El desayuno está bien, siempre y cuando estés en tránsito o descanses al llegar.

UUsuario invitadoEra la primera vez que me alojaba en un hotel con luces con sensor de movimiento fuera de mi país. En general, estaba limpio y luminoso, y el espacio era adecuado. Está cerca del aeropuerto Charles de Gaulle. Saliendo del vestíbulo y siguiendo las indicaciones, se llega en unos diez minutos a pie al tren lanzadera que va a todas las terminales. Pasa cada pocos minutos, lo cual es muy práctico. Al estar tan cerca del aeropuerto, como era de esperar, había algo de ruido.

HHellobiqibaodepaidaxingTuve una estancia muy agradable en este hotel. El hotel está convenientemente ubicado, rodeado de numerosos restaurantes y centros comerciales, lo que lo convierte en una excelente opción para viajes de turismo o de negocios. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada y la cama era cómoda, lo que me aseguró un buen descanso cada noche. Las instalaciones del baño son completas y hay abundante agua caliente.
El personal del hotel fue muy amable y profesional, y el proceso de entrada y salida fue muy sencillo. El desayuno fue variado y sabroso, lo que me dio un excelente comienzo del día.
El único pequeño lamento es que el aislamiento acústico de la habitación es un poco insuficiente, pero la experiencia en general sigue siendo muy satisfactoria. La próxima vez que tenga oportunidad volveré a elegir este hotel.
En general, fue una estadía placentera y la recomendaría a cualquiera que visite la zona por viaje o negocios.

Higiene: Las condiciones higiénicas son buenas.
Entorno: Zona hotelera del aeropuerto, sin alrededores. A 10 minutos en taxi desde el aeropuerto. También hay trenes gratuitos, pero es un poco complicado coger el tren si llevas mucho equipaje.

UUsuario invitadoFirstly, let's start with the pros, the driver of the hotel shuttle was very friendly, he even brought along the hotel name sign and walked in front of the door where all the people were waiting for their respective hotels' shuttles, so we saw him and gave him our names. The shuttle costs 7 euros per person per trip, so a round trip was 14 euros to and from the airport/hotel. The next morning, it was the same man again. The ride was not close, and there was no public transit/bus so I believed that either the shuttle or taxi were the two options. Next, I called the reception the night prior and asked for a wake up call for 8h30, the man put me on hold and confirmed my room number and time, 8h30, and I asked if I will receive a call and my phone will ring the next morning, he said yes and I hung up and went to bed. Fortunately, I woke up at 6h30 the next morning because I set my cell phone alarm, but there was no call at 8h30 and I waited and waited and waited, nothing, and I made sure my phone was put down nicely the night before, but there was no phone call. I checked out around 9h30 and I told the lady at the reception that I spoke with a man the night before, but no alarm and I waited and waited, she did not apologize nor said excuse me for any error, which is shocking for any hotel staff but this is a four-star-hotel so even MORE shocking. I checked out and asked if the 250 euros deposit will be returned to my credit card and she told me it will be returned to my card automatically. I thanked her and wished her a great day but still no apologies for the missed wake up call. It gets worse, the night before, I had one frozen bag of vegetables I wanted to cook as it was my last night in France, so that was my dinner, I saw a something like a timer ⏲️ and I turned it but still I could not turn on the electric plate, so I walked over a few rooms down and knocked on the door. I thought it was strange that someone was cleaning or doing housekeeping at 22h00 or 22h30 that late at night. It was actually a male technician and I understood why right away, because I couldn't even turn on the power of that electric plate. It took him many tries to finally turn it on, and then increase the power... If it took him like 2-3 mins and he is the hotel technician, how long would it take the hotel guests??? Absolutely ridiculous and good thing I saw an open door further down the hallway! Or else getting someone at 22h00 would take awhile. Finally, I slept with my jacket on ALL night, there was clearly a strong wind coming from outside the balcony... I saw there was a sign telling us that if we open the windows or the door to the balcony, it will disable the heating/air conditioning system. I dared not open anything... But I now understood why the technician was fixing things because honestly things were not in good working order. The next morning, the handheld showerhead needed to be handheld REALLY, the stand is broken so I had to ”lean” it against the wall so that I didn't have to hold on to it while using shampoo or washing my hair... For a four-star-hotel it is totally not worth it, I stayed in a two-star-hotel with WAAAAY BETTER experience. Final verdict, save your money and go elsewhere. The room is big and the water is hot but other than that and the friendly driver of the shuttle, I cannot say anything else that aren't negative. Totally disappointed and definitely will never stay there again.

Sin embargo, no hay equipamiento cerca, hay una estación de autobús, muy lejos de la estación de metro. El desayuno está bien, la habitación es muy pequeña, no hay bañera eléctrica, pero puede tomar agua caliente en el hall del primer piso.

KkaikaichenMe preguntaba si un hotel tan barato sería insalubre, pero resultó ser una habitación reformada y, salvo un poco pequeña, estaba bien. Se pueden desplegar las maletas grandes junto a la cama y probablemente haya aire acondicionado en verano. No hay agua embotellada en el hotel, pero se puede comprar en la máquina expendedora de abajo. Por favor, trae tus propias monedas o cómpralas en recepción. El transporte al aeropuerto cuesta 7 €, pero tomar el Bolt cuesta unos 10 €, así que un taxi es más económico para dos personas. Se tarda unos 10 minutos en llegar a la Terminal 1.

TThejessicadukeThe hotel has a self check-in system so when I got here with my husband we were confused because the reception was locked and no one was in sight, we finally found a lady who was cleaning a room who called the manager who told us to use a machine in front of the building to check-in. The accommodation is very clean and simple, suitable for a couple to stay in, I loved that the room was upstairs and the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, it gave me a feeling like I rented an apartment. Saint-witz is a safe and quiet town, there are a lot of hotels around this hotel as well as a lot of places to buy fast food, Mcdonald's is directly opposite, KFC and other fast food centres are also here. It is REALLY close to the airport, just 13mins drive but far from Paris, cheapest way to get to Paris from here is by using the train as a Bolt will cost you almost €60-70 to get to Paris. The bed is also comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. There is another B&B Hotel just when you turn into this street but that is not this one, this particular one is located to the right at the end of the street.
