Excellent and friendly service! Modern and clean hotel! We highly recommend this hotel. It’s modern and with spacious and clean rooms. And the staff is outstanding. We were very warmly welcomed by the staff and check in went super smooth. We got lots of information and it’s easy to communicate via the hotels WeChat. The staff didn’t speak so much English, but this was not any problem with translating apps and the translate function in WeChat. The staff felt us feel very welcome and they stood out as very professional and service minded. We have travelled a lot and the staff of Huanghe Xiyu hotel made a solid impression. The room was spacious and modern. It was very clean and nice. Good windows which could be opened. It also has mosquito nets. There were plenty water, a couple of complementary soft drinks and drip coffee and tea. Comfortable beds and several choices of pillows. The gym was also good. The breakfast was very good. Nice selections of diffferent items. Tasty and fresh. We enjoyed freshly made noodles and dumplings. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and service minded too. Overall a very good experience which we do recommended.

We had an absolute amazing time here at the Desert Camp 🐪 the staff were very helpful and we were able to do many activities the site provided. Side Note: the address on trip is not accurate, you should call the camp before you travel to help you with directions.

Very spacious tent with air conditioner which can be adjusted with warm and cold air. Bath room with hot water, hair dryer, bath gel and shampoo. Never run out of toilet paper. Water dispenser, restaurant with good food. Good location, sun rise and sun set can be seen in one place. Excellent service, including transport and tour arrangement. Definitely a place to recommend -四人帐篷舒适宽敞，四人各自有行李空间与活动范围。 -现代化的浴室与厕所，厕纸不缺。 -滋味早晨 -营地有小卖部，滑沙 唱歌 营火 烟花，一样不少。 -爬到营地后的沙丘就能看日出，日落。 -帐篷冷气 暖气都可自由调至自己舒服。 - 服务特别好，安排五湖穿越非常满意

My friend and I stayed at the campsite for two nights and had a wonderful time. We come from the United Kingdom and do not speak Chinese so there was a language barrier. However, despite this the staff were very helpful and patient, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The location itself is very nice. The sand dunes are very impressive and fun to climb on. The food was lovely, especially the scrambled egg with tomatoes and cucumber salad. The campsite provides many fun activities. We particularly enjoyed the kareoke and the dice games we played with We Bon and the others. They also had other games for children which we enjoyed even though they are not designed for our age group😹. Altogether we would highly recommend staying at this place. Our only slight complaint would be concerning an external activity we did which was the go carting. We paid 80 yuan for one lap in the car which felt like a scam😹. So we would not recommend that activity. Another honourable mention would go to the taxi driver who was very lovely and showed around many activities with a lot of patience. Lastly we hope to have a rematch arm wrestle when we come back, and also that the younger guy finds love soon😂🫰🥰

各方面都給了我很多的驚喜感 院落式的建築安靜舒適讓人很放鬆 黃河的美景在房間內就可以欣賞到 衞生乾淨房間內部裝飾也很有特色 但最好的就是服務了 酒店屬於沙坡頭景區管理 所以門票可以給予優惠 房間還包含了三頓餐食 關鍵讓我沒想到的是標準很高 沒有一點因為是房費套餐就隨意糊弄的意思 菜品很豐富味道也在線 還有就是小院的工作人員每位都很優秀非常感謝 真的是很用心的讓每個人都喜歡小院和沙坡頭景區 不僅是小院的工作人員沙坡頭其他的工作人員也都很好 會告訴你如何遊玩最省心省力不浪費時間 而且景區的項目每個可玩性都很高 就我個人來説吃住玩都是驚喜的 希望下次和家人一起來多住上幾天

參加馬拉松活動，順道全家出行沙坡頭遊玩，提前一個月就定好了，在網上看了好久網評不錯選擇了這家，出乎意料，智能酒店，前台很貼心，有孩子的話會提供小孩拖鞋和牙刷，房間很大，兩個娃剛進門看到房間設施就直呼不錯，三樓有健身房，一樓後院有孩子玩的滑梯，早餐是自主的很豐富，停車場也大，附近也有吃飯的地方就是稍貴，畢竟屬於景區可以理解。很遺憾沒有拍那莫多圖片

La estancia esa noche durante las vacaciones del Día Nacional fue bastante especial. El olor particular es difícil de reducir incluso con dos ventanas completamente abiertas. Cualquiera con un poco de sentido común sabe que esto no es un incidente aislado. Además, tengo algo de experiencia en gestión hotelera. En ese momento, tenía muchas ganas de escribir una mala reseña, pero la actitud de la gerencia del hotel cambió para mejor. Al principio, se excusaron diciendo que no se habían dado cuenta y que era un caso aislado. Más tarde, se mostraron dispuestos a corregirlo (incluso enviaron una bolsa de bayas de goji como disculpa y ofrecieron no cobrar la tarifa de la habitación). Como huésped, estoy dispuesto a dedicar tiempo a hablar sobre la experiencia de mi habitación con el hotel. Además de expresar mi pésima experiencia, también espero que el hotel valore y adopte una actitud más responsable, trate bien a cada cliente y mantenga su imagen de marca. Tras salir de la tienda, el gerente envió un mensaje para disculparse y expresó su determinación de realizar cambios, lo cual es digno de reconocimiento. No acepté un reembolso completo del precio de la habitación. Finalmente, tras un descuento, el hotel sólo me cobró tres billetes grandes más algo de cambio.
