UUsuario invitadoBATIQA Hotel Cirebon is a clean and modern hotel in a good location. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the service is fast. Breakfast has many choices and tastes good. It’s close to the train station and city center, so it’s easy to go anywhere.
Overall, a nice place to stay in Cirebon — good value for the price.

UUsuario invitadoThere was a small issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly. The room was quite clean and spacious, and the first thing my son checked was the bathtub :).
We loved the breakfast they even had stalls for Indomie, Nasi Jamblang, and Jamu. The staff were all very friendly. Overall, we had a good rest, and my son had a lot of fun in the bathtub.

UUsuario anónimoSalah satu hotel yang recommended di Cirebon walaupun tidak ada kolam renang nya. Service memuaskan. Kamar bersih. Walaupun sempat salah type kamar, tetapi receptionist dengan cepat mengganti kamar. Menu sarapan cukup beragam dan rasanya flavorful.

RR.DerichristiantoThis was my second time staying at Hotel NEO Cirebon because it's quite a comfortable place to stay. The Standard Room isn’t very spacious but not too small either. Room amenities are complete, including a mini fridge and toiletries. However, the floor cleanliness could be improved—it was still dirty when wiped with a tissue. Breakfast was standard but tasted pretty good. The staff were friendly and responsive, which added to the overall positive experience.

Mmoses mayI have been a loyal guest at this hotel for the past four years, and while I have consistently appreciated the warm hospitality and exceptional service provided by the staff, I have noticed a lack of updates and modernization in the hotel's facilities.
The rooms, while comfortable, appear to be in need of refurbishment, retaining a somewhat rustic and outdated aesthetic. Similarly, the gym equipment seems to be in need of upgrade or replacement, which may impact the overall guest experience.
I believe that with some investment in updating the rooms and facilities, this hotel could significantly enhance its offerings and better meet the evolving needs and expectations of its guests. Despite these areas for improvement, the hotel's friendly and supportive staff have consistently been a highlight of my stays.
I hope that the hotel will consider these suggestions and prioritize updates to its facilities to ensure a more modern and enjoyable experience for future guests.
