Outstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations

Wow! This is it. Luxury at an affordable price. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth it and included wide variation including western foods for the kids. Very clean, very friendly staff. A diamond in the rough. Highly recommend.

Apsara Resort Koh Rong is perfect for those who love a quiet, romantic escape. The atmosphere is very peaceful, especially at night, making it ideal for couples or anyone looking to truly unwind. However, if you’re after a more vibrant nightlife or lively evening vibe, I’d recommend staying at a resort located on Long Set Beach instead. The rooms at Apsara Resort are super clean and luxurious, and the quality clearly matches the higher price — you really do pay for what you get.

It’s ideal if you’re looking to relax away from crowded areas while still enjoying easy access to the sea. The natural surroundings make it feel like a private escape—especially beautiful during sunrise and sunset. 🤝 Service & Staff: What stood out the most was the warm and attentive service. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. They made us feel welcomed and cared for, which really elevated the entire stay. 🏡 Overall Experience: The resort offers a calm, comfortable environment—perfect for families, couples, or anyone needing a break from busy daily life. El hotel está situado en la playa, con un hermoso jardín verde, pero el agua de la playa no era limpia y no entramos, pero nos dio un buen paseo. La segunda opción era la de la piscina y, en parte, la vista que se veía, que era agradable. La piscina está muy bien. El desayuno tiene buenas opciones. El restaurante era muy delicioso. Pros: + Good location, center of city, near many restaurants, malls. 10mins by tuktuk to the beach. + Can check in early and check out late. + Room is big and has balcony. + Ground floor has a minimart sell drinks, snacks, fruits. + Can request anything via their Telegram like: clean the room, provide towels… Cons: + Receptionist doesn’t speak English. Only Khmer and Chinese. + Room smell cigarettes since they allow to smoke inside the room. + Room for 2 person but only one access card. Request for one more has to deposit 10USD + Standard King room has a toilet and bath area to close. Standard Twin room has separate area for toilet and bath area. + Mini refrigerator not working. (I stayed 2 times and both times not working)

La habitación también es más pequeña de lo que se describe, ubicada lejos de la playa, en un edificio de madera. El desayuno es muy pobre; generalmente no hay nada para comer. Zumo de cartón, café de Nalewajka. La comida es mala, y si desayunas más tarde, no queda nada para comer. Añaden fruta y zumo embotellados solo para asegurarse de que quede algo. Las tumbonas están obviamente ocupadas por la ”familia Janusz” desde primera hora de la mañana, donde hay toallas tiradas y nadie las usa: un desastre. En resumen, si cuidaran el hotel, en mi opinión, tendría la mejor ubicación de toda la isla. Además, es un pueblo encantador.

La vista es buena, la atención también, ahora la habitación estaba mal cuidada, no estaba limpia al momento de hacer mi check in. La conexión de internet es muy lenta. PD: la ubicación es buena, el personal es bueno pero esperaba más de sus dormitorios, se supone que es un estudio deluxe. Lo malo del todo fue que mi cama se quebró al momento de querer dormir
