The location is a 10-15 min walk away from the train station due to the layout of the train tracks, however it is also served frequently by tram C. Upside is its in a good, quiet and clean neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle. Very modern, clean and chic hotel. Comfortable sized rooms and toilet. Reception served by delightful and polite ladies.

A poco más de diez minutos a pie de la estación de tren, nuestra habitación con vistas al río era sencilla, elegante, tranquila y cómoda. Habíamos elegido el lugar perfecto. Como oscureció sobre las 22:00, tuvimos la oportunidad de ver una impresionante puesta de sol y la torre de la iglesia a lo lejos. Justin, el recepcionista, hablaba un inglés excelente y fue muy amable y acogedor. Nos ayudó a reservar un taxi, nos proporcionó un mapa e incluso nos indicó puntos importantes. ¡Fue muy servicial y atento! El comedor de desayunos era espacioso y tenía una gran variedad de platos, lo que nos permitió empezar el día de maravilla.

El aparthotel es muy decente. Está parcialmente renovado, aunque los suelos necesitan un cambio urgente y el baño podría estar mejor. También hay algunos electrodomésticos (como el microondas) que destacan respecto al resto del alojamiento por su antigüedad, nada que impide que funcione correctamente. En la habitación, la cajonera no se podía utilizar porque estaba totalmente destartalada y desencajada. Y en el baño había bastante moho en la ducha y en el lavabo. Aunque nos encantó poder ver cuánta agua habíamos consumido. En fin, pequeños detalles a mejorar. La recepción es excelente con personal que habla español e inglés, además de francés. Muy buena ubicación, a 20 minutillos del centro (a pie). Zona segura y tranquila. El parking es al exterior, pero muy económico (15€ por noche) y te permiten dejar el coche hasta más tarde pasado tu check-out.

Arrived late from a flight and left early. Easy access. Hotel and room were a bit tired but generally fine. It was hot and the window had been left open and mosquitos had come in so didn’t sleep very well. Not sure I’d stay again.

Disappointed. The room was small, the furnisture was tired and in dire need of refurbishment. Second-hand books were used as part of the room decor. To enter the bathroom, one needs to put one leg in with the other leg left outside and, with the door half-open, bring the other leg in - that's the only way to enter. The room standard is much lower compared to similar type of hotels in most other countries, while the price is significantly higher. The building opposite the hotel is boring-looking and is undergoing constuction. The closest underground car parking is a bit far away and is extremely pricy. Everything is pricy in that country, while the quality of living is lower compared to most other European countries. The city as a whole dissapoints. A lot of **** people, really **** on the streets! You see them everywhere selling self-made trinkets, however, when you return a few minutes later they are all gone - ostensibly swept away by the police. You also see a lot of homeless people who sleep outside. This is a result of incompetence and mismanagement by ****** and his life partner, apparently. The standard of living in this city has deteriorated significantly compared to what was the case 5-10 years ago. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, the personnel is friendly. The location and the surrounding area are OK, however, it takes 15-20 of walking to most major sites.

🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill. 🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday. 🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

Hotel is about 3km out of town, it is walkable but no bus routes. Receptionist was friendly and spoke English which was helpful. We needed a taxi to get to the airport and she kindly joined us with a solo traveller, however the taxi was €25 which was expensive. The hotel reception has chairs and tables with glass cabinets full of board games with wooden games on selected tables to use. This doesn’t appear to be advertised which is a shame. The lift was very creaky, it jolted several times to go up one floor. Our room was on the 1st floor and was very compact. The window was able to be opened for fresh air but there was no way to stop anyone looking in without having the curtains drawn. The room was Clean with duvet, spare pillows, wardrobe and luggage rack, but no air conditioning. The TV only plays French tv with no way to stream anything English not even news so don’t rely on that for entertainment. Coffee facilities were there but were small paper cups and one small carton of milk per person. The bathroom was compact with a shower over bath but there were no hand rails to help you to get into or out of the bath, the bath sides were quite high so no great for anyone with limited mobility. A glass screen was at the side of the sink and the shower had to be held in your hand as no hook to put it high enough to use separately. Shower gel was a refillable container on the wall, too high to reach if sitting in the bath. The swimming pool that is advertised was closed and is unlikely to be open before June and the pool area looked neglected as hadn’t been cleaned since winter. Breakfast was continental, sweet bread, croissants, wheat bread and sliced baguette, ham and cheese, yogurts fresh fruit and a boiler for eggs. It wasn’t clear how to boil the eggs and several of us had to guess at how boiled the eggs were as no instructions to turn the water up to boiling. The bar and restaurant is next door, it has a limited menu so we went to town for dinner. There is apparently an escape room in the bar and a billiard table. This hotel is an ideal stop for the night before your flight, or if you are travelling with a car as the walk to the hotel is along a road with no proper path. There is Uber available that cost about 11€ to get to town.

Para un equipo de competición multinacional, tener un horno microondas, cocina y nevera puede resolver demasiados problemas, por supuesto, sería aún mejor tener un horno y una lavadora. Here's the pro about apparteo (Good location next to the bassins a flot, really nice view during my stay which you could see a beautiful sunset 🌇 , bus station just in front of the hotel and not too far away the tram station cité du vin which is only 5 Stations away from Center of Bordeaux, you have also Les hangars not far away which is one of the most peaceful place to walk day or night, I mean Apparteo position is actually really good, everything looked clean except a few things but doesn't bother, it is a also a residence of students) Now about the cons, if someone didn't help me, I couldn't have entered the building nor having access to do the check-in, in fact you need a pin code that I Never received which the card of your room is inside with other card which can be a little bit odd, anyway can have access to it, the office was close each time I try to check someone no matter the time, the smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant but I could manage to get over it from opening every window and little perfume, but it come back if I keep the door close of the bathroom The table where I was eating was moving a lot, but honestly other than those few cons that can be managed, it was a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed a lot and could sleep really well, calm, peaceful, nice view I highly recommend this place as the few cons can be solved easily, just wished to see someone at the reception and it would have been even better. Voici les bons de l'établissement Apparteo, celui-ci est vraiment très bien situé proche des bassins à flots, la chambre qui m'a été attribué avait une excellente vue avec un couché de soleil vraiment magnifique et apaisant, il y a une station de bus juste devant l'hôtel et la station de tram cité du vin n'est pas loin, celle-ci est à seulement 5 Stations du centre de Bordeaux , pas très loin il y a aussi les hangars, belle promenade de jour comme de nuit, honnêtement Apparteo est très bien positionné, tout été assez propre malgré de légers défauts, Apparteo est aussi une résidence étudiante. Maintenant pour la mauvaise parti, heureusement qu'une personne qui séjournent dans l'établissement m'a aider sinon je n'aurai pas eu l'accès à celui-ci ni eu la possibilité de récupérer ma réservation de chambre, surtout qu'il y a besoin d'un code pour ouvrir la boîte où se trouve enveloppe pour la carte de chambre, le problème ici c'est qu'il y a aussi les réservations d'autres personnes accessible, je pense qu'il faudrait sécurisé un peu plus l'accès à ses informations, du coup ni a mon arrivée ni a mon départ je n'ai pu croisé de réceptionniste, il y avait aussi une odeur assez désagréable dans la salle de bain / toilette, ouvrir les fenêtres et mettre un peu de parfum à pu atténuer l'odeur mais celle-ci revenez si je fermé la porte de la salle de bain, la table à manger été assez instable mais en dehors de cela , le séjour été vraiment agréable, belle endroit, assez calme, fan des bassins à flot, la vue incroyable, bref excellent de se côté là Au final je recommande totalement Apparteo malgré les petits défauts qui peuvent être résolu assez rapidement avec de la volonté, vraiment dommage que je n'ai pu croisé personne a la réception.
