EEndiYudaI recently stayed at Pohon Inn, and overall, it was an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable, right inside Jatim Park 2, which makes it super convenient for families and tourists visiting the attractions.
The cleanliness of the hotel was well-maintained, and I was especially impressed with the helpfulness and politeness of the staff—they really made the stay more comfortable. One of the highlights of the experience was the breakfast area, where you can enjoy your meal with a view of tigers and bears—such a unique and unforgettable setting!
The room itself felt a bit outdated, but everything worked properly. Water pressure and hot water were perfect throughout the stay. However, it’s worth noting that a hairdryer was not provided by default, and we had to request it.
Despite that small issue, everything else made up for it. I’d definitely recommend Pohon Inn for anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great stay!

NNura SulaimanThe villa is beautiful. It is quiet and peaceful. Comfortable stay. Recommend for couples. The kitchen has all its utensils, a good size refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and oven. We actually cooked when we stayed there. As it was raining, we couldn’t do any bbq outdoor. Thank you for the wedding cake that the villa management provided for us!! ❤️🥰 We love the whole stay.

UUsuario invitadoHasta ahora, bien. Estar allí durante 3 días no estaba feliz con las aminidades en la habitación. Me quejé de secador de pelo. Una vez que usamos se rompe, el técnico vino a la orden. Después de eso usaba todavía. El segundo día de la recepción de llamadas enviando la misma queja sobre el secador de pelo se rompió pero sólo se fijó, dijo que el fan en problemas después de usar en 30 segundos luego no trabajar de nuevo. Encontramos que el abiertor de la caldera está roto n sigue utilizando, ni cambiando con una nueva después de que se gotea agua de la caldera interior.

Ddinny ibadillahSuper cool! Gak nyangka hotelnya sebagus ini karena check in last minutes, kamar super luas dan bersih. Fasilitas lengkap, suasana tenang. Begitu pagi disanbut pemandangan gunung arjuno dan welirang. View Kolam renangnya amazing. Kalau ke Batu wajib sih menginap di sini. Didalam komplek resort ada toko oleh2 juga.

For present snack gift, you will get to toko oleh-oleh paradise and ken dedes, and also near kripik apple and nangka home factory with brand LEO at place gang kripik

PPAGA TRI BARATA, Ph.dIf you're looking for a cozy and romantic escape, this hotel is a fantastic choice for couples. I decided to upgrade my room for a mountain view, and it was absolutely worth it. Waking up to the breathtaking sight of not just one but two mountains was an unforgettable experience.
The cold weather added to the charm, especially when it drizzled lightly, creating a peaceful, gloomy atmosphere. Sitting on the balcony with a warm cup of coffee (or even ice coffee for a refreshing twist) while watching people swim below was incredibly relaxing. The twinkling lights from the locals’ homes in the distance made the view even more magical at night.
As for the hotel itself, there's nothing to worry about. It’s clean, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet romantic stay with a stunning view, this place is definitely worth considering.

UUsuario invitadoGood place to have a vacation. Good japanese vibe on cottage and private onsen. Friendly hotel staff, good quality and taste on Fushimi Restaurant.
Really like Ryokan design that resembles japanese Ryokan, all the wooden material gives good vibes.
Private onsen also really good, after not-so-long journey from Surabaya, you can soak in mountain hot water with good temperature (not to hot also not to cold) whilst enjoying night view from Ryoukan.
For anyone who will spend a vacation in here, don't forget to bring Bug/Mosquito repellent and bring some mineral water bottle because you can only have 1 time mineral bottle refill.

UUsuario invitadoYes, hotel is nearby a shopping centre, however the roads are busy, to cross the road (front and left) can be a challenge esp w small children. I felt this hotel is heavily advertise by social media influencers, i dont get what they advertise. cleanliness is ok. THE POOL is sad. the breakfast buffet is meh. AND NO ONE FAIL TO MENTION that the nearby mosque will play recitation (pretty LOUD) at 4am daily.

UUsuario anónimoProses cek in cepat tanpa kendala tanpa deposit dan petugas FO sangat ramah. Fasilitas kamar perlu peremajaan seperti cat dinding, sprei kasur yang mulai usang dan handuk yang berlubang, remote AC yang tidak bisa digunakan cuma karena musim dingin akhirnya tidak menggunakan AC. Untuk pool berfungsi normal dan cukup bersih, menu sarapan sudah cukup dan sudah direfill jika habis. Cek out cepat tanpa kendala dan tanpa cek kamar.

WworldwidewhatLocation seems ok the front of the hotel and public areas are almost spotless rooms on 2nd floor dua lantai have small balcony with 2 seats and a table 😀 great the room we booked had ac hot and cold water small tv connected to satellite the ac was not that good and actually heated the room regardless what setting i put it 16c cool the shower head was blocked so didn't work i reported both the problems to front desk the actually fixed it so that was good the staff can speak English. As for going bed me and my mrs notice ants emerging from near bathroom area and under the bed this episode was odd lasted 2 hours then restarted again about 7am we had no food in the room seems to happen after use of the bathroom shower as we was here for 1 night it was pointless complaining my advice always bring a can of bygon with you to low cost hotels warning they don't have elevator in the hotel so not a good idea for older people or disabled they have a nice pool area .in your room no fridge as for the tv set up you have start it up yourself saving grace is that they have wifi 😀 .the breakfast was ok glasses was very small like mouth wash cup smsll 4 of those glasses make a small decent glass of juice
