I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

非常經濟實惠的酒店 位置很好 在聖吉吉的核心地段 服務好 衞生乾淨 我們住了貴的房型也住了便宜的 都物有所值 性價比之王！唯一值得注意的是 由於印尼穆斯林很多 每天凌晨都會有廣播禱告 這非常打擾睡眠 如果您睡眠淺 可能會被吵醒。但這個問題幾乎所有龍目島的酒店多少都會有。

El hotel está situado en la playa de San Jiji, a una hora del aeropuerto. La puerta del hotel 🈶 24 horas es una tienda de conveniencia. Cada personal de servicio sonrisa con un sorriso. El hotel no es grande, muy delicado, y el paisaje del sol es hermoso. El desayuno es un paquete de comida y tiene un peso suficiente. Un café / té + un café de fruta + un desayuno (elección), los niños no tienen desayuno, y un punto de 92 yuan. El spa del hotel es muy cómodo y el entorno es bueno en el precio. Dos personas 1H 1000K Indonesia. El gerente Mayo está muy entusiasta, gracias por su invitación a cocktail. La tumba de la isla de Longoku es muy mala, y hay que prestar atención a la defensa.

Hice un solo trip, escogí este hotel como último destino en Indonesia por como se veía la habitación en fotos, incluso hasta eso opciones de tours, tenía la duda de escoger entre la habitación con vista al mar o la que tenia piscina privada, pero al final me quede con la vista al mar por el baño al aire libre y por el diseño, cuando llegue me asignaron una habitación muy fea y nada que ver con lo que había reservado, pedí cancelación pagando la compensación pero se rehusaron, al final me cambiaron de habitación al día siguiente pero la verdad me sentí super mal porque si quieren reservar la habitación de las fotos en trip deben preguntar al hotel si esta disponible, me arrepiento de quedarme aquí, el mar es horrible en esta área, les recomiendo el hotel de un lado, las habitaciones son más grandes y bonitas. Al final no doy calificación de 1 solo porque el duty manager se porto muy amable y trato de hacer un service recovery de manera oportuna... Pero la verdad me hubiese gustado cancelar y quedarme en el hotel se a lado donde reserve una noche de puro accidente. En las fotos muestro lo que prometen con vista al mar y lo que me dieron... Al final si me cambiaron de habitación pero la mala experiencia se quedo en mi porque escogí lombok por sobre Gili solo por el hotel.

En general, fue un hotel maravilloso. El personal fue muy amable, servicial y encantador. Cada mañana había una gran variedad de opciones para desayunar. La zona de la piscina estaba limpia y era agradable. El restaurante también tenía un ambiente agradable y comida deliciosa. El hotel está justo en la playa, con vistas impresionantes, y el puerto de Senggigi es un puerto tranquilo y cercano, así que es fácil organizar el viaje de regreso a Bali o a las islas Gili. La habitación estaba limpia y tenía un balcón encantador. Pude sentarme allí y también en el restaurante a trabajar con mi portátil en un entorno tranquilo.

Instalaciones: Una habitación muy perfecta, alrededor de 70 cuadrados, seco separado del baño, con todas las camas, piscinas super grandes, viento marino bebiendo café para ver el mar y el sol y el sol. The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
