It was an exceptional experience at the LostVilla. We stayed here as a base to explore all the wineries that Yinchuan/Ningxia offers. This place is well designed with a beautiful lush tropical court yard. Great food, great coffee, extremely considerate and friendly staff. Xiaoma/小馬, he was so nice, friendly, professional and proactive with all services. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

Hotel is new and luxurious, great location very central and dynamic neighbourhood yet bedroom is calm and I got good nights sleep. Special mention for the staff that is super friendly and warm! Nice people!

We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

We recently stayed at the hotel for 19 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The service from all staff was fantastic, making our stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay. Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. First of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of April 2024). It's a four-star hotel, and the facilities are typical of such hotels in China - very good. The staff was also kind and helpful. It's possible to store your luggage for free before check in and after check out. The location is a bit of a mixed bag, but that's more due to the fact that Yinchuan station is quite far from the city center (about one hour by bus). The hotel itself is located very close to the city center, but there aren't too many things to do there. Still, public transportation is quite accessible from the hotel, and of course, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, good value for money, especially since cheaper hotels don't seem to accept foreigners.
