The hotel is really nice. The rooms are spacious and clean with large bathroom space and cozy terrace to lay back and watch the pool view. The pool is the main attraction, it stretches midway between two curving blocks of rooms, looks refreshing and clean. The restaurant is not big, but not small either, the food is quite decent, they serve the usual breakfast options like, fried rice, chicken, eggs, noodles, cereals, soto, pastries, toasts, porridges, Indomie, salad and fruits. It's a convenient hotel for family staycation. I may return here when I have the chance.

Muy agradable nuestra estadía. Servicios excelentes. Muy útiles personal. Pero no muy agradable del desayuno. Quizás puede añadir más comida indonesiana no especia para niños. No todos los niños realmente pueden comer comida occidental con todo gluten alrededor. Sí, tienen un ángulo libre de gluten, pero mi niño no le gusta. Pero para los adultos, el alimento es muy grande con muchas variedades.

Overall, my stay at Hotel Nemuru was a memorable experience for me and my family. That said, there are a few points that may be worth considering for future improvement: Room type accuracy – Kindly ensure that the room types displayed and communicated through online travel agents (such as Trip) accurately reflect the actual room conditions. Breakfast variety – Considering the room rates ranging from IDR 800,000++ to IDR 1,500,000++, a wider selection of breakfast options would be expected, especially during long holiday periods. Front office service – Further training for front office staff would be beneficial to improve how information is communicated and how guests are assisted during their stay. Thank you for the hospitality, and I hope these suggestions can support further improvements

Alana ofrece una estación de carga para EV, que es muy útil y el personal también está a la espera en la estación de carga para ayudarnos cuando tuvimos una pregunta. El hotel está cerca de AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong y más café o restaurante. Fue una gran experiencia. Todas las personas están ofreciendo sus mejores servicios y humilde. La habitación está muy cerca de la piscina, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer. ¡Volveremos a quedarnos aquí en el futuro!

Staycation for my birthday celebration. Free mirror wording (additional charge of IDR 78k if adding a slice of cake). Delicious breakfast. Facilities are quite complete, including indoor & outdoor kids’ playgrounds. The kids’ activities are also quite varied (although some are paid and located at the Novotel, which is only about a 150-meter walk away). Overall, it’s worth the price for a 4-star hotel.

Overall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking. There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees. The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

We stayed for 3d 2n and we feel happy because the hotel is clean and cozy. As requested before we got early check in and a good view (pool view). Room is quite big for 4 of us (family room) and have balcony which is great. The swimming pool is big, and have canoes which the kids love to play everyday. Breakfast ok, standard.

En general bien, tapi oh tapi gada sinal + wifi lemah. Sad Betttt. Kayanya mejor pescado kesini jangan pas vacaciones yaa biar bisa hikmat healingnyaa wkwkw 🫶🏻
