For instance, some essential services like Wi-Fi stability and cleanliness in common areas could be enhanced. Additionally, the range of available amenities, such as fitness options or entertainment facilities, are somewhat limited compared to similar properties in the same price range. Guests paying a premium rate expect a higher level of comfort and convenience, but the current offering seems to fall short of that. A few upgrades in the amenities could elevate the overall experience, ensuring that guests feel their money is well spent. In summary, while the property has potential, the value for money isn't fully realized unless there is a noticeable improvement in the amenities provided. Addressing these gaps would make Bina Pani Delix 1 a more competitive option in the market.

UUsuario invitadoThe property appears maintained below par may be because of less flow of funds. The entry road is very narrow and shabby looking. The reception area needs lot of revamp, also the room decor seems so so but needs careful touch up specially with lighting gadgets, replacement of torn curtains and upholstery including holed cushion and intercom, widened gap between the door and the floor to be attended immediately, loitering of couple of stray dogs in the property gives negative impact on the guests. May be the pond in the center could be more attractive if decorated well with guests being allowed to do boating in it after conforming all safety protocols. Behavior of the property staff was very amicable, down to earth and much obliged. Names of shri chanchal, shri pint u mishra & shri ujjwal deserves a special mention. Food served at lunch n dinner were homely kind of and tasted well, besides being reasonably priced. However the complimentary breakfast offered at the property lacked very much in variety and did not host buffet. In a nutshell, our stay of 3 fly members, for 3 nights w. E. F. 11. 03. 2022 (saturday) at the property was within budget and pocket friendly.

UUsuario invitadoGood food. Rest all not good standard - upkeep of the elevator, room and washroom itself are all rather shabby. Towels were literally rags. Staff were not rude but not helpful or welcoming either. General feeling you get about the way it is run is - since it is a popular temple town, you will get some level of occupancy no matter whatever the condition of the facility. The price point leads you to expect much better standard, which one would get in any place in other part of india.

Pros : Room rates are reasonable
Have restaurant facility (Dine-in option both inside and outside restaurant)
Peaceful location
Have parking space
Behaviour is good
Cons : Rooms are very close to each other and not soundproof
They called us everytime over phone for breakfast,lunch, dinner which is quite disturbing.
Resort is far from main bolpur town, it's good for them who have own car..
Price of breakfast items are quite high.
