me and my partner stay at Valentine's Day and we loved it so much! Must come back for special vacation! Bbq dinner for two is included and we added some sashimi and watch beef from the supermarket nearby. Alcohol drinks, breakfast is also included in the package, it is relatively a good deal. We are lucky to have the room without an objects blocking the Mt Fuji so all pictures are lovely. Staff is professional and great, detail explained everything we need to know. Fireworks are available at your own cost, we played after dinner although it is freezing cold (-2℃) that night. We hop into the outdoor spa after indoor shower, amenities and shower equipments are provided and they are high quality brands!!! Worth everything and long drive to go there! 10/10

A very well decorated free standing home that perfectly suits our family group of 5 (or up to 10 members). We loved the double volume floorplan. It's equipped with everything you'd want in a home, including a washing machine, a separate dryer, fridge, rice cooker, microwave, ceiling fan, decorative fireplace, and even a BBQ out on a patio, which gives you view of Mt. Fuji! It has two toilets and two bathrooms and a jacuzzi. The location is perfect being just a short stroll away from lake Yamanako. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

I really liked the hotel overall 1. The staff was very nice and knew some english so conversation was possible. Fast response times in chat is good service 2. Breakfast was really good 3. Location is very good, got bus stops around the hotel and you can use google maps to know which buses to take, when they come. I used suica card on apple wallet or on app on the scanner when boarding the bus to get around. The bus which is like 5 minutes walk can take you to lake kawaguchiko, gotemba premium outlets, and more. You also got lawson within 4 minutes walk which is a pretty cool convenience store that also has things like katsu sandwiches and cheeseburgers for snacks, ogino a grocery store within 6 min walk, and some other soup restaurants like udon and hoto noodles 4. Close to the lake pier which is great for biking around Lake Yamanaka which was probably my favorite part of visiting besides the local food it is what I would say life changingly beautiful 5. The onsen which is inside the hotel was very relaxing and nice, and you can put cold water into it if its too hot Now i haven't been to other hotels around the area so I cant compare but I would definitely come again

This hotel may be a bit remote, but that’s exactly what makes it so peaceful—and absolutely perfect if you’re hoping to catch the sunrise. While you can’t see Mt. Fuji directly from the room, you only need to step out onto the road in front of the hotel to get an incredible view. I highly recommend waking up early to watch the sunrise over Mt. Fuji—it’s truly unforgettable. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which is super convenient. I strongly recommend biking along the nearby cycling and walking paths; there’s a beautiful lakeside area with stunning, unobstructed views of Mt. Fuji, and best of all, it’s completely quiet with hardly anyone around. The owner is very warm and welcoming. We rented a car so we didn’t need the free station pick-up service, but it’s great that they offer it—it makes getting there easy even without a car. Just make sure to buy any food or drinks you’ll need in advance, since there aren’t any stores or restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious, well-equipped, and had a lovely traditional Japanese inn vibe. It was such a relaxing stay—I’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful with a touch of old-school charm.

El hotel tiene un ambiente sencillo y está cerca de muchas atracciones. Es un lugar de primera clase para alojarse. Sobre todo al salir del hotel por la mañana, se sentirá muy bien. Con vistas al lago Yamanaka, quedará maravillado. Hay una cafetería junto al hotel donde podrá desayunar y disfrutar de la hermosa vista del lago. Es una grata sorpresa. Podrá ver claramente todo el Monte Fuji frente a usted... ¡invaluable en este momento!

Nuestra estancia en este hotel de Yamanakako fue absolutamente maravillosa. La ubicación es impresionante, rodeada de un paisaje precioso y con una atmósfera de paz absoluta. Todo estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado. Nos alojamos en una habitación de estilo japonés, que superó con creces todas nuestras expectativas: espaciosa, cómoda, auténtica y realmente especial. El desayuno estaba delicioso y era increíblemente abundante. ¡Había tanta comida que nos costó terminarlo todo! Los jardines del hotel también están muy bien cuidados, creando un ambiente muy relajante. Cenamos allí, y la comida fue excelente y a un precio muy razonable. Yamanakako es mucho más tranquilo y apacible que Kawaguchiko, así que para nosotros fue sin duda la mejor opción. Recomendamos encarecidamente tanto la zona como este hotel a cualquiera que busque una estancia más relajante cerca del Monte Fuji. El único posible inconveniente para algunos viajeros podría ser la limitada oferta de transporte, pero para nosotros no supuso ningún problema. Hay un autobús que recorre el lago y pudimos llegar fácilmente a Oshino, Fujiyoshida y Kawaguchiko. Por las noches, el pueblo se vuelve maravillosamente tranquilo, lo cual fue una gran ventaja. Después de días ajetreados en Tokio, el silencio y la calma aquí resultaron profundamente relajantes. El personal del hotel fue excepcionalmente amable y servicial. Queremos agradecerles especialmente porque mi esposo dejó accidentalmente su insulina en el refrigerador de nuestra habitación. Ni siquiera nos dimos cuenta de que faltaba. Tras encontrarla durante la limpieza, el personal se puso en contacto con nosotros de inmediato y, literalmente, se dirigió a la parada de autobús cinco minutos antes de que llegara nuestro autobús a Mishima para entregarnos la medicación personalmente. Nos conmovió profundamente su amabilidad y atención. Este nivel de hospitalidad es excepcional e inolvidable. Recomendamos este hotel sin reservas y con mucho gusto nos volveríamos a alojar aquí.
