Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

初めて、リッツカールトン沖縄に滞在しました。 クリスマス前なのもあり、エントランス入ると大きなツリーがありとっても素敵でした。 リッツカールトンの好きなところは、大きいホテルなのにも関わらずのんびりと静かに過ごせるところです。 お部屋も広くて本当にゆっくりと時間を過ごせました。 少し気になった点はシャワールームが少し匂う気がしました。

Was impressed by the excellent service provided by Kim at the front desk, she handled our check-in efficiently. The rest of the team were also warm and friendly, and spoke fluent English. Something interesting was a self-serve room where you can get extra amenities like face wash and bar soaps, and also try different types of Okinawan brown sugar. There were lots of board games available so families would probably appreciate that. We truly enjoyed the view from our room as it had a good angle of the sea even though the hotel isn’t located at the beach. The room was huge and even had a freezer and an oven. For longer stays or if you’re visiting the beach often, the washer dryer would come in handy as well. The hotel had two restaurants for breakfast and although the variety was great, with a good mix of local and international cuisine, the quality could be improved. We had lunch on our first day and regretted our decision. Location-wise, the hotel would be better for those who intend to drive as it was quite a walk to the nearest bus stop, and the shuttle bus service was infrequent so we ended up not using it at all. La piña es demasiado fina. No puedo ni siquiera durante mi estancia. Pero la habitación es super espaciosa y se siente como una casa! Mira mis fotos! El baño es increíblemente espacioso 😁 durante mi inspección, no tengo problemas con el ruido, inspección libre de problemas en y fuera, estacionamiento gratuito.

1.Bloqueo de puertas: Sólo en la sala de bloqueo de códigos digitales no hay otra caja que pueda ser instalada. Muchas veces se han fracasado las tentativas de bloqueo de puertas exteriores. 2. La habitación es muy brillante. La luz cerrada de la noche sigue siendo muy brillante. Es el efecto directo de las luces de la calle exterior 3. La boca no tiene dureza, suave y lejos de la boca está completamente dormida.

El hotel era muy espacioso y lo elegimos específicamente para ofrecer una estancia cómoda a nuestros padres mayores. ¡Fue cómodo moverse en un carrito de golf! ️ Lo siento, lo siento, lo siento. Me gusta

The hotel is very nice, clean towels every day, also a dryer in the room makes life much easier, as there's much humidity in the air. Close to the sea and combinies

El hotel es un alojamiento de estilo apartamento (o residencia) sin cuenta de entrada formal ni tripulación. El guardaespaldas era lo suficientemente fuerte como para ver que luchamos frente a la puerta a través de la TV CCTV, y luego caminó del edificio y hizo el check-in para nosotros. La ubicación no es grande, adyacente a un cementerio y con sólo una tienda de conveniencia accesible a pie (no hay otras tiendas alrededor).

1. El desayuno es bueno con vista al mar. 2. El estacionamiento del edificio principal se encuentra en la entrada del edificio anexo, y es necesario subir una pequeña pendiente. 3. La habitación es bastante grande y la vista al mar es muy bonita. 4. Precio razonable y desayuno incluido. 5. El desayuno se sirve en el edificio contiguo al edificio principal, no en el primer piso del edificio principal. 6. Hay un 7-Eleven a unos cuatro minutos en coche. Un hotel que volveré a visitar
