Me alegro mucho de mi estancia en el Grand Hyatt. Lo hago todos los años. Fue mi cumpleaños y Celine (no sabe la ortografía correcta, tal vez Selene) fue tan amable en arreglarnos el pastel. El hotel de la ciudad de Checkin fue muy amable y profesional, nos ayudó a llevar nuestros bolsillos a la habitación. Al checkout, Alisha era muy útil y amable, así fue su gerente (no se le dio su nombre), nos caminaron todo el camino a la puerta. Amit también mostró un gran servicio al ayudarnos con nuestros bolsillos, y Vinay también en la puerta delantera fue tan amable y útil con nuestros bolsillos. La ubicación es también muy buena. 35 minutos al aeropuerto si no hay tráfico, media hora de viaje a DLF Cyberhub para una gran cena. I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The property is very neat and clean, which is always a top priority. The room’s air conditioning was just okay — it worked but could have been more effective, especially in the sun-facing rooms, which tend to get uncomfortably hot during the day. One downside is that the rooms are located right next to the lift, so you may experience some noise from foot traffic and elevator use. Breakfast options were quite limited, which might not suit guests looking for variety in their morning meal. That said, while the hotel is small, it stands out as one of the best in its category within Sector 29. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay in this area, it’s worth considering — just try to avoid the sun-facing rooms if you’re sensitive to heat.

Excellent property and facilities. The reception associate ms jyoti is extremely customer friendly and prompt in getting the requests managed. The overall staff performance is very good. I would definitely want to avail the service again.

Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent. I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

Whoever trying to book this hotel through trip.com has to be careful of potential payment issues throughout your stay. When I was checking in at the reception, I was told that the hotel haven’t receive any payment from trip.com’s partner. Hence, they have to ‘charged’ a pre-authorised sale (which wasn’t refunded to me yet, I’m still waiting) because I don’t want to waste time waiting for travel agencies and hotel to deal with this. (I have fully paid my stay to trip.com). I have contacted trip.com several times on this issue and all updates I have received was that payment was successfully made but even after checking out, the hotel reception keep telling me and calling my WhatsApp that no payment have been received yet. I’m annoyed throughout my stay and even after my stay. Other than that, In terms of my stay experience, overall it is still okay. The hotel decorated one of my room for my grandmother’s birthday which is great and the room is spacious enough. However, the room is a bit old and definitely would help with some refurbishment especially the washroom. I also see stain which suggests cleanliness needs improvement. The hotel breakfast buffet was great with many options (but not suitable for meat lovers) and restaurant staff was helpful. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the experience was just ok. Also, I wouldn’t recommend this place for tourist who intend to visit Delhi’s attractions as there is a distance.
