Hoteles en Cartagena con aparcamiento

Excelente hotel y personal. Nuevo con algunas obras de arte y decoración increíbles. La vista y el ambiente es simplemente hermoso. El único problema que tengo y que sé que se está abordando es que el último 1/2 viaje al hotel es literalmente a través de un camino sin pavimentar en mal estado que puede hacer que se maree el automóvil si sufre de mareos por movimiento. Además de lo dicho se está abordando una visita obligada para relajarse y ser uno con la naturaleza si estás en Cartagena

Casa Santa Clara: Sofitel Legend de AccorHotels. También es la más grande de las tres marcas de lujo de la ciudad. La imagen muestra el jardín. También es un sitio histórico donde podrás desayunar rodeado de exuberantes plantas tropicales y junto a antiguas murallas moteadas con pilares. ¡Es maravilloso! También estoy muy agradecido por la recomendación de los internautas en esta ocasión. También soy miembro de Accor, así que lo elegí. El servicio fue como se esperaba, cálido y sofisticado, y fue el primer hotel que conocí que ofrecía un regalo de bienvenida: ¡una gran bolsa de café colombiano en polvo! ¡Me siento muy considerado! Además, mucha gente se casa en Cartagena. También conocí aquí a una familia vestida con sus mejores galas. Vea la última imagen. Jajajaja

The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!

Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area, close to the port and only a short taxi ride from the historic centre. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was good and the rooftop area had a lovely view. The only downside is that there are not many restaurants within immediate walking distance, so transportation is needed for dinner and sightseeing.

Muy buen hotel cerca de la playa y del casco antiguo. Servicio servicial y extremadamente educado en la recepción. Deliciosos desayunos con mucha fruta y opciones ilimitadas. Hace 2 semanas que no tomamos desayunos así en toda Colombia. La piscina de la azotea también abre hasta bien entrada la noche. Un pequeño inconveniente por la falta de agua potable en la habitación, pero no creo que exista tal tradición en Colombia. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel, así como la cadena Holida Inn. Usamos esta red muchas veces en todo el mundo y nunca hemos tenido ningún problema.

La comida también puede ser la distancia del hotel. Si hay agua caliente para el lugar de nadar, es mejor. Otros ascensores del hotel, etc., es un poco largo. Todo lo que se come en el hotel es una tarifa de servicio. Si no se cobra, hahahahahahahahaha

Great hotel with good amenities the gym was good to have older equipment but enough to get a good workout. Location was great right across the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms clean and always restocked

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

Aunque es básico, cumple con todas las expectativas básicas. Bien ubicado, fácil de movilizarse y cerca al centro histórico y con playa casi privada. Todo el staff, desde porteros. El buffet de desayuno muy bueno y los consintieron haciendo arepas especiales.

No lo recomendaría dependiendo de lo que estés buscando durante tu viaje. El hotel es viejo, todo está anticuado. La piscina está sucia. Dicho esto, el personal es genial. Así que no querrás pasar más tiempo del necesario allí, pero está bien ubicado. La playa está al otro lado de la calle y hay muchos restaurantes. Es una zona concurrida.
