UUsuario anónimoSpacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

UUsuario invitadoC’était notre première fois chez vous. Bonne emplacement de l’hôtel (des arrêts de bus à proximité). Facilité d’accès à notre chambre où vous avez répondu à nos attentes (lit supplémentaire pour notre fille de 15 mois) On as bien aimer notre séjour, avec cette chaleur la Clim était au rendez-vous.
Par contre les petites coupures de courants c’était moins bien.

CCecilia.LoThe location is perfect for short stay or need to transit to other places by train. The room size is ok and I am very happy with it. Private parking is a highlight. Very easy to access with clear instructions. We could access to the hotel directly from the basement parking. Staffs were helpful too.

UUsuario invitadoConvenient location but Apartment a bit dated. Booked a one bedroom apartment and the listing has a photo with a washing machine, but it turned out that only the deluxe studio has it. It’s confusing because we wanted to use the washing machine as shown in the photo but it’s not what the actual room is. We might have chosen another one if we knew washing machine is not included. We had to go down to use the washing machine and dryer for an extra 9 euro. Only 1 lift to that floor.
There’s renovation going on and we started hearing drilling at 8:30am and lifts were busy with workers going up and down doing the work afterwards.
Strong smell of butter in the corridor all along, perhaps because people are cooking with butter? ( no cooking oil provided in room)

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

UUsuario invitadoWe travelled as a group to attend seminars in the Lille Catholic University. However only one room available, we decided to give the room to our old German nun. When she checked out she left her Taïwanaise passport, granted by Taiwan Government for her contributions. Thanks to the hotel services, cooperation with the LC University, we finally get the passport back through express delivery. Amazing!

UUsuario invitado地點絕對是一百分，就在火車站對面，有電梯喔，而且整體new 😁看起來是有重新裝修過，我覺得最大的缺點就是服務態度實在太差
寄放行李的時候，空間都沒有，只能放在1樓餐廳的吧台後面，那些服務生就是前台人員，我覺得很混亂
不過整體是很乾淨的

Este hotel ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio, especialmente para quienes viajan por carretera. Agradecimos mucho que la recepcionista nos permitiera registrarnos a las 23:00, mucho después de las 21:00, lo cual fue increíblemente útil después de un largo viaje.
La habitación era pequeña, con espacio justo para una cama doble. El baño era compacto pero funcional, aunque apenas tenía espacio para ducharse cómodamente de pie, incluso para alguien delgado; no estábamos seguros de cómo lo harían personas con más peso.
Una gran ventaja fue el amplio aparcamiento. Aunque está un poco a las afueras de la ciudad y no tiene otros servicios, es un buen lugar para pasar la noche si se conduce.
