Outstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations

El Apsara Resort Koh Rong es perfecto para quienes buscan una escapada tranquila y romántica. El ambiente es muy apacible, sobre todo por la noche, lo que lo hace ideal para parejas o para cualquiera que desee relajarse por completo. Sin embargo, si prefieres una vida nocturna más animada o un ambiente vibrante, te recomiendo alojarte en un resort ubicado en la playa de Long Set. Las habitaciones del Apsara Resort son impecables y lujosas, y la calidad justifica claramente su precio más elevado: sin duda, la calidad se paga.

Wow! This is it. Luxury at an affordable price. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth it and included wide variation including western foods for the kids. Very clean, very friendly staff. A diamond in the rough. Highly recommend.

El hotel está situado en la playa, con un hermoso jardín verde, pero el agua de la playa no era limpia y no entramos, pero nos dio un buen paseo. It’s exactly the same as others posted about the 5 stars review. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. You will not regret to choose this place. The location is perfect and only 1 km walk to the beach site . I can say it’s best for anyone looking for the hotel with full and modern equipments and Located in the right centre. I definitely come here again.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, justo en la playa. La única pega son las cabañas y habitaciones antiguas. Los azulejos de la habitación se están cayendo y oxidando. Los envases de gel de ducha y jabón están oxidados. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien. La habitación también es más pequeña de lo que se describe, ubicada lejos de la playa, en un edificio de madera. El desayuno es muy pobre; generalmente no hay nada para comer. Zumo de cartón, café de Nalewajka. La comida es mala, y si desayunas más tarde, no queda nada para comer. Añaden fruta y zumo embotellados solo para asegurarse de que quede algo. Las tumbonas están obviamente ocupadas por la ”familia Janusz” desde primera hora de la mañana, donde hay toallas tiradas y nadie las usa: un desastre. En resumen, si cuidaran el hotel, en mi opinión, tendría la mejor ubicación de toda la isla. Además, es un pueblo encantador.

La vista es buena, la atención también, ahora la habitación estaba mal cuidada, no estaba limpia al momento de hacer mi check in. La conexión de internet es muy lenta. PD: la ubicación es buena, el personal es bueno pero esperaba más de sus dormitorios, se supone que es un estudio deluxe. Lo malo del todo fue que mi cama se quebró al momento de querer dormir
