UUsuario invitadoAuthentic Japanese style hotel that own a hot spring underneath the property. The hotel provides public bath, but private baths are also available for reservation. Breakfast comes in a a personal set and is delicious. The room facing the beach front view hearing sound of the ocean is serene and peaceful. Staff are all friendly and professional.

UUsuario invitadoI stayed in a D-Fourth Non smoking room on the 8th floor. The room has a nice view of Mount Hakodate from the balcony and a view of the port from the bedroom window. Room was clean and there is daily cleaning if you ask for it. Cooking utensils are available though no condiments provided. The bath system is electronic and took a while to figure out how to use it. Room was spacious and adequate for 4 of us. What we loved is that while the dryer did not really dry our clothes (separate washer and dryer), the heater in the room was strong enough to dry them and we could borrow a rack from the hotel to hang them out to dry. Only improvement we would like to suggest - we arrived when it was snowing heavily, and as we moved our luggage into the room the floor became wet and dirtied, we had to clean with tissue as there is no floor cleaner available.would be nice to provide self cleaning tools especially since there is a kitchen and things might spill. And also the balcony did not have any ‘balcony’ shoes so it was just too cold to step outside to enjoy the scenary. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Would choose it again if we go Hakodate.

UUsuario invitadoHakodate JR station is just next to you. The room is quite spacious and clean. The bathroom will be slightly small, but is good enough. Very accessible everywhere. It will be better to drive in Hakodate as the public transportation is not as convenient as bigger cities like Osaka or Tokyo.. super valuable with the price I've booked. Breakfast has quite a few selections, however it will be slightly pricey for it. You can add on upon check in.

YYizhouEs un hotel muy nuevo. Las habitaciones son de colores brillantes. Lo más destacado del hotel es que el baño público cuenta con aguas termales naturales, tanto interiores como exteriores, lo que puede brindar a los huéspedes una experiencia diferente. La zona de descanso fuera del baño es amplia y cómoda, pudiendo incluso comprar cosas por cuenta propia. A la mañana siguiente fuimos al mercado de mariscos y volvimos después de las once, por lo que no recibimos la llamada recordatoria de recepción y llegamos más de media hora tarde para el check-out. La chica taiwanesa de recepción habló por teléfono con el supervisor y finalmente no nos cobró dinero extra, lo cual fue toda una suerte.

IILIKiKA huge hotel without any personal attention. No hello when you enter the shop of the hotel, this is the first time for my experience in Japan. Cleaning service is not optimal, still some plastics left behind on the desk between the guide. No tea bags in the room when we want to have a cup of tea, go to reception to get the tea bags and the first thing the staff asks is which room number, after that then I get the tea bags, no any apologies for no tea bags available in the room.
The hot spring is huge but also a lot of people, very crowded, no space and no time to enjoy the hotspots spring. One very good thing, you can get an icecream after the hot spring.

FFernpynnI was impressed with everything from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed—it truly felt like staying in a private apartment. It was very comfortable and convenient.
My favorite part was definitely the onsen. It was very large and offered several different baths to choose from. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. What made it even better was that it was open all night until morning, so I could enjoy it anytime I wanted. It was such a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to stay here again💛

LLern ChongWe faced major comfort problems unique to this establishment. Having stayed in six different hotels during our trip, this was the only one that presented these issues.
The primary problem was the temperature control. Despite setting the room to a cool 18^{\circ}\text{C}, the room remained stiflingly hot. Staff explained that the system was set to heat for the winter, leaving guests without adequate cooling control. We were forced to request a standing fan just to achieve a bearable sleeping environment.
Furthermore, we both experienced significant itchiness while sleeping on the bed. This is unacceptable and suggests a concerning issue with the bedding or mattress hygiene

エエゾシカ伝道師お宿のスタッフの方々の対応か温かく、かつ節度があり、とても心地よく過ごさせて頂きました。
禁煙可能なお部屋が多い中、喫煙者である同伴者は大変喜んでおりました。
加えて、部屋に残るニオイの対応もしっかりとされており、心地よく過ごす事が出来ると思います。
肝心の温泉ですが、源泉のパワーを頂く事が出来る
大満足の温泉です！
又、入りたいと思っております♪
