Hotel ini bersih..pelayanan memadai..staf ramah..kamar lumayan lega..breakfast lumayan enak

Hotel terletak di CBD Cirebon, lokasi bagus jadibsatu dengan mall. Kekurangan yaitu tempat parkir agak susah dapat dan beberapa perlengkapan sdh agak kuno, perlu dilakukan pembaharuan.

Food quality very poor, ordered dinner for room service, but the food was inedible, breakfast slightly better, but certainly room for improvement

Well run hotel. Breakfast is quite good quality. However shower area can be more thoroughly cleaned as mildew already form. Windows should be more sound proof as prayer call is just next to hotel.

I have been a loyal guest at this hotel for the past four years, and while I have consistently appreciated the warm hospitality and exceptional service provided by the staff, I have noticed a lack of updates and modernization in the hotel's facilities. The rooms, while comfortable, appear to be in need of refurbishment, retaining a somewhat rustic and outdated aesthetic. Similarly, the gym equipment seems to be in need of upgrade or replacement, which may impact the overall guest experience. I believe that with some investment in updating the rooms and facilities, this hotel could significantly enhance its offerings and better meet the evolving needs and expectations of its guests. Despite these areas for improvement, the hotel's friendly and supportive staff have consistently been a highlight of my stays. I hope that the hotel will consider these suggestions and prioritize updates to its facilities to ensure a more modern and enjoyable experience for future guests.

Clean compact room that has all but not a hairdryer. Water dispenser just outside room. BF is adequate and kitchen ready to cook a meal when you need them. We were at the high floor and treated to fire works just before midnight 1.1.2025. Short drive to palace compound.

Good impression when entering the hotel and room. Unfortunately a bad smell came out from bed area. Easily get all bed cover change with a new and fresh one. Food is ok, location is very good

hotel nya utk istirahat nyaman hanya pintu nya di buat kurang kedap jadinkalau lagi jaln suara dari dalam kamar kedegeran degan jelas….jadi kurang privasi baiknya pintu di ganti degan yg kedap…. lokasi dekat rell kereta dan kakau mau ke arah mall kita harus melewati rell kereta dahulu

Had a great time staying in this hotel with family. Their room is quite spacious, which is great for family (my son can't stop running around the room) and they provide a nice breakfast menu (you will love their various menu). They have hot water bath, coffee and tea, toiletries, tissue roll and cable tv (even though you will only find several channels). For 2 star hotel, this place is beyond my expectation.

El hotel está muy bien situado, ya que en el complejo de la tienda CSB, a Jamblang Ibad Otoy también está cerca, a 5 minutos a pie. O a Jamblang Mang Dul, a Grage Mall están cerca. Qué pena, la hoja de cama y la cubierta de cama no parece limpia. Utk menu breakfast jg lunayanlah ... En general, no hay problema para quedarse aquí. Muy estratégico porque.
