UUsuario invitadoLas habitaciones y el servicio son muy satisfactorios. Se recomienda reservar un paquete con la cena de la mañana para experimentar un servicio japonés más completo. Los viajes de casa o dependientes pueden hacerse a través de teléfonos internos (en el número 8) y de la recepción por 50 minutos de reserva de acceso a la piscina individual de la familia (en realidad, se puede tomar un poco de Nazi con un poco de antelación), con un costo de aproximadamente 1680 yenes, sin costos. Los precios de las bebidas, los alimentos y los servicios de SPA también están dentro de un límite razonable.
Además, hay que tener en cuenta que el hotel está en la mitad de la colina, no se recomienda caminar con grandes maletas. Puede contactar con el hotel de antemano para ver cómo tomar el autobús o tomar un autobús en la estación de Endon. Si se necesita caminar, no se vaya desde el este de Irán de acuerdo con la ruta de Google, que necesita un descenso de la colina.

UUsuario anónimoIt’s a very charming place with a real wabi-sabi atmosphere - simple, quiet, and full of nostalgic beauty. Quite old-fashioned, but well maintained. This spot became popular on a Russian platform, so there are many tourists from Russia ( me as well) . When I visited the onsen, there were seven people in total - all Russian girls. Overall, it doesn’t stop you from having a great rest. However, it’s not really suitable for a honeymoon, as my husband and I were separated the whole time — there are no mixed onsens for men and women, probably because the place is now mostly visited by foreigners.
When we checked out, they kindly drove us back to the station. I left with a complete sense of relaxation. Thank you!

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es un hotel muy bueno, pero creo que podría haber sido mejorado para una habitación de seis personas, pero aunque fuera una habitación única, le daría el mismo puntaje. En primer lugar, el proceso de entrada fue muy rápido, y se le da una hora de tiempo de inicio privado para cada noche que se queda. La única cosa que lamento es no reservar el desayuno, porque parecía absolutamente delicioso.

VVegan 美味しいI had a fantastic experience at Forest Glaming! The staff, including Mr. Terada & the cool dude with long hair, were not only incredibly friendly but also made an effort to communicate with me in English and encouraged my attempts at speaking Japanese. Despite missing the shuttle bus, Mr. Terada kindly came to pick me up. The resort is a serene haven, offering tranquility and the cleanest toilets I've ever encountered. ✨Being tented near the shower and toilet facilities was an added bonus. 😮💨The food was outstanding, especially the aged domestic beef 🍖 BBQ. The only disappointment was not having the chance to share the wonderful dinner with the staff. I totally recommend Forest Glaming to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape with exceptional service and facilities. The staff's warmth and willingness to engage in different languages truly enhanced my stay. Fantabulous!!! 😍🥰

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es excelente, con habitaciones amplias y hermosas paisajes. Ofrece instalaciones como un baño abierto, piscina, karaoke y tenis. También puede reservar un transbordador gratuito a la estación JR y desde. Se siente como un poco de desperdicio para sólo dos personas es más adecuado para cuatro a cinco huéspedes.
El personal del frente es caliente y atento.
Desde que el hotel está situado en las montañas, encontré un centípede en la calle.
No se recomienda caminar allí.

我們這次入住的是101號房間，有一房一廳，浴室乾濕分離，衞生也打掃得很好。
服務：入店後，店家小姐姐很熱情介紹了入住須知，洗護用品去也有pola 雪肌精 DHC等可以選擇，按需拿取，除此以外 還貼心準備了小孩子用的拖鞋，泡澡用的刷子等物品。
配置：這次定這家酒店就是看中了他家的温泉♨️私湯，有兩個私湯，衹要沒有人都可以包場使用，但不能提前預訂。內部同樣有提供小孩子用的小凳子等物品，讓人感覺很貼心。遊玩一天和朋友享受有私密性的温泉太讚了👍
餐食：我們這次預訂中有包含兩餐早晚飯，早餐有西式日式，值得一提的是晚餐提供的壽喜鍋非常好吃，食材很新鮮，份量也很足，店家大叔也會和你耐心介紹，幫忙。
加分點：館內有一衹叫做“SOCKS”（襪子）的小狗 非常可愛，很乖可以摸，看起來被店家照顧得很好。有點像遊戲裏的NPC，在館內不經意就會轉角遇到它[Love][Love]已經推薦給了身邊朋友，大家有機會來伊豆玩可以選擇這家酒店。

UUsuario invitadoBeautiful onsen — our favorite stay in Japan with my family! The traditional breakfast was delicious with a very large selection of dishes. The rooms are gorgeous, quiet, and spacious — and everything was exceptionally clean. The cleaning crew truly does an amazing job.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel warmly welcomed. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, and having a washer and dryer available for guests was a big plus.
Highly recommended — we would love to stay here again!

往年のプーケットやバリの5つ星ホテルを彷彿させる。オールインクルーシブもお得感あり。
ただ残念ながら内外装のメンテが追いつかず各部劣化が酷い。浴場もいい御影石なんだからちゃんと磨こう。外壁もケルヒャーかけたくなるほど真っ黒。もう少し清潔感が欲しかった。

CcometdebrisI stayed at Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace for 5 nights booking though Trip.com. Be warned that problems may occur when booking through travel websites such as this one. I booked a standard room with no meals. What I did not know however, was that this reservation did not include any room cleaning services for the entire stay, no taking of garbage or towel replacement, no bed making, nothing at all. When I contacted the travel website to show my disappointment, they immediately contacted the hotel requesting a full refund. I did not expect a full refund for my entire stay. What I did expect, was for someone to acknowledge the fact that this important piece of information should have been indicated someone on the online reservation confirmation. Neither the travel site nor the hotel would acknowledge this.
The travel site replied with a response from the hotel, saying that I was a regular guest and knew about this “regulation”. It’s true, I have visited Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace on several occasions when housekeeping services were not included. However, this was clearly indicated on the reservation, and I stayed during the COVID STATE OF EMERGENCY, when it was standard practice for many hotels to exclude cleaning services. My recent stay was at the beginning of August, WHEN THE STATE OF EMERGENCY AND COVID RESTRICTIONS HAD BEEN LIFTED. It is no longer standard practice to exclude cleaning services at hotels in Japan.
The hotel stated that I visited the front desk every day to get towels and never mentioned the need to clean the room. This is untrue. I only came to the front dest 2 times during my stay, and this is because room cleaning staff entered my room on 2 occasions, so I was expecting them to clean or take out the trash, but they did nothing and left. I expected them to return, however, they never did. The bottom line is the hotel is responsible for communicating their services to customers, especially after covid restrictions have been lifted. Blaming guests for their lack of communication is completely unprofessional.
Now in regards to the hotel itself, I have stayed here on several occasions, I find it to be perfect, mainly because of the location and modest room size. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Ippeki (Ippekiko) and there is plenty of nature and a few trails in the area. You can step out the door and be on a simple hiking trail within minutes. It’s a very quiet area and very good for children and families. Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are all quite large and include a living room, kitchen with cooking supplies and dishes (but no forks or spoons), a large bath, and both Western and Japanese style bedrooms. Some may be discouraged by the age of the hotel (it’s quite old and could use some renovation), but if you don’t mind that, then I would highly recommend staying here. One point that I need to mention is in regards to the bedrooms. The hotel has replaced their blackout curtains with super thin curtains which allow sunlight to easily shine through. We were woken up at 5:00 am every morning because of the bright sunlight in our room. If you’re a light sleeper, please take note. I wish management would consider this. Also, it’s highly recommended that guests come by car, public transportation is very inconvenient in the area.
Overall, Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace is a very convenient place for a reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, but hope that they act with a little more professionalism and consider the fact that the covid state of emergency ended long ago.

MMic890El personal de la habitación es muy útil y amable, me ayudaron a contactar con el hotel siguiente para aclarar. Sólo les recomiendo construir una habitación de tiendas alrededor del parque de estacionamiento para que el enorme tamaño de la maleta pueda dejarse allí para los viajeros de fuera y no tenga que llegar al hotel caminando por las largas escaleras, si es que no. También pueden ofrecer un mapa sencillo en el sitio web para localizar su ubicación exacta del hotel y sus tiendas cercanas, café y supermercado, estación de tren, etc. Para mí, tuve una gran experiencia en este hotel. Si te gusta el sol, también es un buen lugar para quedarse en la sala de vistas al océano.
