UUsuario invitadoThis is our second time staying here and this time was better than the first time. We ate dinner here as well and the dinner was not as expensive as I expected. The hotel gave us a 20% discount for dinner. We went to the onsen. Everything went well. A little expensive, but the breakfast was worth it, although you have to wait 30 minutes to enter the breakfast restaurant. The room was super clean. Sone staff don’t speak English.

UUsuario anónimoLa ubicación era excelente, muy cerca de la estación JR. A poca distancia a pie de muchas atracciones turísticas. Había un Lawson justo al lado del hotel. El desayuno era sencillo pero lo suficientemente bueno para un desayuno rápido. El personal era amable y servicial. Sería mejor si se pudieran proporcionar discos de algodón.

UUsuario invitado就在車站前海鮮市場旁邊，用地圖很好找。房間比一般的酒店要大，出人意料有個陽台。衞生間乾濕分離也出人意料的大，浴場式坐着洗還有個大泡池旁邊還是落地窗。一樓有個咖啡廳，酒店有優惠券提供給你，早上喝杯咖啡遠眺一下函館山也不錯。

WWee LoonLocation is the king. Booked a room that can see the canal right off the window for a peaceful view. Otaru is a small town and most of the places are within walking distance. Stroll along the Otaru canal right in front of the hotel was great! Room itself was normal, and we have one advice for the hotel to just remove the aged cupboards in front of the beds since nobody really needs them to give more walking space and luggage space. Onsen on the top floor was decent though not of the best, offering a good view of the canal. Service at the hotel was normal. Those who have cars will need to pay 1200 yen for one day of parking (will need to inform hotel to reserve the parking space when you go out). Everybody, regardless you are going to onsen or not, needs to pay 150 yen onsen tax when you check in.

La ubicación no podía ser mejor – perfectamente situada en el centro de la ciudad, con grandes atracciones, zonas comerciales y transporte público a pocos pasos. Hacía que explorar la ciudad sin esfuerzo y conveniente.
La primavera caliente en el lugar fue un verdadero tratamiento: limpio, espacioso y con agua muy caliente que derretió todo el estrés.
La habitación era increíblemente limpia, moderna y cómoda, con camas de calidad y todas las instalaciones necesarias.
Lo que me impresionó más fue el personal – Todos eran genuinamente amables, amables y atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con un sonrisa.
Este hotel ofrece la combinación ideal de ubicación, tranquilidad, habitaciones insensibles y hospitalidad.

UUsuario invitadoWe booked this hotel for a special stay for our Christmas Day abroad and it did not disappoint. The rooms are cozy, spacious and quiet with very comfy beds. We appreciated the entry way with the closet and shoe rack. We also appreciated the shower with great pressure, the large sink counter and the Japanese style toilet. There was also a good amount of toiletries provided. We had Japanese style pajamas, slippers for the room, sandals to go around the hotel in and even slippers specifically for the toilet area. The room has a large TV and you can connect to it with an HDMI cable or screencast but we could not figure out how to screencast. The hotel primarily caters to Japanese so the important stuff was in English but the little things like the remote control and temperature control were not.
We booked our stay with the buffet dinner and breakfast and for our stay it seems that all the greatest hits for Japanese cuisine were out. For dinner they had a steak grilling station, a BBQ scallop station, a sushi chef, crab dumplings and all kinds of accompaniments. For the dessert they had an array of tasty sweets but we enjoyed the macarons and Hokkaido ice cream the most. The breakfast was equally fantastic with a miso soup station, all kinds of sashimi, black pork dumplings, fried chicken and all kinds of crowd pleasers. There is a juice station and a coffee machine that makes all kinds of drinks so we were very pleased with the meals. We appreciated the plates and small dishes that allowed for small portions so we could pretty much try everything. Some items at the buffet did run out and these were specifically the small dishes - it is worth going early for breakfast and dinner because some items are not replenished and I found quite a few of these very delicious!
There isn't much around the hotel other than a 7-11 and a small botanical garden across the bridge but it is definitely a hotel meant to stay in and enjoy. We went to the onsen at night and in the morning and really enjoyed the outdoor bath which was sea facing. At night you could hear the waves and see the stars and during the day you could enjoy the beach and mountain view. The onsen baths have a variety of temperature pools and saunas and good bath products. There is a machine that dispenses a few pop flavours, cold tea and mineral water in the change room. There was a variety of self care products available in the change rooms as well like toothbrushes and razors.
Our room was very cozy after our bath and we found that the temperature for the hotel was possibly centrally controlled and not adjustable according to Google translation. It was set at a balmy 24 but we did figure out how to turn it off and got a comfortable night's rest. I wasn't a big fan of the hard toothbrushes that were provided mainly because the toothbrush used a coating rather than toothpaste which makes them truly single use.
The hotel offers quite a few amenities outside of the onsen area but the onsen was the highlight for us. They have a lounge area with lots of seats looking out to the sea near the front desk, a separate restaurant from the buffet restaurant, a souvenir shop that sells drinks too and luggage storage. We aren't sure if there are multiple floors with laundry machines but the one laundry room we did find only had one machine so this might not be a hotel to do your laundry at.
The hotel is easily accessible from both the train station and airport. From the train station you can take a bus or the tram which would take about 30 minutes and from the airport there are some dedicated busses that will take about 15 minutes. The bus station and tram station closest to the hotel is Yunokawa Onsen.
This was a great stay for us and we felt one night here was perfect. There is a lot to see in Hakodate and had we stayed longer we would have chosen a more economical option but this truly was a special treat for us.

SSaSaleishaEste hotel es el único motivo para volver a Hokkaido desde el viaje del año pasado. La vista del océano en la habitación acompañada del sonido de las tempestades / viento es tranquila y hermosa, y el interior pero semi-exterior/favorable del océano hace todo perfecto. La tienda de recuerdos de la escalera, cerca de la distancia de caminar Lawson/ 7–11 hace que la ubicación sea más conveniente.
Pero tal vez la expectativa fue demasiado alta después de esperar un año, me decepcionó por esta estancia por varias razones:
1) demasiado fuertes cigarrillos de tercera mano huele en la habitación, aunque abrimos la ventana durante 24 horas, el olor aún se apagaba
2) comprobar el tiempo es WAY TOO EARLY(10 am) para un propósito de ocio de estancia
3) La habitación es limpia pero no la ventana, obstaculiza la vista del océano y puede decir que el hotel es viejo de todas las esquinas.
Reconsideraré que si el precio vale la pena que debemos comprometernos, nos quedaré de nuevo.

LLern ChongWe faced major comfort problems unique to this establishment. Having stayed in six different hotels during our trip, this was the only one that presented these issues.
The primary problem was the temperature control. Despite setting the room to a cool 18^{\circ}\text{C}, the room remained stiflingly hot. Staff explained that the system was set to heat for the winter, leaving guests without adequate cooling control. We were forced to request a standing fan just to achieve a bearable sleeping environment.
Furthermore, we both experienced significant itchiness while sleeping on the bed. This is unacceptable and suggests a concerning issue with the bedding or mattress hygiene

エエゾシカ伝道師お宿のスタッフの方々の対応か温かく、かつ節度があり、とても心地よく過ごさせて頂きました。
禁煙可能なお部屋が多い中、喫煙者である同伴者は大変喜んでおりました。
加えて、部屋に残るニオイの対応もしっかりとされており、心地よく過ごす事が出来ると思います。
肝心の温泉ですが、源泉のパワーを頂く事が出来る
大満足の温泉です！
