Cuando me disponía a salir del hotel esta mañana, me di cuenta de que mi aplicación de taxis no funcionaba, así que pedí a la recepción que llamara un taxi, pero me recomendaron el aparcamiento del hotel. Tardé exactamente tres minutos en llegar y me costó cinco euros. ¡Muy bien! Esta vez era yo el único que esperaba el autobús, así que tuve que cambiar de autobús. Un apuesto conductor me llevó al aeropuerto. Aunque no era la terminal a la que quería ir, me tomó unos diez minutos caminar hasta allí después de preguntar direcciones. Se tarda unos diez minutos en caminar desde 2d a 2e desde el interior, lo cual es aceptable. ¡Es perfecto!

Higiene: Las condiciones higiénicas son buenas.
Entorno: Zona hotelera del aeropuerto, sin alrededores. A 10 minutos en taxi desde el aeropuerto. También hay trenes gratuitos, pero es un poco complicado coger el tren si llevas mucho equipaje.

JJTKONo hay servicio de traslado al aeropuerto después de las 10:00. El servicio de recepción es deficiente para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Solo hay un empleado y desconoce la prioridad para los huéspedes que se dirigen al aeropuerto. Las habitaciones están en buen estado, aunque parece que el inodoro no está bien limpio, tiene una mancha fea y el grifo de la ducha no funciona correctamente. La temperatura del agua caliente y fría varía bruscamente. El desayuno es muy limitado, pero el cruasán está muy bien hecho.

ZzieeeBuen hotel para una escala rápida o para llegar a CDG tarde por la noche. Reservamos la habitación más grande disponible con baño privado. El baño era pequeño pero cumple su función (piense en un baño plano con espacio de ducha extendido). El hotel también estaba a pocos minutos a pie de un centro comercial, Aéroville, con muchas opciones de comida. El servicio de transporte también estaba disponible por un precio de £3 por viaje por persona desde/hacia el aeropuerto CDG.

Encontrar el autobús lanzadera para ir al hotel desde el aeropuerto Charles de Gaulle fue un poco complicado, sobre todo porque en las señales de la T2D no había ningún icono del hotel. El trayecto cuesta unos 4 euros por persona. Una vez en el hotel, hicimos el check-in y reservamos el autobús lanzadera para la mañana siguiente, pagando el importe del servicio de ida y vuelta. Al día siguiente, solo hay que esperar en la acera frente al hotel unos 5 o 10 minutos antes de la hora acordada. Las fotos del autobús lanzadera y la ubicación aproximada de la parada se muestran a continuación.

UUsuario invitadoFirstly, let's start with the pros, the driver of the hotel shuttle was very friendly, he even brought along the hotel name sign and walked in front of the door where all the people were waiting for their respective hotels' shuttles, so we saw him and gave him our names. The shuttle costs 7 euros per person per trip, so a round trip was 14 euros to and from the airport/hotel. The next morning, it was the same man again. The ride was not close, and there was no public transit/bus so I believed that either the shuttle or taxi were the two options. Next, I called the reception the night prior and asked for a wake up call for 8h30, the man put me on hold and confirmed my room number and time, 8h30, and I asked if I will receive a call and my phone will ring the next morning, he said yes and I hung up and went to bed. Fortunately, I woke up at 6h30 the next morning because I set my cell phone alarm, but there was no call at 8h30 and I waited and waited and waited, nothing, and I made sure my phone was put down nicely the night before, but there was no phone call. I checked out around 9h30 and I told the lady at the reception that I spoke with a man the night before, but no alarm and I waited and waited, she did not apologize nor said excuse me for any error, which is shocking for any hotel staff but this is a four-star-hotel so even MORE shocking. I checked out and asked if the 250 euros deposit will be returned to my credit card and she told me it will be returned to my card automatically. I thanked her and wished her a great day but still no apologies for the missed wake up call. It gets worse, the night before, I had one frozen bag of vegetables I wanted to cook as it was my last night in France, so that was my dinner, I saw a something like a timer ⏲️ and I turned it but still I could not turn on the electric plate, so I walked over a few rooms down and knocked on the door. I thought it was strange that someone was cleaning or doing housekeeping at 22h00 or 22h30 that late at night. It was actually a male technician and I understood why right away, because I couldn't even turn on the power of that electric plate. It took him many tries to finally turn it on, and then increase the power... If it took him like 2-3 mins and he is the hotel technician, how long would it take the hotel guests??? Absolutely ridiculous and good thing I saw an open door further down the hallway! Or else getting someone at 22h00 would take awhile. Finally, I slept with my jacket on ALL night, there was clearly a strong wind coming from outside the balcony... I saw there was a sign telling us that if we open the windows or the door to the balcony, it will disable the heating/air conditioning system. I dared not open anything... But I now understood why the technician was fixing things because honestly things were not in good working order. The next morning, the handheld showerhead needed to be handheld REALLY, the stand is broken so I had to ”lean” it against the wall so that I didn't have to hold on to it while using shampoo or washing my hair... For a four-star-hotel it is totally not worth it, I stayed in a two-star-hotel with WAAAAY BETTER experience. Final verdict, save your money and go elsewhere. The room is big and the water is hot but other than that and the friendly driver of the shuttle, I cannot say anything else that aren't negative. Totally disappointed and definitely will never stay there again.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel estaba a poca distancia en coche de un centro comercial y del aeropuerto. La habitación era pequeña y solo era cómoda para una persona. No había secador de pelo en el baño. La ducha estaba mal diseñada y perdía agua en el suelo, así que tuve que usar las únicas dos toallas y la alfombra de baño disponibles para absorber el agua. Luego pedí al personal de limpieza que limpiara y cambiara las toallas, pero no lo hicieron, así que la habitación olía mal cuando regresé. Había desayuno disponible, pero no lo pedí.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está fuera de la estación de metro, cerca de la carretera de alta velocidad, si no conducimos, sería muy conveniente y hay muchos estacionamientos gratuitos. Sin embargo, no hay equipamiento cerca, hay una estación de autobús, muy lejos de la estación de metro. El desayuno está bien, la habitación es muy pequeña, no hay bañera eléctrica, pero puede tomar agua caliente en el hall del primer piso.

TThejessicadukeThe hotel has a self check-in system so when I got here with my husband we were confused because the reception was locked and no one was in sight, we finally found a lady who was cleaning a room who called the manager who told us to use a machine in front of the building to check-in. The accommodation is very clean and simple, suitable for a couple to stay in, I loved that the room was upstairs and the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, it gave me a feeling like I rented an apartment. Saint-witz is a safe and quiet town, there are a lot of hotels around this hotel as well as a lot of places to buy fast food, Mcdonald's is directly opposite, KFC and other fast food centres are also here. It is REALLY close to the airport, just 13mins drive but far from Paris, cheapest way to get to Paris from here is by using the train as a Bolt will cost you almost €60-70 to get to Paris. The bed is also comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. There is another B&B Hotel just when you turn into this street but that is not this one, this particular one is located to the right at the end of the street.
