Sangat menyenangkan berlibur akhir pekan di Wind Hill Mountain View Resort. Kami mengambil tipe kamar bungalow 2 rumah untuk 10 pax. Beberapa fasilitas yang bisa lebih ditingkatkan antara lain: perlu ada kursi di kamar supaya tidak harus angkat dari meja makan; kaca disediakan di kamar tidur tidak hanya di kamar mandi; perlu ada keset kaki di depan pintu bungalow; perlu blind shade di kaca lantai atas karena kalau matahari siang sedang terik ruangan jadi panas biarpun AC sudah maksimal: sediakan aplikasi Netflix di smart TV supaya tamu bisa login dengan akunnya masing-masing untuk nonton.

Nice hotel for short family staycation. Location is great and strategic. Has warm nice swimming pool and jacuzzi for relax and play water. Nice option and taste for breakfast. Nice cleanliness for public area and room, except for leaked smell from the toilet.

We stayed 4 nights as a family with two children. Overall: an excellent family resort with genuinely outstanding staff — the friendliness was consistent everywhere we went, from check-in to restaurants to the spa, across the entire stay. Check-in & room: Check-in was long but handled in a friendly manner. Executive Suite 7501 is very spacious with a large bathroom and a very large balcony. Ideal layout for a family of four. Pools: Very large swimming pools with separate areas for kids and adults — this separation worked well for us. Damar Restaurant: We ate here for the Saturday ”Surf & Sear Live Robata Night” and daily breakfast. The dinner buffet is the widest I have seen in a hotel — huge variety, delicious and freshly cooked, in a cozy atmosphere with very attentive staff who helped us in every way. Kids ate free at the themed night (printed on the bill), drinks were included in the buffet price (iced tea, cold brew, iced latte, ginger fizz), and the ALL Accor membership 10% F&B discount was honored. One honest caveat: the advertised live robata grilling counter was absent our night because the restaurant was hosting a wedding, so it was effectively buffet-only and busy — if you're booking specifically for the live-grill experience, confirm no private event is scheduled. Breakfast (also at Damar): wide variety, same friendly staff, but very crowded on Sunday morning — noticeably calmer on weekdays. The resort clearly runs at full capacity on weekends with the Jakarta crowd. Mad Cow (steakhouse, Level 6): Quiet, relaxed atmosphere on our Sunday visit. Steaks are grilled on an open station, staff were very friendly and helped us choose. Fresh juices were good. Note it's a premium-priced venue — imported Australian 450g cuts at steakhouse prices — and alcohol-free per local regulations (mocktails and juices only). Spa: Very clean and relaxing. We took two treatments — a 90-minute Traditional Balinese massage and a 60-minute Deep Tissue — both excellent. Padi Pool & Bar: Good mocktail selection for a pool day. Practical notes: the resort suits families exceptionally well; GrabFood delivers to the lobby if you want variety; folio can be pre-settled the evening before an early checkout, which made our 06:30 departure effortless; roughly 2 hours from CGK airport (use the Kunciran toll route to avoid Jakarta traffic). Verdict: The staff make this resort — every single venue, every single day. We'd return.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Dede, the Front Office Manager in charge, for handling situations that should not have occurred with great professionalism. Overall, my stay at Hotel Nemuru was a memorable experience for me and my family. That said, there are a few points that may be worth considering for future improvement: Room type accuracy – Kindly ensure that the room types displayed and communicated through online travel agents (such as Trip) accurately reflect the actual room conditions. Breakfast variety – Considering the room rates ranging from IDR 800,000++ to IDR 1,500,000++, a wider selection of breakfast options would be expected, especially during long holiday periods. Front office service – Further training for front office staff would be beneficial to improve how information is communicated and how guests are assisted during their stay. We had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Bogor! The 32m² room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for traveling with kids. The AC was nice and cold, making the room extra cozy after a day of activities. The hotel is truly family-oriented, with plenty to keep the kids entertained—movie room, PS4 game room, playground, free horse riding, and even animal feeding. Our kids never ran out of things to do! Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of Indonesian and Western dishes, all fresh and delicious. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!

We stayed for 3d 2n and we feel happy because the hotel is clean and cozy. As requested before we got early check in and a good view (pool view). Room is quite big for 4 of us (family room) and have balcony which is great. The swimming pool is big, and have canoes which the kids love to play everyday. Breakfast ok, standard.

I’m Japanese. My first impression was that the hotel is much farther from Bogor Station than I expected. It takes more than 30 minutes by Grab. There is an Aston hotel and resort nearby, so there seems to be a lively area with restaurants and shops. It might be nice to take a Grab there in the evening. Check-in was smooth, and the staff spoke English, which was very helpful. The Deluxe Twin room was a bit small, but it was clean and well maintained. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the Google TV was easy to use. On the other hand, towels and a hair dryer were not provided in the room, so I had to call the front desk to request them, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, probably because of the weather, I couldn't see Mount Salak from my window. The swimming pool was crowded with children, so I didn't really feel like using it. There was an Indomaret within walking distance, which was convenient. The welcome snack was a strange rice cake, and I wasn't sure what it was supposed to be. Breakfast offered a good variety of food, which I enjoyed. Overall, I'm not sure whether I would choose to stay here again.

No satisfactorio, no es caro con las instalaciones, sólo la habitación, la piscina es cm para adultos, hay una habitación familiar ... no hay otras instalaciones, no hay parque, sólo un parque roto y un parque temporal, La escena original no es nada ... No se queda cm para tdr ...
