me and my partner stay at Valentine's Day and we loved it so much! Must come back for special vacation! Bbq dinner for two is included and we added some sashimi and watch beef from the supermarket nearby. Alcohol drinks, breakfast is also included in the package, it is relatively a good deal. We are lucky to have the room without an objects blocking the Mt Fuji so all pictures are lovely. Staff is professional and great, detail explained everything we need to know. Fireworks are available at your own cost, we played after dinner although it is freezing cold (-2℃) that night. We hop into the outdoor spa after indoor shower, amenities and shower equipments are provided and they are high quality brands!!! Worth everything and long drive to go there! 10/10

A very well decorated free standing home that perfectly suits our family group of 5 (or up to 10 members). We loved the double volume floorplan. It's equipped with everything you'd want in a home, including a washing machine, a separate dryer, fridge, rice cooker, microwave, ceiling fan, decorative fireplace, and even a BBQ out on a patio, which gives you view of Mt. Fuji! It has two toilets and two bathrooms and a jacuzzi. The location is perfect being just a short stroll away from lake Yamanako. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

The location was very close the hirano beach where you can get a good view of mount fuji during sunrise. The only gripe was that during winter there is only 1 shared bathroom which means males and females have allocated shower times. The host were very friendly.

A short drive from Lake Yamanaka, we checked into here for the night—mainly because we wanted to explore the area and try the region’s famous Hōtō noodles. We chose a traditional Japanese futon room for the experience. That meant laying out our own beds—slightly clumsy, a bit of trial and error, and a lot of laughing when we realised there’s no “redo” once everything’s set. The weather had a chill to it, so the onsen became the highlight. Stepping into the hot water while the cold air lingered outside—it slowed everything down in a way you don’t realise you need. Nothing extravagant, nothing overly planned. Just the four of us, figuring things out as we went. Looking back, it wasn’t the hotel or even the lake—it was those small, unpolished moments that made the night feel complete.

This hotel may be a bit remote, but that’s exactly what makes it so peaceful—and absolutely perfect if you’re hoping to catch the sunrise. While you can’t see Mt. Fuji directly from the room, you only need to step out onto the road in front of the hotel to get an incredible view. I highly recommend waking up early to watch the sunrise over Mt. Fuji—it’s truly unforgettable. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which is super convenient. I strongly recommend biking along the nearby cycling and walking paths; there’s a beautiful lakeside area with stunning, unobstructed views of Mt. Fuji, and best of all, it’s completely quiet with hardly anyone around. The owner is very warm and welcoming. We rented a car so we didn’t need the free station pick-up service, but it’s great that they offer it—it makes getting there easy even without a car. Just make sure to buy any food or drinks you’ll need in advance, since there aren’t any stores or restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious, well-equipped, and had a lovely traditional Japanese inn vibe. It was such a relaxing stay—I’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful with a touch of old-school charm.

Superman recomenda este hotel, la experiencia está llena directamente! Hay personal que hablan idiomas nacionales en la tienda, la comunicación es totalmente libre y es demasiado para viajar. El jefe está muy entusiasta y intimidad, también se preguntará por el viaje, se organizará en intimidad el transporte de vehículos a la estación de autobús, y el servicio es especialmente cuidadoso. El jefe también abrió restaurantes y bares occidentales, la calidad del vino es excelente, el ambiente es excelente, y bebía especialmente divertido. El espacio es enorme, la estancia es especialmente cómoda, está cansado de jugar un poco de calor y relajarse el efecto de descompresión completo! El desayuno es muy delicioso. El restaurante puede ver directamente la belleza de la montaña Fuji y la vista es increíble. La ubicación es especialmente excelente. El hotel ofrece alquiler de bicicletas gratis. Puede viajar a la montaña y al 711 tiendas de conveniencia en unos minutos. Hay una plataforma de vistas muy grande y un paisaje maravilloso. La ubicación del hotel es relativamente remota, pero no hay problema si viajas en coche. El diseño y la decoración del hotel son muy modernos, limpios y ordenados, el ambiente circundante es tranquilo y se pueden ver ciervos, gatitos, etc. El hotel cuenta con dos aguas termales privadas para bañarse, puedes utilizarlas previa cita con el personal, los artículos de tocador básicos para dama están disponibles y el secador de cabello es de Dyson✨ El personal del hotel fue muy servicial y paciente. Tuve un problema con mi coche cuando viajaba en coche. Necesitaba llamar a la policía local y obtener un informe para una compensación del seguro. Gracias al personal que siempre me ayudó a comunicarme en japonés, hizo las cosas mucho más fáciles y me ahorró muchas preocupaciones. 👍Todo el personal es muy servicial, aunque solo estuve una noche, me sentí muy cómodo. Recomiendo mucho este hotel. Aunque el lago Kawaguchi es más popular, el lago Yamanaka también es bueno. Está cerca de Shiratorihama y puedes tener contacto cercano con muchos cisnes😆

Fantastic value for money! Despite being an older property, the rooms are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and smell fresh with no moldiness at all. The included breakfast and dinner were both delicious and very generous in size. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. A wonderful stay overall! +++ We saw wild dear cross the road near the hotel +++😄😄😄

Ubicación geográfica: no es conveniente, pero el hotel tiene un estacionamiento abierto, adecuado para la autopista. El entorno del hotel: limpio, el cuarto no tiene olor. Una noche sólo se abre el calor, debe probarlo.
