El mejor hotel que he estado hasta ahora todo el personal día/noche fue bien manejado feliz y útil personal feliz de la recepción a la cena a los limpiadores todos tienen arriba y más allá con mi estancia desde el momento en que llegó me hizo sentir igual como im discapacitado el ascensor acceso era fácil de usar útil con mi equipaje justo a la distancia no esperando alrededor de la recepción fue brillante excelente comunicación recibió mi tarjeta de habitación realmente rápida no esperando alrededor de 3 ascensores tan abundante acceso a los pisos mi habitación era hermosa espacioso fácil acceso con entrada rápida con puerta eléctrica sólo swap y la puerta se abre para usted con un botón de presionar para salir del baño tiene todos acceso deshabilitado barras de baño asiento ducha con brazo descansa usted puede moverse de lado a lado que ayuda a secar el suelo comida se ha hecho sorprendente desde el desayuno buffet masiva selección que tienes que probar los jugos de fruta mezclados rojo y verde explosión sabor tiene tu gran británico con un croissant y cappuccino para después incluso había reservado mesa con fácil acceso con preguntar ayuda con servicio si quieres tu desayuno traído también tu habitación le recomiendo muy lejos quedarse en el hotel Leonardo para el mejor estancia en lo que alguna vez necesitas un gran turista mientras que en su estancia tienes que visitar el castillo

I like to book Holiday Inn when I travel because it's usually reliable, although some branches can be a older/more worn out than others, but I expect would be up to standards. Room was comfortable and very spacious. Had a Big screen tv ehich was great to watch the match.The night team went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay and responded to my request.

I extended for a late checkout, since it’s the night after concert. So I went back to bed after breakfast, and DONG!!! Fire alarm! VERY LOUD that every sleepy soul would wake up frustratingly. Turns out it’s just a test? And the reception said it’s the policy to do every Monday 10am? But that time was 11.30! Anyway if they have planned for it they should tell guest upfront so I don’t have to wake up panicly and rushed out to the fire exit, needed to go to the reception to restore the keycard cause everything will be reset after the alarm(as they told me). This is ridiculously unacceptable. It’s overpriced too but this subject is known and accepted since it’s the concert night.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciated how attentive and friendly everyone was throughout my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and linens were high quality, and I slept better here than I do at home! Small details, like complimentary water, good lighting, and thoughtful amenities, made a big difference. The location is perfect—close to everything I wanted to see, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfort, and convenience makes it a place I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. I’ll absolutely stay here again on my next trip!

The room was average with no ceiling lights but both double beds were comfortable. The bathroom has a bathtub and it’s a pretty high climb for an average height person to take a shower. Plus the floor always got super wet because of the shower water. The shower was also broken so there was more water leaking behind the shower than on the person bathing. There are no face towel hangers and the heated towel hanging rod was not heated at all. The buffet had the exact same things everyday, including the cut fruits 🫣

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de las instalaciones del hotel, especialmente de la piscina cubierta con sauna, el restaurante tiene un ambiente realmente agradable y buena comida. La banda de gel de ducha, champú y lavado de manos es muy agradable, el olor es bueno 💖 Pero desafortunadamente, el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación está fuera de control, solo usamos ventiladores en nuestra habitación de hotel 🤯 No puedo esperar en nuestro viaje 😅 Aunque nuestro baño tiene bañera, ésta no tiene tapón. Quiero pedirlo en recepción, el personal me dijo que programara una visita de mantenimiento al día siguiente, no me presenté. Creo que sucede alguna vez, el hotel es bonito y la ubicación también es buena.

Last minute decision to stay over in Cardiff and this is in an ideal location and reasonable price. Staff at reception/bar couldn't have been more helpful when I struggled with the check in units! Room was fine, quiet & with everything I needed. Sunday night but restaurant was still open so had lovely meal there & breakfast the next morning always a cracker. Note their deal if you're having both by the way.

Didn’t have any cause to use reception other than check in and out. Staff were friendly and explained times for breakfast and check out.  No fridge in room and no ice machine available even though advertised in the rooms and on entrance to lifts.  Other than this would recommend.

It is a good hotel, good size swimming pool & have both steam room and sauna, however, been twice now on weekdays and both times very busy. Mainly self check-ins which loses the personal touch I feel and not too happy charged extra for parking giving the location of the hotel. Great service in the restaurant.

Stayed at this hotel for five days the beds was very comfortable. Rooms are very clean. Waitrose and Lidl‘s two minute walk regular buses into Cardiff. Breakfast available at the hotel. Staff are absolutely lovely and always ready to help. She’s a very friendly hotel with country walks nearby rooms have bath with a shower always hot water available me and my husband had a very comfortable pleasant stay well definitely return the hotel is more of a motel but would not hesitate recommending as you have everything you need the rooms are basic but do you have a kettle tea and coffee supplied clean towels extremely comfortable bed and the rooms are clean staff are very welcoming and friendly
