UUsuario invitadoAmazing view of the ocean from our room - the property sits right in front of the ocean. From the verandah in front of your room, you can watch the waves the whole day, there is no need to go to any of the beaches in Mirissa. Breakfast was delicious too, and they even cooked the fish we caught (for a fee). However, don't expect the same creature comforts of an international 4 or 5 star hotel despite being priced higher. The furniture is also rather dated and the room was not very clean. Overall a decent and memorable experience.

На втором этаже есть балконы.Вкусный завтрак, за 14 дней повторений не было. Расположена на горке, поэтому с океана всегда лёгкий бриз. Немного на удалении от центра, поэтому тихо, бегают обезьяны и павлины. В пешей доступности три пляжа с разной инфраструктурой, две семейных кафешки с местной домашней кухней и соками. Нам очень понравилось.

TTina35Очень хороший отель, чистый номер. Хороший персонал, разнообразный завтрак. Пляж рядом, 5 минут пешком. У меня был высокой этаж, красивый вид с двух сторон на пальмы и немного океан. С утра часто приходят в гости обезьяны. Мусорку на балконе лучше не оставлять, растащат 😁 вай фай ловит, не прям отлично, но пойдет. Все чистое. В общем рекомендую 👌

MMtngTriple O Six boasts a great location, right across from Coconut Hill, and offers spacious, well-designed rooms. However, the floors always seem slightly damp for some reason, which can get on your nerve. Another downside is the breakfast buffet charge—at 5000 LKR per person, it's just exorbitant. Despite these issues, the hotel remains a solid option for its location and comfort, just get your breakfast somewhere else.

UUsuario anónimoMy wife and I stayed here during our vacation in Sri Lanka, choosing it because of the high Google ratings. The location really impressed us. The hotel is literally a step away from the beach and less than five minutes’ walk to town, which made it very convenient. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and listening to the waves was easily the best part of the stay.
The lobby was simple but acceptable, and there is a seafood restaurant right next to the hotel.
At check-in, there was a small hiccup. I booked through Trip.com, but they couldn’t find my booking at first. After about ten minutes, they managed to sort it out and confirmed that the booking came via Agoda. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a drink on arrival.
Our room on the second floor had a great view of the sea. The shower had good water pressure, although the bathroom could use better ventilation. The toiletries seemed diluted, so we ended up using our own.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning became a real problem. It leaked so badly that the room flooded twice, soaking my shoes. Despite my request for a pail to manage the water, they initially only gave floor mats, which was very frustrating. By the time they finally sent a pail, it was too late. We barely slept that night because of the constant dripping sound.
Overall, the location and friendliness of the staff were strong points, but the poor handling of the air conditioning issue really spoiled our experience.

UUsuario invitadoOтличное расположение в самом центре Мириссы. Хороший сервис, в номерах, чисто. На первом этаже тесновато. Но, вопрос денег. Хотите комфортнее, берите люксы на втором. Отличный ресторан с ценами первой линии. Вечером полная посадка, как нигде вокруг. Персонал отзывчивый, быстро реагируют на просьбы. Однозначно рекомендую.

UUsuario invitadoЭто гостевой дом, не отель в классическом понимании. Здесь атмосферу делает сервис хозяина: он очень добр. Советовал места, привез новый переходник на розетку взамен сломанного, разрешал пользоваться горячей водой и газом на кухне… В целом место хорошее. Нам не понравилась шумная улица от которой никуда не деться: в 5-6 утра уже гоняют тук-туки. С горячей водой могут быть проблемы.

UUsuario invitadoEin süßes kleines Hotel direkt am Strand. Super schöne Aussicht. Das Zimmer sah wirklich toll aus, mit kleinen Mängeln im Bad ( Undichtes Rohr unter dem Waschbecken, undichte Duschwand )über die wir hinwegsehen konnten. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super lieb, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Tuk Tuk ist man in 2 Minuten direkt am schönen Mirissa Beach. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

TTraveling TanI enjoyed my time at Ara Beach Resort, thanks to its excellent location and the fabulous pool. The staff were friendly and added to the resort's pleasant atmosphere.
However, I'd suggest a little more focus on cleaning and keeping the buffet breakfast items hot. The food was delicious but consistently served cold.
With these small changes, Ara Beach Resort could be even more wonderful.

KKiryakovaНебольшой отельчик в 50 метрах от океана. Местоположение отличное. Очень вкусные завтраки, на выбор омлет, скрамбл, яичница плюс йогурт, фрукты, тосты и кофе. Номер очень простой без телевизора, но нам его и не надо было. По вечерам комары, как в России. Ночью, если не закрыть дверь, в номер могут залезть бурундуки и порыться в чемодане и съесть вашу еду)))))). В общем отель хороший, рекомендую
