酒店非常好，可玩的很多，隔壁的busena terrace也可以隨便用，早餐也是各個餐廳隨便吃，也可以選擇在房間吃，户外温水spa很舒適。服務和設施都非常不錯，手寫歡迎卡片，每天早晚兩次房間打掃，每次回去都是乾淨整潔的，很多細節的地方感受到替客户考慮，就是交通不方便，離市區也比較遠，建議有車的（代客泊車服務）或者希望一直在酒店呆著的旅客

Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

El personal responderá con amableza y el personal enviará el coche del estacionamiento al hall del hotel. La habitación es muy limpia y puedo pasar un tiempo muy significativo con mi familia. La comida también es muy deliciosa. Me gustaría usarlo de nuevo cuando voy a lavar la piscina.

初めて、リッツカールトン沖縄に滞在しました。 クリスマス前なのもあり、エントランス入ると大きなツリーがありとっても素敵でした。 リッツカールトンの好きなところは、大きいホテルなのにも関わらずのんびりと静かに過ごせるところです。 お部屋も広くて本当にゆっくりと時間を過ごせました。 少し気になった点はシャワールームが少し匂う気がしました。

Was impressed by the excellent service provided by Kim at the front desk, she handled our check-in efficiently. The rest of the team were also warm and friendly, and spoke fluent English. Something interesting was a self-serve room where you can get extra amenities like face wash and bar soaps, and also try different types of Okinawan brown sugar. There were lots of board games available so families would probably appreciate that. We truly enjoyed the view from our room as it had a good angle of the sea even though the hotel isn’t located at the beach. The room was huge and even had a freezer and an oven. For longer stays or if you’re visiting the beach often, the washer dryer would come in handy as well. The hotel had two restaurants for breakfast and although the variety was great, with a good mix of local and international cuisine, the quality could be improved. We had lunch on our first day and regretted our decision. Location-wise, the hotel would be better for those who intend to drive as it was quite a walk to the nearest bus stop, and the shuttle bus service was infrequent so we ended up not using it at all. 旅館位於巴士站（大中站、120路經過）、名護漁港附近，前往那霸很方便。 房間充滿當地漁港風情，房間、公區、共用洗手間都很乾凈。廚房和大堂氛圍很好，有錄像帶、漫畫、日文書等可供娛樂。 工作人員熱情、樂於助人，英文、普通話溝通流暢。 房間隔音是普通日本民居程度，但大家晚上很有素質、沒有吵鬧的情況。

easily one of the best stays ever! The hotel is located right beside the sea, literally along the shoreline, and it’s incredibly quiet. You can open the balcony door, let the cool breeze in, and fall asleep to the sound of the waves — genuinely therapeutic and such a rare experience! For a city person, this place feels like a hidden gem. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with good hot water, which was especially appreciated during the autumn season. The only thing was that Wi-Fi seem a bit unstable and took some time to connect. Breakfast is complimentary and surprisingly good — clean, simple, and tasty, possibly reflecting a typical Okinawan-style breakfast. One of the best parts of the morning was taking a short walk along the beach right after breakfast. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable seaside stay.
