UUsuario invitadoThe Holiday Inn was located in a quiet area, fairly central to the centre, with most of the shops, train stations, and some museums nearby.
I enjoyed my stay, as the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean, although small. I will definitely choose to stay there again, and have decided to visit again before the end of the year because I had such a pleasant experience.

UUsuario anónimoMy first impression of this hotel was excellent thanks to the front desk staff, kudos to him. I don’t have photos of the room, but it was very good for the price. The hotel is in a residential area within walking distance of Vieux Lille. The walk can be a bit dark at night, so solo female travellers should take extra care. I’ll stay here again though.

UUsuario invitadoWe travelled as a group to attend seminars in the Lille Catholic University. However only one room available, we decided to give the room to our old German nun. When she checked out she left her Taïwanaise passport, granted by Taiwan Government for her contributions. Thanks to the hotel services, cooperation with the LC University, we finally get the passport back through express delivery. Amazing!

EEffyOhhEl hotel es muy agradable y bien situado. Sólo hay que saber que las paredes son muy finas, así que si eres un sueño ligero, oirás todo lo que pasa en tu piso.
No teníamos el desayuno porque no vale la pena de acuerdo con la foto que nos mostramos.

Desayuno extremadamente decepcionante para la tarifa de 14 euros. Pocas cosas que comer en azúcar. No hay yogur, no jarabe de hierba, no cuatro cuartas partes, madera, o briche...
Además, faltaba todo y, en caso de afluencia, no había nada que comer. Algunas personas esperaron casi 20 minutos para tener sólo un creciente.

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

____GrnseisLa ubicación del hotel es muy buena, muy cerca de la estación de tren, muchas comidas cercana, no es grande ni pequeña. Pero la habitación es un poco pequeña, el equipaje no puede abrirse en la misma escala. En general, es bueno, después de todo barato, ¡puede aceptarse!
