Está ubicado en una buena ubicación, a 10 minutos a pie de una tienda conveniente. Está en Sengigi, pero lejos de otros hoteles, a 15-20 minutos a pie de la colina hasta otros restaurantes. Hay un restaurante de mariscos cerca, pero el restaurante del hotel es bastante bueno y tiene un precio razonable. El desayuno es a la carta y genial. La playa es buena pero no para nadar. El área de la piscina es genial. Alquilamos scooters con el servicio concertado por el hotel. Está a menos de una hora en coche del embarcadero para ir a la isla Gili. No es la mejor zona para disfrutar del atardecer, pero el atardecer es uno de los mejores de todos los tiempos. Sólo hay unos pocos bungalows en todo el hotel. Muy tranquilo y tuve una gran experiencia en Lombok, muy recomendable y definitivamente regresaría seguro. El personal es fantástico y muy servicial y amable.

I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

El hotel está situado en la playa de San Jiji, a una hora del aeropuerto. La puerta del hotel 🈶 24 horas es una tienda de conveniencia. Cada personal de servicio sonrisa con un sorriso. El hotel no es grande, muy delicado, y el paisaje del sol es hermoso. El desayuno es un paquete de comida y tiene un peso suficiente. Un café / té + un café de fruta + un desayuno (elección), los niños no tienen desayuno, y un punto de 92 yuan. El spa del hotel es muy cómodo y el entorno es bueno en el precio. Dos personas 1H 1000K Indonesia. El gerente Mayo está muy entusiasta, gracias por su invitación a cocktail. La tumba de la isla de Longoku es muy mala, y hay que prestar atención a la defensa.

We had a great time at Qunci Villas Resort. The public spaces are all super neat and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and between the endless options of excursios, experiences and selection of 4 restaurants you'll never feel bored. We stayed in the Qumbang Luxury villa and here are a few things and here are a few things you should know if you're considering the same. The villa is in a separate location from the main resort compound. It is across the main street and around 450 meters up the hill, so you have to ask reception for a ride every time you want to go between the resort and the villa or take a nice little walk. If you want to swim in the public pools as a resident of the uphill villa, the only restrooms available to you are in the restaurants. So it can get awkward slightly walking around dripping water or changing in there. Lastly, the resort is right on the middle of senggigi Beach, which is slightly narrower than the other parts which makes it inaccessible sometimes because the waves comes crashing against the resort shore. Which is fine because you can still walk to either side of the resort and access the other side of the beach beyond the resort grounds.

En la zona tradicional de Senggigi en Lombok, personalmente creo que el hotel tiene el mejor hardware. Estilo tradicional balinés, totalmente funcional, un poco anticuado, pero a un precio asequible. Puedes alimentar a gatos, tortugas y jugar golf para niños pequeños. Las habitaciones de huéspedes del primer piso están conectadas con la zona pública, que es de fácil acceso y puede utilizarse para secarse. La piscina es muy bonita. La vista del hotel hacia el oeste está bloqueada por el cabo, por lo que la vista es normal y el Monte Agung no es visible. Afuera hay una playa de arena negra. Puedes ir al mar, pero no hay nada en el fondo del mar. Puedes pescar en la bahía de Senggigi. Puedes tomar un barco a Bali o alquilar un barco a las islas Gili.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
