Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

酒店整體裝修與自然融為一體，房間乾淨整潔。陽台的景色讓人流連忘返。禮賓部經理Yuka，餐飲部經理Emma，客房部經理Yurri，前台經理Mary，早餐廳Hikari等工作人員都很熱情負責。Lounge 的宵夜漢堡很不錯，鐵板燒和意大利菜的晚餐course也都很不錯。下次還來。

Was impressed by the excellent service provided by Kim at the front desk, she handled our check-in efficiently. The rest of the team were also warm and friendly, and spoke fluent English. Something interesting was a self-serve room where you can get extra amenities like face wash and bar soaps, and also try different types of Okinawan brown sugar. There were lots of board games available so families would probably appreciate that. We truly enjoyed the view from our room as it had a good angle of the sea even though the hotel isn’t located at the beach. The room was huge and even had a freezer and an oven. For longer stays or if you’re visiting the beach often, the washer dryer would come in handy as well. The hotel had two restaurants for breakfast and although the variety was great, with a good mix of local and international cuisine, the quality could be improved. We had lunch on our first day and regretted our decision. Location-wise, the hotel would be better for those who intend to drive as it was quite a walk to the nearest bus stop, and the shuttle bus service was infrequent so we ended up not using it at all. El entorno de alojamiento muy perfecto, nuestras 6 viviendas grandes y pequeñas son muy satisfechas, 3 habitaciones en el piso inferior, hay cocina, sala de estar, silencio sin confusión, cerca de 7-11 y supermercado, cualquier problema se puede resolver inmediatamente, una casa excelente.

A great value stay for those on a budget—room are small but clean with the bonus of free parking. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, and just across from the beach. The lunch buffet is a fantastic deal with good foodl. The hotel also offers coin laundry which is perfect for traveling light along with a microwave for heating up supermarket or convenience store meals. The hotel also not far from the tourist attractions.

La habitación estaba limpia y era bonita. Parecía un apartamento, con cocina, baño y aseo separados, ¡e incluso lavadora, lo cual era muy práctico! Habría sido mejor si hubiera pantuflas desechables en la habitación. Había una heladería en la planta baja, y el helado tenía una pinta deliciosa.

2025/12/14-17入住雙床房三晚 今年四月來這住過一晚～很喜歡房間配置設備和位置，我們並不在意旅館旁邊是祖先的家，反而覺得安靜很好！ 自助入住，停車場很大很好停，設有車子充電設備，停車場有大型付費烘衣機，房間裏有免費洗衣機（附洗衣精） 雙床房一大一小床，床鋪柔軟適中，棉被舒服，有小陽台可以曬衣服，廚房是明火瓦斯爐，有簡單餐具可以使用，比較挑選鍋具刀具的～建議另外帶！ 還有快煮壺，微波爐，中型冰箱！ 距離美麗海水族館館大概20 到30分鐘車程，叢林樂園也差不多是這樣的距離，開車到名護市區約5-10分鐘，有Aeon和24小時唐吉訶德和其他大超市！採買和購物非常方便！

盲選的新酒店還不錯 很安靜適合度假 附近有便利店和幾家飯店三四天是沒問題的 也可以坐公交出去玩整體還是比較滿意的 就是海邊的小童娛樂設施很煞風景 本來特別純凈的海放了顯得很土（最後一張圖）
