Zzhuhengxin本次伊豆半島之旅住了四家温泉酒店，這家是最好的，各方面！從伊東站接站的大叔就被感動壞了，夫人回到北京還對大叔的笑容記憶猶新，當天中午很熱，上車後大叔還遞來了冰毛巾！十分貼心，下車也有人歡迎並搬運行李！
但是在辦理入住時卻出了一點小插曲，小姑娘全程跪着跟我交流，説我訂的價格太便宜不含早晚餐，我跟她反覆溝通，同時把攜程的日本訂單訊息給她看，最後她説可以特殊處理一下，包含早晚餐！這一點我有些不滿意，我訂的時候就是選的包含早晚餐，怎麼能説是特殊處理呢？
酒店在伊東的山上，不過可以看到海景，這家榻榻米的床墊也是最厚的，很舒服，晚餐的懷石料理的確很驚艷，每家都有個專屬包間，一位專屬服務員，我們包間這位很漂亮的日本女生，英語很流利，她説上個月剛到過北京和西安旅遊，對中國印象不錯！晚餐每位是配一杯酒的，可以選清酒和梅子酒，我還加了一杯啤酒！晚餐後還可以去大堂吃免費的冰激凌和品嚐伊豆咖啡！温泉也是很不錯的，有露天温泉可以看海！酒店住了很多中國人！退房後送我們去伊東站的巴士也不需要預訂，因為都是上午11點退房，巴士坐的很滿，酒店還專門準備了一輛車幫我們運送行李！
總之這個住宿總體很舒服！

GGCTVery very nice owner who is always willing to go the extra mile. Appreciate very much. Place is not the newest but cleanliness and service are top notch and near to station! When we were leaving the dining hall, they even turn the slippers towards our convenience. Can’t ask for more. A very inviting place!! Food is yummy as well. Should try breakfast and dinner for at least one time! :)

VVegan 美味しいI had a fantastic experience at Forest Glaming! The staff, including Mr. Terada & the cool dude with long hair, were not only incredibly friendly but also made an effort to communicate with me in English and encouraged my attempts at speaking Japanese. Despite missing the shuttle bus, Mr. Terada kindly came to pick me up. The resort is a serene haven, offering tranquility and the cleanest toilets I've ever encountered. ✨Being tented near the shower and toilet facilities was an added bonus. 😮💨The food was outstanding, especially the aged domestic beef 🍖 BBQ. The only disappointment was not having the chance to share the wonderful dinner with the staff. I totally recommend Forest Glaming to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape with exceptional service and facilities. The staff's warmth and willingness to engage in different languages truly enhanced my stay. Fantabulous!!! 😍🥰

YYAJIEThe hotel is excellent, with spacious rooms and beautiful scenery. It offers facilities such as an open-air bath, swimming pool, karaoke, and tennis court. Guests can also book a free shuttle to and from the JR station. It feels like a bit of a waste for just two people — it’s more suitable for four to five guests.
The front desk staff are warm and attentive.
Since the hotel is located in the mountains, I encountered a centipede in the hallway.
Walking there is not recommended.

我們這次入住的是101號房間，有一房一廳，浴室乾濕分離，衞生也打掃得很好。
服務：入店後，店家小姐姐很熱情介紹了入住須知，洗護用品去也有pola 雪肌精 DHC等可以選擇，按需拿取，除此以外 還貼心準備了小孩子用的拖鞋，泡澡用的刷子等物品。
配置：這次定這家酒店就是看中了他家的温泉♨️私湯，有兩個私湯，衹要沒有人都可以包場使用，但不能提前預訂。內部同樣有提供小孩子用的小凳子等物品，讓人感覺很貼心。遊玩一天和朋友享受有私密性的温泉太讚了👍
餐食：我們這次預訂中有包含兩餐早晚飯，早餐有西式日式，值得一提的是晚餐提供的壽喜鍋非常好吃，食材很新鮮，份量也很足，店家大叔也會和你耐心介紹，幫忙。
加分點：館內有一衹叫做“SOCKS”（襪子）的小狗 非常可愛，很乖可以摸，看起來被店家照顧得很好。有點像遊戲裏的NPC，在館內不經意就會轉角遇到它[Love][Love]已經推薦給了身邊朋友，大家有機會來伊豆玩可以選擇這家酒店。

JJakub MikolajObsługa co prawda nie mówi po angielsku, ale dało się dogadać przy użyciu translatora. Użycie pralki kosztuje dodatkowe 500 JPY, ale wtedy w cenie są środki do prania. Całkiem ładny onsen, który rezerwuje się na 45 minut, pełni on również rolę prysznica, więc jeśli chcesz się wykąpać to i tak musisz go zarezerwować. Nam udało się to zrobić mailowo, za co jesteśmy wdzięczni, gdyż przyjechaliśmy dopiero po godzinie 19. Nie polecam natomiast śniadania - jest dość drogie, a do tego nie ma go zbyt dużo, ok. 1-2h po śniadaniu byliśmy już głodni.

PPanda6 “Coffee”川奈駅から無料の送迎があり、とても助かりました。予約制です。駅からは車で12分位かかり、山の中でした。
館内はとても雰囲気か良く落ち着いていました。
スタッフの方も親切でした。
夕食時、1時間飲み放題になり静岡麦酒がおいしかったです。お料理も全て美味しかったです。
とても楽しい旅行になりました。
ぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。

CcometdebrisI stayed at Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace for 5 nights booking though Trip.com. Be warned that problems may occur when booking through travel websites such as this one. I booked a standard room with no meals. What I did not know however, was that this reservation did not include any room cleaning services for the entire stay, no taking of garbage or towel replacement, no bed making, nothing at all. When I contacted the travel website to show my disappointment, they immediately contacted the hotel requesting a full refund. I did not expect a full refund for my entire stay. What I did expect, was for someone to acknowledge the fact that this important piece of information should have been indicated someone on the online reservation confirmation. Neither the travel site nor the hotel would acknowledge this.
The travel site replied with a response from the hotel, saying that I was a regular guest and knew about this “regulation”. It’s true, I have visited Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace on several occasions when housekeeping services were not included. However, this was clearly indicated on the reservation, and I stayed during the COVID STATE OF EMERGENCY, when it was standard practice for many hotels to exclude cleaning services. My recent stay was at the beginning of August, WHEN THE STATE OF EMERGENCY AND COVID RESTRICTIONS HAD BEEN LIFTED. It is no longer standard practice to exclude cleaning services at hotels in Japan.
The hotel stated that I visited the front desk every day to get towels and never mentioned the need to clean the room. This is untrue. I only came to the front dest 2 times during my stay, and this is because room cleaning staff entered my room on 2 occasions, so I was expecting them to clean or take out the trash, but they did nothing and left. I expected them to return, however, they never did. The bottom line is the hotel is responsible for communicating their services to customers, especially after covid restrictions have been lifted. Blaming guests for their lack of communication is completely unprofessional.
Now in regards to the hotel itself, I have stayed here on several occasions, I find it to be perfect, mainly because of the location and modest room size. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Ippeki (Ippekiko) and there is plenty of nature and a few trails in the area. You can step out the door and be on a simple hiking trail within minutes. It’s a very quiet area and very good for children and families. Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are all quite large and include a living room, kitchen with cooking supplies and dishes (but no forks or spoons), a large bath, and both Western and Japanese style bedrooms. Some may be discouraged by the age of the hotel (it’s quite old and could use some renovation), but if you don’t mind that, then I would highly recommend staying here. One point that I need to mention is in regards to the bedrooms. The hotel has replaced their blackout curtains with super thin curtains which allow sunlight to easily shine through. We were woken up at 5:00 am every morning because of the bright sunlight in our room. If you’re a light sleeper, please take note. I wish management would consider this. Also, it’s highly recommended that guests come by car, public transportation is very inconvenient in the area.
Overall, Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace is a very convenient place for a reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, but hope that they act with a little more professionalism and consider the fact that the covid state of emergency ended long ago.

UUsuario invitadoBeautiful onsen — our favorite stay in Japan with my family! The traditional breakfast was delicious with a very large selection of dishes. The rooms are gorgeous, quiet, and spacious — and everything was exceptionally clean. The cleaning crew truly does an amazing job.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel warmly welcomed. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, and having a washer and dryer available for guests was a big plus.
Highly recommended — we would love to stay here again!

MMic890The staff here are very helpful and polite, they even helped me to contact the next hotel for clarification. Only I recommend them to build a store room around the parking lot so that the huge size of the luggage can be left there for overseas traveller and no need to bring up to the hotel by walking the long stairs, if any. Also, they can provide a simple map in the website to locate their exact hotel location and nearby shops, cafe and supermarket, train station, etc. For me, I had a great experience spent in this hotel. If you like to see sunrise, it also a good place to stay in ocean view room. If you like running, you can run along the hill side with wonderful ocean view.
