The room itself was very clean and spacious. All necessary amenities such as coffee, tea, to soap, etc are available. I had to asked housekeeping to change pillow as it was smelly as it was used by people who didnt care about his/her head hygene. It was not the pillow case for sure. Pillows were replaced, however, they still have the same problem. Another small disappointment came from leaking ceiling. Which was could have been noticed by engineering because judging from the dripping stain, it happened for a long time, but never fixes. I complained, but nothing they could do except putting rugs on the floor. Actually they could have move me to another room. View from the large sliding door to the balcone was amazing. Breakfast also very nice and prepared properly. Another downside, due to resort design, when it rains, moving from room to parking or reception area have to use golf cart, which unfortunately only 2 available so have to wait for a while when they are busy. They is a small convenient shop for essential amenities. Cellphone signal is poor, so have to use hotel wifi, which I tried to avoid for security reason. Overall, this hotel is value for money. It is fairly inexpensive for amazing view, good restaurant and large room. Will come back again next time.

The hotel’s location is excellent, especially if you’re visiting Taman Safari. The room was clean, the lobby had a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed by several aspects of the facilities. The room only provided bath towels and did not include face towels. There were also no toothbrushes or skincare amenities such as lotion or moisturizer. For a five-star hotel, the amenities felt insufficient. In addition, the power outlets were poorly positioned, causing the hair dryer to become unplugged repeatedly. The bathroom and toilet shared the same door, and after taking a shower, water flowed into the toilet area. Overall, while the location and service were great, the facilities did not meet my expectations for a five-star hotel.

One of a kind experience, the road coming there was a little rough, and we had to go through a very narrow road. The parking area was a bit sketchy but well-coordinated. The environment, the overall vibe, and facilities were amazing however, I think it'd be best to have more than one staff that handle the reception. When we came there at around 6.30 pm, the receptionist was gone and we were waiting in the dark and uncertainty for 20 minutes until the 'host' helped us with our luggage and showing us to our cabin. The cabin was clean, good storage space, have hot water, beautiful smart-facilities. In the morning, we were greeted with a warm jamu service, the high canopies and green surrounding environment made an overall fun and zen environment that anyone can enjoy. All in all, I would highly recommend coming here at least once and it is a good experience if you want to escape from all the hustle and bustle of city life.

La habitación era limpia, cómoda y hermosa, perfecta para una relajada estancia familiar. The 2 bedroom unit was spacious especially the master bedroom. What surprised me the most was the pantry! From rice cooker, microwave, dining utensils and even a coffee machine were provided and worked well, we got the cook some simple food. The fridge was medium size, all TVs were working. Even though ACs only available inside the bedrooms, the living room did not feel hot at all in the afternoon. Had a great 2 nights with the family and looking forward to another stay. Also, the front desk was superb! The room was not ready when we checked in, he quicjly gave us 2 voucher for teabreak set ❤️ We got to enjoy some tea/coffee with cakes while waiting when we have received a welcome drink the moment we arrived. They also gave us a free 15mins photo session with 1 framed photo, lovely 👍

We had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Bogor! The 32m² room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for traveling with kids. The AC was nice and cold, making the room extra cozy after a day of activities. The hotel is truly family-oriented, with plenty to keep the kids entertained—movie room, PS4 game room, playground, free horse riding, and even animal feeding. Our kids never ran out of things to do! Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of Indonesian and Western dishes, all fresh and delicious. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!

Everything was good but tant very very small, cant think someone will rent that tant, i cancelled my booking bcs of this tant.

We stayed for 3d 2n and we feel happy because the hotel is clean and cozy. As requested before we got early check in and a good view (pool view). Room is quite big for 4 of us (family room) and have balcony which is great. The swimming pool is big, and have canoes which the kids love to play everyday. Breakfast ok, standard.

En general bien, tapi oh tapi gada sinal + wifi lemah. Sad Betttt. Kayanya mejor pescado kesini jangan pas vacaciones yaa biar bisa hikmat healingnyaa wkwkw 🫶🏻

No satisfactorio, no es caro con las instalaciones, sólo la habitación, la piscina es cm para adultos, hay una habitación familiar ... no hay otras instalaciones, no hay parque, sólo un parque roto y un parque temporal, La escena original no es nada ... No se queda cm para tdr ...
