pero solo duraron unos segundos, ya que la luz de emergencia del hotel se encendió enseguida… + Aunque está un poco lejos de los lugares turísticos, puedes tomar un Grab; es económico y la mejor opción, ya que hace mucho calor durante el día…

The hotel was very comfortable and made me feel safe and sound as well , food was delicious and their wine collection are great . Will surely return to this hotel in coming visits. Every staffs are so welcoming and warm to everyone .

Chatruim Lake View Hotel was a superb experience - I stayed here twice for about 8 days in total. The process from Check in to check out was second to none. We loved the hotel grounds, big rooms with a lake view, the breakfast was great too with a good selection of food.  The service from the bellboy to reception I can't really complain as they responded to all our requests. We checked out early for a flight to Mandalay and they provided us with a packed lunch. The pool facilities were great - alhough I think the water needs a bit of chlorine for cleaning as it was a bit musky - The hotel was nice and quiet with not too many guest, but service was still there. I'd like to mention the receptionist who is always smiling and so kind and welcoming and listening to our travel stories and requests - La Min and Mr Simon were so helpful, but I can't remember the other names. One thing to note- if you don't have a car, then it's not that central to the center of the city, however, you can easily take a Grab to Shwedagon Pagoda or the center, you can also walk to Kandagwyi Lake Graden and enjoy the sunset - which is only a 15 min walk and there is a mall there, too with a great supermarket. If you need to change money - the hotel recommended 126 Grocery Store - great rates no passport needed just new crisp USD notes. It's near Myanmar Plaza. I will definitely stay there again. We stayed in the Lake View but if you prefer the morning sun on your balcony then you can take the Pagoda view.  There is a presendential suite if you have the cash which I was told has a good overall top floor view. I hope you enjoy your stay. This was definitely much better than the Chatruim in Bangkok

Excelente estadía como siempre. Conveniente para ir al centro comercial. Uno de mis lugares favoritos para hospedarme cuando viajo por negocios.

Reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. The property is old and worn out. Hot water in bathroom is brown colour which is similar to the water colour in nearby Inya lake.

Excelente experiencia de alojamiento en el Hotel Grand United - 21st Downtown en Yangon, Myanmar. Como musulmano, debo recomendarle quedarse allí, usted recibirá comida Halal cerca del hotel. Hay varias mosquitas a pie cerca del hotel. Usted disfrutará del lugar. Así que, tengo que recomendar.
