I had an enjoyable stay at Akan Yuku no Sato Tsuruga. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere and is a wonderful place to experience the beauty of Lake Akan. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, always greeting guests with a smile and making every interaction pleasant. Their hospitality really enhanced the overall experience. The onsen facilities were one of the highlights of the hotel. They are spacious, beautifully designed, and have a luxurious feel, offering a great variety of indoor and outdoor baths. The only minor drawback was that the top-floor outdoor bath did not appear to be as clean as the other baths. Overall, the onsen experience was still great. The room was a little on the compact side, but it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a great stay and Akan Yuku no Sato Tsuruga is a great choice in Lake Akan.

En general, está bien, hay más hoteles cerca de la estación JR de Liu Xiang Road, viviendo en Luchen por dos noches, el desayuno no es bueno, pero el precio es casi el doble de lo que el hotel de la corona adyacente! El tamaño del hotel no es muy mal 😂

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado frente a la estación de Kushiro, con autobuses que conectan con la zona pantanosa desde la parada. El personal es amable y las habitaciones son cómodas. El desayuno es gratuito, ¡un detalle muy apreciado! En recepción hay mucha información turística. Me he alojado en hoteles de esta cadena en diferentes lugares y nunca me han decepcionado.

This hotel holds so much promise. Excellent location by Lake Akan. Staff were generally helpful and courteous although English not really understood here. The rooms with the Lake View had marvellous views but the condition of the room and bathroom were really In need of an upgrade or total retrofit. Furniture was worn out and sofas soft and sunk in. But the worst is the bathroom. The shower head was so tiny that you really could not take a shower in the room. The bathroom basin did not have a mixer thus you cant have proper warm water when needed. The basin and bathtub looks so old I do not think anyone would use it. The public bath was at most average. What irked ne was the inconsistency of the temperature of the shower water. Youre having a hot shower and the water will turn cold before turning back to hot again. Buffet breakfast was catered to tour groups and nothing to write home about. We were there 2 nights and breakfast was exactly the same stuff. Dinner was average at best. We just feel that Gozensui has so much potential. I would not stay here again unless I know of changes and improvements to its rooms and bathrooms.

到釧路的第一晚從原先的舒適變成了超級還是非常明智，位置相當好就在jr出門左手邊非常醒目，緊靠巴士總站，無縫銜接第二天的阿寒湖行。 酒店底樓有不少免費增值服務，好多小樣可以拿且品種豐富，還有免費飲料甚至酒水都可以，室內養生枕頭如果覺得偏硬也可以在進門處選擇軟的記憶枕，選擇多多。 房間不大就因為頭些天沒買啥所以無需特別大空間，上下鋪的床佔了不少地，好在睡覺很舒服，由於開鎖給了密碼紙，第二天無需check out就可離開，很便捷。 包含的早餐很可口，精緻且美味，這家很推薦，期待離開的時候是再回到釧路住的舒適，面積大點也可以比較一下哦！

We stayed in a double room for 3 nights. It's a few minutes walk from the station. Because it is snowy now, sometimes it is a bit tough. I love that the room has a separate bath and toilet unit. The sink is outside, that's is more convenience. We enjoyed the onsen every evening. I did the laundry here, and the dryer is good. The only thing we didn't enjoy is the breakfast. It seem to have to much potatoes related dishes.

The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options—it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! The accommodation was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and plenty of eateries, making it easy to find food and do some shopping. Although parking is available for a fee, it was convenient and easy to access. Overall, I absolutely loved this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit!

En el hotel, el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación es caliente durante el día, no tenía al calefactor. Me gusta el piso. El baño era muy limpio. La cama es grande para una persona. El desayuno gratuito donde se puede tomar arroz, La habitación está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses de Kushiro, a pocos metros de distancia, hay supermercados y tiendas de drogas y 100 yens.

The hotel side is adequate but simple. The restaurant part should be avoided, food basic cheap and the worse of our two weeks in Hokkaido. Staff was unfriendly to say the least. There is a beer box at the entrance of the restaurant, but that is ”outside” . We thought we should take the beer before entering the restaurant, and that got the staff just about scream at us, because beer is sold inside! Breakfast is from 7 to 9 and while we were finishing our breakfast started at 8.30 waitress showed up saying we should be out by 9 as they closed! Very close to Akan crane center but the worse accomodation of hokkaido, to be avoided if you can. All other places we stayed people were most friendly!
