Después de un tiempo que intenté pedir ayuda, inmediatamente tres damas vinieron a ayudar y pusieron la medicina en mi brazo y pierna derecha. Me encantaba su ayuda. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel y definitivamente volverá el año próximo.

I had a fantastic experience at Forest Glaming! The staff, including Mr. Terada & the cool dude with long hair, were not only incredibly friendly but also made an effort to communicate with me in English and encouraged my attempts at speaking Japanese. Despite missing the shuttle bus, Mr. Terada kindly came to pick me up. The resort is a serene haven, offering tranquility and the cleanest toilets I've ever encountered. ✨Being tented near the shower and toilet facilities was an added bonus. 😮💨The food was outstanding, especially the aged domestic beef 🍖 BBQ. The only disappointment was not having the chance to share the wonderful dinner with the staff. I totally recommend Forest Glaming to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape with exceptional service and facilities. The staff's warmth and willingness to engage in different languages truly enhanced my stay. Fantabulous!!! 😍🥰

Nos alojamos aquí una noche (dos personas). El personal fue muy amable y atento, y disfrutamos mucho de los dulces que nos sirvieron con el té al registrarnos. La comida estaba deliciosa y se pueden pedir bebidas adicionales por un suplemento. Se puede elegir del menú y también te preguntan qué te gustaría para el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena. El onsen es fantástico; probamos tanto el semiabierto como el al aire libre, y nos encantaron ambos. Mientras cenábamos, el personal nos preparó futones, lo que hizo que durmiéramos cómodamente. Los jardines son exuberantes y el ryokan está junto a una hermosa costa con vistas impresionantes. ¡Muy recomendable!

The number one aspect that sets Hinodeya apart is the hospitality and wholesomeness of the experience. Hinodeya is not limited to just a room that you sleep in. Rather, every aspect of our stay in Ito was intertwined with the wonderful owner and thoughtful staff. From our arrival to departure, our experience was nothing but pleasant. The breakfast provides undeniable value, you get so much compared to what you pay for. For dinner, we recommend the crab dinner, though it may be seasonal, but you get a taste of a majority of the local specialties all in one sitting. The owner of Hinodeya truly cares about your experience, and is an excellent resource when exploring Ito. The staff are compassionate and attentive, checking in constantly throughout our stay to make sure we were having a good time. The rooms are very clean, and the onsen is a one-of-a-kind experience not found anywhere else.

El hotel está situado en una zona de 4 estrellas, en la que se encuentran 2 habitaciones con camas de tatami. La habitación tiene un baño y una habitación con baño, pero el baño no tiene ningún jabón de mano que no me parece conveniente. La cena de buffet está bien, buena variedad con sashimi, sushi, carne de vacuno grilada, temprana y platos locales, pero sabores muy normales. 我們在伊豆的花水木温泉旅館衹住了一晚，但這次的體驗讓我印象非常深刻，值得推薦給大家 這家旅館是由一對中國老闆和老闆娘經營的 整體感覺更像是一家温馨的民宿 非常有人情味 到店的時候老闆和老闆娘非常熱情友好 讓人感覺像回到家一樣. 房間乾淨整潔 佈置得很温馨 雖然不算豪華 但非常舒適 住起來很放鬆。這裏的温泉也很棒，安靜又乾淨 非常適合在旅途一天的疲憊之後泡一泡，整個人都輕鬆了下來. 讓我特別感動的一點是，我當時不小心把東西落在了旅館。聯繫老闆後，他們非常細心，幫我把東西寄到了我下一站在大阪的酒店。這種貼心的服務真的非常難得，也讓我對這家旅館印象更加深刻.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy cerca de la estación de tren, hay un museo de Teddy, así como una montaña de la ciudad y la costa de la ciudad. El hotel está muy cálido, la habitación es muy grande, el desayuno y la cena son muy deliciosos, sorpresa! Después de cenar, el plato está con azúcar y salchichas, y los cigarrillos son platos gratuitos. El hotel tiene una variedad de bebidas y comidas. Los niños se olvidan de regresar y volverán.

It was a wonderful time at this hotel, I spent 4 nights and the room was prepared in the best possible way. The owners of the hotel are wonderful people. they helped me with all the questions. The hotel provides a free shuttle service upon check-in and check-out. and one evening we found ourselves at the station late at night and the hotel owner was nearby and kindly offered to take us to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel by location for tourists without a car. There is also a wonderful private Onsen here - it's a pleasure to relax there every evening! I will be glad to come back here again. 😊

I didnt stay at this hotels. Had some urgent things. But my family enjoyed it, big room for a family of 4, playground and playroom. Right at the zoo. Not very far from the station but uphill, so for the families with children and no car can be a bit difficult to reach. Onsen is not big, no outdoor bath. But still realy good place to stay

The staff here are very helpful and polite, they even helped me to contact the next hotel for clarification. Only I recommend them to build a store room around the parking lot so that the huge size of the luggage can be left there for overseas traveller and no need to bring up to the hotel by walking the long stairs, if any. Also, they can provide a simple map in the website to locate their exact hotel location and nearby shops, cafe and supermarket, train station, etc.    For me, I had a great experience spent in this hotel. If you like to see sunrise, it also a good place to stay in ocean view room.  If you like running, you can run along the hill side with wonderful ocean view.
