Hotel is new and luxurious, great location very central and dynamic neighbourhood yet bedroom is calm and I got good nights sleep. Special mention for the staff that is super friendly and warm! Nice people!

Vinimos a visitar a mi madre, que estaba hospitalizada inesperadamente. El hotel está justo al otro lado del hospital. Este es un hotel nuevo. El personal, la Sra. Candy Wang, tenía una excelente atención al detalle y al servicio. Le dije a la Sra. Wang que sólo habíamos estado allí por una noche, pero que tal vez debamos extenderla a petición debido a las necesidades de atención familiar. La Sra. Wang me dio una actualización a una habitación más grande si mi madre tuvo que venir para descansar un tiempo antes de que atrapamos el vuelo a casa. La Sra. Wang se aseguró de que el viaje y el desayuno se cuidaban bien. También me ayudó en mi estado de negocios ocupado a cuidar las parcelas que recibí en nombre de mi madre. Hemos viajado a muchos lugares y países. ¡Esta ha sido la mejor experiencia que haya tenido!

Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

We recently stayed at the hotel for 19 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The service from all staff was fantastic, making our stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay. Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We’d like to extend my particular thanks to: · The Front Desk team for their always-efficient and cheerful assistance. · The Housekeeping and Cleaning staff for keeping everything impeccably clean. · The Breakfast Team for starting each day with great food and a smile. Thank you for a consistently excellent stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

停車非常方便，地理位置偏但對於自駕問題不大，外面環境很安靜。衹是住的當天下雨，我習慣乾燥氣候，覺得潮氣有點重。提醒一下老闆，就我訂的這個梵高什麼的房間，大床床頭靠窗户那邊角落是不是有根排水管之類的東西，雨下大了排水聲音很大。。檢查一下吧。。。

First of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of April 2024). It's a four-star hotel, and the facilities are typical of such hotels in China - very good. The staff was also kind and helpful. It's possible to store your luggage for free before check in and after check out. The location is a bit of a mixed bag, but that's more due to the fact that Yinchuan station is quite far from the city center (about one hour by bus). The hotel itself is located very close to the city center, but there aren't too many things to do there. Still, public transportation is quite accessible from the hotel, and of course, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, good value for money, especially since cheaper hotels don't seem to accept foreigners.
