With so many empty rooms, I can't understand why they gave me one like this. I booked a room without a window, but I didn't notice, and then I paid an extra 30 to upgrade to a premium double room. I saw in the reviews that rooms at this price usually have normal windows. I don't know why mine is like this. Was it intentional because I'm a girl? Although the room facilities were okay, not being able to get a good night's sleep was really frustrating. If you're considering booking this hotel, avoid this room immediately! I need to change rooms immediately. This one is separated from the one across the hall by a partition wall, offering absolutely no soundproofing. I can hear the other guest talking normally and calling out to their smart speaker perfectly clearly. Plus, there's a man smoking in the other room, and the smoke wafts over – it's unbearable! It's incredibly uncomfortable. I'm exhausted and sleepy, and I've already showered; I don't have the energy to bother changing rooms anymore. I can only give a bad review to make myself feel better. By the way, the Tengger Desert trekking experience was absolutely fantastic!"
