We have a great stay however the house keeping can be better. The table has cup markings which should be clean after every guest stay, when they made our bed, the table isn't properly arranged and they spilled our biscuits without cleaning the floor.soemthing of this basic should be covered. Everything else was great. The breakfast and dinner are of the right portion and quality for us! Enjoyed the food! Would recommend it if not for the poor house keeping service standards

El menú puede cambiar cada día, pero el pollo tempura y las croquetas para el desayuno estaban muy deliciosos. Hay dos baños en el edificio, uno de los cuales es al aire libre, lo cual disfruté. Mucha gente viene en familia, así que creo que es mejor venir en otro horario porque los niños están corriendo y es difícil relajarse en esos momentos. Hay un baño de pies y un baño público a 5 minutos a pie, por lo que fue genial estar en una ciudad de aguas termales. Recomiendo investigar los restaurantes cercanos con antelación y hacer reservas si es posible.

加賀溫泉區洒房一般都有接送，這個 Trip.com app 通訊功能不能直達酒店，必須改善。本以為有定班接送，但未有見到，厚原來需要致電酒店通知接車。幸好有其他酒店接客員工幫忙致電，終於顺利入住。這酒店温泉有點特色，也有露天風呂。膳食為一般地道日式菜。房間是日式房或洋式床房，訂時選擇隨機派房，價格有折扣。位置在鄉郊地方，是古老安全鄉。

Rooms (3/5): For a family of 3 the room was relatively spacious and had no trouble handling us and our luggage. There is a decent amount of wall plugs with 2 in the room and a third in the seating area. They also give an extension cable with 2 sockets and 2 usb ports. The toilet is spacious and the bath is decent in size. Overall atmosphere of the room was calm and relaxing. Service (4/5): Service was exceptional, the receptionist introduced the hotel to us well and they had several pamphlet guides from how to wear a yukata to how to behave in an onsen and several others which was nice to havw. When leaving the onsen by car, they also wave until you are out of sight which is a small cherry on the top. Facilities (4/5): They have 2 onsens, mens and ladies which alternate daily. I only had the joy of trying one of them which was lovely and had a small cold bath outside which is a plus in my book. In the mainlobby they also have free flow non alcoholic drinks through a dispenser, having hot drinks like tea and coffee and cold calpis, coke, sprite, orange juice and water. Had a nice time after the onsen grabbing something sweet and cold then sitting in the lounge to cool off. Food (3/5): The dinner was lovely. They served a variety of food with the steamed horse mackeral standing out (this is coming from a person who does not like fish that is cooked besides when its battered). The seaweed and miso based paste also went lovely with the rice. Breakfast was also decent but nothing outstanding besides the pudding at the end. Overall 3.5/5: If you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city and just really want to kick back and relax this is the place to be. For me, this Ryokan is worth visiting again if I ever pass by. Nothing extremely exceptional but overall enjoyable experience.

Regardless, we proactively requested not to prefer to eat beef for religious reasons. However, I was still informed that the hotel policy cannot make any adjustments for anyone. What a joke that you can have more rice! Is this a policy for human beings? Another interesting fact to note is that there is no additional food order option, even if you want to select food options, as long as you are willing to pay for them. What a brand! Overall, I would not recommend anyone with a food allergy, as it may cause an unwelcome experience during your stay. I stayed for 2 nights and had a total of 4 meals for USD 1,400+. I don't think it's worth the money.

Excellent onsen hotel in quiet yet popular location .. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Taiku drums nightly show was fun and great draw for families with kids. We stayed on a very busy weekend and hotel’s breakfast and dinner were fully booked. NTL the hotels casual restaurant was very good, menu and price wise; also excellent location to see the drum show . Easy walking distance (5-10 minutes) to Main Street of Yamashiro, tho not in middle of it. Free drinks and snacks in lounge very pleasant. Free shuttle bus to KagaOnsen station is popular . Most thankful to hotel’s customers service in answering a few requests we made within 24 hours prior to check-in. Except for meals which were fully booked , they catered for our requests, and with prompt emails communication. Would highly recommend hotel Rurikoh , when visiting Yamashiro.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful river. Large georgeous room. For Japanese standards the service was just ok. Much nicer greeting upon arrival. Was left to drag my suitcases out the door with a wonderful old lady trying to help me. Of course I could not allow her to lift the heavy bags. All the other people were not available to help or see me out. Extremely rude by Japanese standards. Coffee at breakfast I was told to get at the coffee machine. Substandard for the class of hotel.

Este edificio es viejo, no puedo negar la sensación de la tumba y la antigua, pero está decorado por todas partes y me siento muy inteligente. Puedo entrar lentamente en el jardín de la piscina al aire libre con mis amigos. Con comida que puedo llevar con él y comida que puedo elegir libremente, puedo controlar mi propia cantidad de comida. Esta es mi primera experiencia, es muy interesante, y creo que es un buen sistema para reducir el resto de comida. Puedes disfrutar de ”la vista de los flores de la ropa” en otros lugares. お部屋、お風呂、食事とてもよかったのですがお風呂に入ってタオルを使用済みのカゴに入れてしまったのでフロントにタオルをもらえますかっと尋ねたら料金が掛かると言われました。 それならチェックインした時にタオルは２枚目から別料金だと言ってほしかったです。 そこが残念でした。 それ以外はよかったです。

大廳的氣派裝潢設計，讓我印象深刻。雖然不是面湖的客房，不過價格還算便宜，是我喜歡的和式房，它面向稻田、青山和雲朵般的天空，讓我想起了一幅山水畫，所以我覺得也是很好的。房間空間很寬敞，還包含早餐和晚餐，還有溫泉，片山津溫泉很棒，去的時候當地晚上有夏季煙火大會。它提供停車位，設有遊樂區和商店。浴衣和盥洗用品可從前台帶至房間，其實，很推薦這間溫泉旅館。
