Gglobe trotter_I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice!
Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva.
Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice!
Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom!
Will definitely come back again!

Hotel nuevo, espectacular villas grandes con vistas increíbles y piscina privada. Colchon, sofá y amacas muy cómodas. De sueño. Servicio excelente y comida rica, la zona es muy tranquila pero abajo hay una parada de taxis y en 5 minutos estás en el centro de Sengigi. El masaje en el Spa fue excelente. Lo menos agradable no tiene que ver con el hotel, sino que en la misma colina hay una mezquita muy activa con altavoces, no solo se oye la música de la hora de rezos desde las 4am (que tiene encanto) sino que se escuchan las oraciones y cantar durante horas y horas. Es difícil descansar y relajarse así.

Villa es grande. El personal fue increíble y servicial, especialmente los mayordomos que nos atendieron en la Villa. Tuvimos un rato maravilloso. Estábamos en una villa de 2 dormitorios. Consideraría la villa de 3 dormitorios en el futuro.

En general, fue un hotel maravilloso. El personal fue muy amable, servicial y encantador. Cada mañana había una gran variedad de opciones para desayunar. La zona de la piscina estaba limpia y era agradable. El restaurante también tenía un ambiente agradable y comida deliciosa. El hotel está justo en la playa, con vistas impresionantes, y el puerto de Senggigi es un puerto tranquilo y cercano, así que es fácil organizar el viaje de regreso a Bali o a las islas Gili. La habitación estaba limpia y tenía un balcón encantador. Pude sentarme allí y también en el restaurante a trabajar con mi portátil en un entorno tranquilo.

Este complejo es impresionante. Nos ascendieron por celebrar nuestro compromiso y también recibimos un pastel gratis. La habitación es enorme y todas las comodidades eran geniales. Los happy hours en los diferentes bares fueron lo más destacado. La piscina es realmente bonita y limpia. La comida está hecha para satisfacer el gusto de los turistas, pero si quieres un auténtico marisco delicioso, hay un lugar increíble cerca. Definitivamente regresaría.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg)
This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying.
However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on
I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower
I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave
The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first)
Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for)
I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
