The location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!

Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The room was a highlight — spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. All the basic amenities were well provided, making the stay easy and relaxing. One of the best parts is the rooftop swimming pool — stunning views, great atmosphere, and perfect for photos, especially around sunset 🌅 👉 One downside to note: The location is a bit far from Como city center. * There is a bus stop near the hotel, but buses can be unreliable and not always on time * Walking to the center is about 1–2 km, doable but not ideal (especially with kids or elderly travelers) 💡 Overall: Perfect for a relaxing stay in a beautiful, design-focused hotel. Best if you’re planning to use taxis or have a car, rather than relying on public transportation.

Отель просто очаровательный! Аутентичный маленький люкс с древней печью, комодом и платяным шкафом, мебель и вправду из прошлого века. Не смотря на это, все очень в хорошем состоянии. Ванные комнаты очень чистые, косметические принадлежности вкусно пахнут, белоснежные полотенца, постельное белье, все очень приличное. Первое впечатление немного обманчиво, погружаешься в атмосферу прошлого века, но потом постепенно влюбляешься в него, он абсолютно удачно расположен и имеет просто шикарный вид на озеро. Этот небольшой бутик отель заслуживает особого внимания благодаря заботливому персоналу. Хорошие завтраки, и приятные комплименты в лаунж-баре, как приятный бонус к нашему пребыванию.

Está muy cerca de la estación de tren, llego en unos minutos, y es muy conveniente ir a la siguiente estación. La habitación es adecuada, el primer hotel que vive en Italia, porque hay un pequeño problema de comunicación, pero Trip.com pronto ayudó a resolverlo. El desayuno es muy delicioso.

Very good location in front of the lake, nice view from our bedroom. Breakfast was very good, lots of selections. All staff are very helpful and friendly special mention to Ronald, Grace, Jade, Carl and other staff. You made our holiday memorable. A big thank you! 😍

La ubicación es buena, no está lejos de la estación de tren y el centro del puerto. La habitación es muy limpia, cómoda y un apartamento en una habitación y una habitación. El personal de recepción es muy paciente. Aunque escribió 4 hoteles, cerca de 2000 noches, en realidad es un apartamento, no hay recepción ni puerta. El hotel también quiere contactarnos con antelación para decirnoslo, pero no como Airbin puede contactar directamente. Una vez llegado, necesita llamar al jefe de teléfono de Internet para llamarnos. Porque no hay recepción, el equipaje puede almacenarse a 4 puntos. Tenga cuidado con las cosas buenas con antelación. No hay mucho problema.

The location was excellent, the staffs were nice. The food was good, the view was scenic. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice. Nothing to complain about.
