Ddyhx1.5 hrs ride from YIA Airport, but conveniently linked to Pukawon Mall that has pretty much everything you need from nails spa, massage to cinema, shops, eateries, restaurants to supermarket. It's easy (and cheap) to get a grab (local Uber) so not a challenge to get around even to further places.
The room was spacious even for 2, including the bathroom area. Clean and well maintained, cute crab-shaped towel art and welcome amenities as a Bonvoy Gold member. Beds and pillows are a bit soft for my liking (even when I opted for a foam pillow from their pillow menu) but that's a personal preference. All amenities provided in the bathroom.
Service was amazing, such warm smiles and great initiative, from the bell boy who helped with our luggage immediately after we got off the car, to the friendly front desk staff, to the security guards who holds the doors open for us and most of all, the helpful and thoughtful housekeeping team. They saw that we had limited hanging space with too much clothes and put in a standing laundry rack for us, and additional bottles of water, all without asking. Special shout-out to Deelen, Wahyu for the superb service.
The pool looked amazing though I didn't get to try it this time.
Breakfast was also excellent, a wide spread of local, western and Asian. They also offer interesting local herbal beverages. Solomon was thoughtful and offered us to order special items off the buffet when he found out it was our 3rd day of having breakfast at the hotel.
Overall a wonderful stay and I'll be sure to stay here the next time I visit Jogja again.

UUsuario invitadoIncredible stay! We booked a night here after a disaster at a neighbouring hotel and our stay was one of the best in Indonesia. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with astonishing hospitality from all the staff members but especially Reza who went above and beyond to ensure that we were welcome and comfortable in the hotel. The facilities are top quality, the room was very clean and extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. The gardens and hotel grounds are extremely well maintained, beautiful, and have lots of space for relaxation or, if you have kids, spaces to keep kids entertained. The hotel has ample options for food/drink and also entertainment and also offers tours of the local area. It was also my girlfriend's birthday and the staff again put in genuine effort to make it a really special day for her, we are extremely grateful for their efforts - 5 star service.
I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an escape from the city and to be near mount merapi or who wants a bit of relaxation.

DDr. Ong SoetantoI really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hospitality feels genuine and the staff are warm and attentive without being over the top. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable straight away.
Breakfast is pretty standard, but still good enough to start the day. The swimming pool is nice and well maintained and yes great if you want to relax a bit after meetings.
The hotel is located in a residential area, so it’s pleasant for a morning walk. If you’re heading to Malioboro, it’s about 20 minutes by GrabBike and around 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic. It’s also close to Plaza Ambarrukmo, which is convenient.
If you don’t feel like eating at the hotel restaurant, there are local spots just a short walk away like bakso and soto nearby are cheap and tasty.
Overall, a comfortable stay for business trips. I’d come back again if I have meetings in the area.

NNuy26El hotel es estratégico, hay muchas opciones de comida, al lado del hotel Alfamart, lo que es único es que hay un tobogán en el interior por lo que los niños definitivamente estarán felices, el desayuno es variado y bastante sabroso, la habitación está bien, solo que no hay armario y secador de pelo a petición, lo que es aún más genial es que hay Nescafé Dolce Gusto en la habitación.

RRezaTrinHotel yang bagus. Dlu hotel ini namanya primepark deh. Utk bangunan ckup tua, tp masih dipelihara dgn baik. Parkiran luas, ada lapangan tenis dan pool yg luas jg. Utk kamar jg bagus dan luas serta terawat. Karpet. Hanya saja aga sedikit remang. Untuk sarapan banyak variasinya.
Utk staff very helpfull dan ramah2. Bner2 nyaman.
Ada peminjaman sepeda juga.

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación es estratégica, pero los baños podrían necesitar reparaciones. El agua tarda mucho en bajar, lo que genera lodo y es bastante peligroso si se llevan niños pequeños.
El parque infantil estaba cerrado a pesar de que todavía era tarde.
Este hotel fue una experiencia agradable. Ojalá se pueda mejorar el servicio y las instalaciones para una estancia más cómoda.

NNenengLa ubicación está muy cerca de la atracción turística de lava. La habitación es bastante limpia, pero hay algunas instalaciones que carecen un poco, como el baño no ha sido mejorado y hay muchas partes del edificio que pueden necesitar ser reparadas. El hotel está muy bien situado, el personal del hotel es muy amable.
