UUsuario invitadoAmazing view from the hotel, great service, wonderful activities and nightly entertainment. Perfect for families and couples. Although facilities were a little old and tired, the kindness and warmth of all service staff made up for it. All our needs were catered to and everyone was willing to go the extra mile even though we did not have any membership history or whatsoever with the Shilla. This was such a breath of fresh air compared to the poor service we got at Marriott Shinhwa Jeju despite having status with Bonvoy - so we will most definitely be coming back to the Shilla Jeju with a bigger group in the near future.

Rrac_racA very chill and comprehensive resort. Love the chill vibe and the room. The resort consist of different shops, restaurants and convenience stores. This is so convenient. Also, Landing Dining is a must try. A lot of selection of seafood. The hotel location is close to many tourist attractions. With car, you can move around easily. Will definitely come back next time if I visit Jeju again.

EExpatI really liked the property of the venue. I came to the area later in the day because it was raining on the island. Because I was in the midst of a circle around the island, I had already dealt with a rain storm at the folk Village and just needed to eat or clean up. I needed tea and a space to relax.
There’s a plaza about five minutes walking from this property, and some of the amenities were closed at Playce when I arrived. I was also told at check-in that it was more like a hostel. The check-in process was fast.  The room space is very small, but the design of the hotel rooms is neat and functional. Unfortunately, there’s no luggage rack, and there are limited hours for the café, laundry, play, and bar restaurant. I had two suitcases, so I used my bed and a MacGyver way to set the carry-on.
 I think this place is best suited for remote workers who are minimalists or trekkers/bikers. I still think the concept of Playce is unique. However, I wanted to go see the sunrise on the Ilchulbong hike and there’s no breakfast early in the morning. The coffee shop is not open until later either. The restaurant opens promptly at dinner time. The shop has very nice branded things, but I chose to purchase a couple of basic souvenirs. I felt a sense of hipster basically. Otherwise, the place is great. Price is best.
 Although the staff was very friendly and had lots of information, I do not feel that describing the venue as a hostel was appropriate. If I cannot get my tea or coffee when the popular attraction nearby is a 40 minute walk away or a five minute taxi, then I should at least have the option that a hostel does. This means I had to utilize the coffee that I took from the previous hotel in order to make my morning start the best at sunrise..
It was suggested that I go to a restaurant locally across the street by Starbucks at the 4pm check-in since the restaurant was not open until 6 PM. Even if I had my own snacks, the option I had was to use the hot water machine downstairs. Thinking back to a hostel, I did not have the hostel kitchen. The laundry was available if needed though.
 What I liked about this Playce despite the fact that it was a rainy day is the feature of the stage in the middle of the property and the fact that they do events locally on a regular basis. I liked the interior decorating and I did like the fact that they had a library/remote workers room.
The food at the restaurant was delicious. When I did get to eat breakfast later in the morning after the hike (the hike spot had local shops), it was really good. When the café did eventually open, it was a very nice space. Food service literally saved my opinion late in the morning.
 I like the concept of the whole property and feel that it can do better in accommodating the hotel guests, especially when it is a Chinese holiday revolving around an upcoming Korean holiday. Hours of operation are not in sync with travelers, and it is definitely not with hostel amenities. It’s a hotel.  I stayed at this location because of the price and vibe which was quite fine after 6pm. I really enjoyed the hike and the small village near the shore.

UUsuario invitadoEl servicio un poco arisco( aunque sin generalizar, había gente muy amable). Desayuno muy caro eran 43€ el buffet( vale que es de calidad, pero demasiado). Cenamos por 60€ en buffet libre y menudo buffet, este si merecía la pena tenían sushi ( no muy fresco). Cangrejo real que estaba de 10 y muchos tipos de carne a la brasa. Las instalaciones de 10 la piscina exterior climatizada y todo lo cuidaban al detalle, vestuarios de 10 y un paisaje inmejorable. Lo malo que el aterdecer no se aprecia al 100%.

Me gustó la completa separación del espacio del dormitorio del segundo piso.
La amabilidad de la recepción me hizo olvidar las molestias de la ubicación.

WWandy goI had a wonderful stay at Ocean Blue Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and wellequipped, great value for the price. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation.
Waking up to the sunrise and ocean view from the balcony was truly the highlight of my stay. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the calm side of Jeju.

Yo visité
La ubicación y la vista eran buenas para el precio, pero el personal no era muy amable.
Sólo había 3 toallas en una habitación para 4 personas, así que pedí una.
Pedí dos veces y me lo dieron, y pedí limpieza ya que me alojaba 2 noches y 3 días.
No lo limpiaron en absoluto y no me gustó la forma en que el personal respondió.
Lo que menos me gustó fue la respuesta del hombre.
La vista era buena por el precio.
Si el personal fuera un poco más amable y receptivo, sería mucho mejor.
Me gustaría recomendarlo
