Fue agradable sentarse en la sombra y relajarse allí. Nuestros niños también gozaban de la piscina y la sala de juegos. El restaurante fue excelente - comidas deliciosas y un gran servicio. Mi única queja es la hora de apertura del gimnasio. Había una cabaña que compartían todos los huéspedes y cuando no desbloquearán el gimnasio hasta las 8:00, la cabaña se convierte en una propiedad caliente. Por favor, desbloquee el gimnasio antes y diga que es sólo para adultos. También se apreciarían algunas aguas y toallas en ella. Gracias por un estupendo estancia."

"Resort Review: Mixed Experience with Great Location but Major Service and Management Flaws Rating: ⭐️⭐️½ (2.5 / 5) I recently visited this property over the weekend with a group of 5 friends. While the location and natural surroundings have a lot of potential, our overall experience was severely bogged down by poor management, lack of basic amenities, and unacceptable service issues. Here is a detailed breakdown of our stay: 👍 The Pros * Fantastic Location & Beach Access: The property boasts a great location with direct, convenient beach access right from the grounds. * Decent Rooms & Views: The rooms are reasonably good and offer a nice side sea-facing view. * Exceptional Food: The in-house restaurant was a major highlight. Every single dish we ordered tasted wonderful and exceeded our expectations. * Clean Swimming Pool: The pool area is very well-maintained and impeccably clean. Our group had a genuinely great time splashing around here. 👎 The Cons * No Elevator (Accessibility Issue): Our rooms were on the 3rd floor, and the property does not have a lift. Lugging bags up three flights of stairs is a major hassle, and I strongly do not recommend this property for elderly guests or anyone with mobility concerns. * Poor Management & Housekeeping: Check-in time is awkwardly set at 1:00 PM. We arrived at 12:45 PM, only to find our rooms uncleaned. Housekeeping was severely inefficient, and we finally got our keys between 1:45 PM and 2:00 PM. There was chaos at the reception because not a single room was ready by check-in time—despite a strict 11:00 AM check-out policy giving them hours to prep. * Rude Staff at the Pool: The staff member managing the pool was extremely rude. His unprofessional behavior led to a heated argument that ultimately forced us to escalate the matter and call the manager. * Untidy Hallways: The hallways on every floor were messy and littered, completely detracting from the aesthetic of the stay. * Unreasonable Overpricing: While remote locations justify a minor markup on items, the pricing here crossed into blatant gouging: * Alcohol: A bottle of beer retailing around ₹200 was priced at an exorbitant ₹370. * Cigarettes: A ₹125 pack of cigarettes was sold for ₹160. * Coffee: A basic black coffee made from a standard ₹2 Nescafe pouch was charged at ₹50. * Unjustified Room Rates & Rock-Hard Mattresses: We paid roughly ₹4,043 (including GST) for a Deluxe room. Given the lack of a lift, the price feels completely unjustified. To make matters worse, the mattresses were extremely hard—like sleeping on a rock. * Overpriced Extra Mattress: Since we were a group of 5, we had to purchase an extra mattress per their policy. They charged an absurd ₹1300 for an additional mattress that was just as rock-hard and uncomfortable as the main bed. 📝 Conclusion This property sits in a beautiful spot with a stunning beach, a clean pool, and fantastic food that proves the kitchen staff knows what they are doing. "They have 3 types of room. Lowest price is of saver rooms (approx 1400 ***** with gst) which are slightly small and cozy but large enough for two people for a one or two day stay. Here, I am talking about the room 303 on 3rd floor. Clean and cozy rooms with neat & clean washrooms, geyser and toiletries (no toothbrush and toothpaste) given with a single towel for two people and complementary 1L package drinking water. A small TV and AC is also available inside the room. But architecturalary, TV unit is not infront of the bed & bathroom doesn't have exhaust but has shutter window which opens towards the common passage in some rooms which is not good as smell and sound will go in common passage. Also the window present on the west wall has only two compact curtains (instead of three) which don't cover the whole window properly making a concern for privacy loving people. They have small terrace on the 3rd floor which is beautifully decorated with seasonal flowers and accessible for guests also. Also they have some chairs on the terrace for sitting which is a good thing. Lift is also available. They have decorated every passage and rooms which is soothing. The most beautiful place is their resturant area which has beautiful arts on the wall. Chinese foods and starters are delicious but when it comes to north Indian foods (like biryani,🍟 french fries etc.) they sucks. Breakfast is also not upto the mark in comparison to main course. Non veg foods are most rated here. Room service could have some delay during dining time especially at dinner time so better to eat in resturant itself. Overall the resturant is budget friendly and all the staffs behaviour is upto the mark which makes our stay warm, safe and comfortable. Location wise this is best stay as most of the tourist places are at walkable distance (approx 1.5km) like sonajhuri forest and haat, deer park, viswa bharti University and tagore's museum. Only 2-3 tourist places are far from here. This guest house is very near to prantik station (1.8km approx). So instead of bolpur junction which is 3.5km far, people can take a ticket till prantik (if the train stops here) which costs same and take a toto from station to here, just ask them that you have to go to the named hotel which is near "Shyambati" (a chowk near this area). They have parking area avilable for two and four wheeler infront of the guest house. This guest house is present just beside the main road and grocery shops and small markets are easily available nearby. Public transport (totos) are always available outside the guest house."

"Located near Prantik Station just after Techno School it is very easy to find as situated beside main road. We stayed in room number 108 which is in first floor. Room size is quite big and service was super prompt. They have recently opened a cafe where one can spend quality time or can celebrate their special day infront of swimming pool and seasonal trees. Their main USP is delicious food .One may find the food price is slightly on the higher side but definitely do justice to your tastebuds. Cons: The room we stayed doesn't consists of balcony."
