Hoteles en Provincia de Kaga con desayuno

Almost everything was in tip top condition including our requests for a vegetarian dunner and breakfast for one of our friends. Perhaps a hostess more fluent in english would have been helpful but anyway she was most gracious, attentive and courteous. The amenities, food and service were really great!

It is one of the biggest ryokans we have visited with a lot of amenities. Guests are mostly Japanese..giving a family/retirement village vibes. Our room came with breakfast and dinner plan - food was delicious and very fresh! One thing to note when booking on Trip is that there are many room types available, but the pictures shown are not accurate!! When I booked my room, the pictures showed an in-room onsen tub-lookalike..and the room descriptions seem to support it too, along with the price. However, when I arrived, the room I was given was not like the pics at all..with no private tub/onsen in the room. We really wanted a private onsen to end our trip on a high, but we were left disappointed. Could not help but feel slightly cheated. We wanted to pay for an upgrade,to get one with in-room onsen but were told all were fully booked.:( so be careful when booking your desired room type.

Regardless, we proactively requested not to prefer to eat beef for religious reasons. However, I was still informed that the hotel policy cannot make any adjustments for anyone. What a joke that you can have more rice! Is this a policy for human beings? Another interesting fact to note is that there is no additional food order option, even if you want to select food options, as long as you are willing to pay for them. What a brand! Overall, I would not recommend anyone with a food allergy, as it may cause an unwelcome experience during your stay. I stayed for 2 nights and had a total of 4 meals for USD 1,400+. I don't think it's worth the money.

El menú puede cambiar cada día, pero el pollo tempura y las croquetas para el desayuno estaban muy deliciosos. Hay dos baños en el edificio, uno de los cuales es al aire libre, lo cual disfruté. Mucha gente viene en familia, así que creo que es mejor venir en otro horario porque los niños están corriendo y es difícil relajarse en esos momentos. Hay un baño de pies y un baño público a 5 minutos a pie, por lo que fue genial estar en una ciudad de aguas termales. Recomiendo investigar los restaurantes cercanos con antelación y hacer reservas si es posible.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful river. Large georgeous room. For Japanese standards the service was just ok. Much nicer greeting upon arrival. Was left to drag my suitcases out the door with a wonderful old lady trying to help me. Of course I could not allow her to lift the heavy bags. All the other people were not available to help or see me out. Extremely rude by Japanese standards. Coffee at breakfast I was told to get at the coffee machine. Substandard for the class of hotel.

Room spacious with luscious view of the valley, enjoyed facilities such as grilling own dango and senbei as well as private onsen. However, cleanliness could be improved as dust can be seen on siding door tracks within the room and hair dryer was not the best with loose folding handle. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, some staffs were very attentive and helpful at front desk and at dining (though they should not assume everyone can eat beef and allow other options).

El tradicional hotel japonés, limpio y limpio, el cuarto de baño público está en el primer piso negativo, hay bebidas de autobús. El buffet es relativamente rico por la mañana y por la noche, a 500 metros de la montaña.

El servicio al cliente fue excelente. No esperamos tener una habitación muy grande y viene con desayuno y buffet de cena que para ser honesto fue uno de los mejores que he tenido en Japón. No puedo esperar a volver. La limpieza podría mejorarse sin duda, pero nada de locos para deshacerse de ella.

Reservé cuatro habitaciones una noche, no esperaba que los cuatro habitaciones se hubieran pagado en el coche. Después de llegar al hotel, el hotel me pidió que pagara otros cuatro habitaciones, pero el servicio del hotel tiene un nivel inglés muy mal, y ha perdido una hora en las palabras, Más tarde, sabía que el dinero pagado en el salto era una reserva. ¡Oh, Dios! ¡Qué sencillo es, preguntarme al servidor del hotel que me dijo que el dinero que pagaste en el salto es una reserva, ¿por qué no pagamos? Este día he llegado tarde al hotel, así que me han detenido otra hora, no tenemos tiempo para disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel. Espero que la plataforma y el hotel se comuniquen mejor en el futuro y evite que vuelva a ocurrir esto, esta vez realmente me trae muy mal. Además, el hotel en general es muy bueno.

Somos autoturistas, el hotel está cerca del lago, el paisaje es hermoso para descansar. El gran casino es grande y muy cómodo. La cena y el desayuno son autoayudas, y el restaurante cálido de Haití es más sencillo.
