Hoteles en Chester con aparcamiento

residieron 20-27 Dec: ＞＞＞El buen piso de baño caliente, la actitud de servicio de la dama de recepción (la ex enfermera), aire acondicionado, zona de asiento tranquila abajo, café y croissants de la mañana, cortinas de descubierto, ventanas/visualización del curso de carrera ＞＞＞el mal - error de reserva de Roomzzz - cancelaron las fechas equivocadas cuando hice un cambio (aunque nos compensaron con la actualización gracias), no hay aparcamiento gratuito (y la aplicación de ringgo nos obligó a pagar GBP15 por 24 horas para sólo parque de parque parcial), La recepción no era amistosa para los clientes y también se escuchaba constantemente la televisión en altavoz, las hojas de cama tenían algunas pinturas en el momento de comprobar la foto.

Thank you for an excellent stay. We deeply appreciate how welcoming and helpful the staff were especially as our stay was unexpectedly eventful. Your kindness and patience given with coffee and toast made a tough time bearable. We will return to experience this lovely place again

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The local is not too far from city centre. We walked to the city centre less than5mins, walk to city wall from the hotel about 15mins but if you walk faster it takes 7-8mins. The breakfast is great.

La habitación era muy bien, y la habitación era muy bien. La habitación era espaciosa, tranquila y limpia. El personal en todo el hotel fue siempre amable y útil. El desayuno fue bueno, aunque algunos artículos no se llenaron durante un tiempo. Nos hemos quedado antes como la ubicación es excelente y siempre estamos satisfechos con el servicio y el estándar.

Stayed here last night, everything was perfect. Our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for one night. The hotel is close to the city so just an uber ride away. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we opted for the breakfast the next day which was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly reception staff. Great location. Room good size and modern bathroom but not the cleanest, hair on dress cushions, hair in shower tray, lots of dust in room. Expected a bit better from here.

For a normal size breakfast you had to pay extra, the heating was broken in the spa so it was quite cold. The hotel did look a bit tatty in places. Service was lacking, always had to chase the staff members. Lovely building and good location.

We had a lovely time it was one of our celebration for our 50th wedding anniversary and the staff were great. I had knee surgery 12 weeks ago. They made sure we had a downstairs room and even found another chair to go in our room as I needed one with arms on to get up. We had dinner at the restaurant Friday evening and the food and service was quick and excellent.

As a big fan of Premier Inns I felt this one wasn't up to their usual standard. Beds always very comfortable but the bedding wasnt adequate, slightly ill-fitting. Also the room was cold and the air con set to high did not work. The TV also did not work in our room, aerial connection was cited aa the reason on-screen. On a lesser and more personal note, i like the scrambled eggs option in the morning but only fried eggs were offered at breakfast.
