One of the highlights of my time at Hotel Usuites was the stunning view. From my room, I was greeted with breathtaking vistas that spanned the city skyline and beyond. It was truly a sight to behold, and I found myself constantly drawn to the window to take in the mesmerizing scenery.
Not only did the view enhance my stay, but the overall ambiance and atmosphere of Hotel Usuites were second to none. The hotel boasted a contemporary and sleek design that exuded luxury and sophistication. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, and it made for an incredibly inviting and comfortable environment.
The staff at Hotel Usuites were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was warmly greeted and made to feel like a valued guest. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and their dedication to exceptional service truly stood out.
The location of Hotel Usuites was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so.
All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. UUsuario invitadoThis is our second stay with Hanting hotels during our 2 weeks trip to Beijing-Wuxi-Shanghai from 30-Aug till 13-Sep. In Beijing, we have selected Guanganmennei branch, and I have given a good review.
As for this Nanchansi branch, they are comparably good except for certain services - Front desk attitude. Except for one lady who was very friendly and helpful, the rest were more like ”could-not-be-bothered” attitude when attending to us, especially when we enquired information about the tourism spots. I hope the Management will look at this on-site as providing good front services should be a high priority besides than good facilities.

Location: Perfect. Right opposite Nanchan Temple and night street market. Hence, food is not an issue. Subway is just 100m or less away. Do note that this Subway only has an escalator going up but not down. Can call for DiDi right in front of the hotel.
Room & Cleanliness:
Ours were quite small, including the shower, but couldn't complain with the price we paid. Importantly, they are clean and house kept every day. Enough to have a good rest after a day of travelling. Just one down side - Sama as Beijing Guanganmennei branch, the shower door architecture is not good. Even when the door is closed, water can drip/flow out to the floor. Can refer to photo attached.
Ammenities & Facilities:
A toiletry bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and cotton swab is provided together with 2 bottles of mineral water with a bag of coffee and tea daily. Room slippers were provided, too. What we like the most were the washers and dryers. There were 2 each, and unlimited liquid detergent and disinfectant in packet were provided at the laundry area. It's a first come, first serve basis. There's a big long rectangular table at the lobby where it is convenient, even for quick, simple dining. There were books that you could read too. They have multiple robot cars to send food delivery to rooms.
By the way, since our first stay with Hanting in Harbin during last Christmas, we realised the room WiFi had been really weak, almost not functioning for international websites. But it worked ok if streaming in WeChat or any local websites.
Breakfast:
Decent but good enough to have a full tummy. Just one downside was no cold or ambient temperature drinking water was provided. We need to let the hot drinking water cool down before consumption.
Surroundings:
There are 2 convenient stores at each side of the hotel. There is a pharmacy shop also.
Overall, we had a good stay.

UUsuario invitadoLocation was perfect, 5min walk from MRT which is also an interchange. Attractions very close by. Room was beautiful with good amenities and fully equipped gym.
Only downside was the constant horning in the morning by motorcycles downstairs, which is uncontrollable by hotel. They provide ear plugs but recommend to request for room not facing the road.
Will recommend this chain and particular branc for the location.

SSagar.BiramneRecientemente me quedé en el Magnolia Hotel (Wuxi Xibei Xinjiekou Store) durante un viaje de negocios, y fue una experiencia excepcional.
Ubicación conveniente
El hotel está situado a pocos pasos del aeropuerto internacional de Sunan Shuofang, a sólo 13.4 millas, lo que lo hace muy accesible para los viajeros. Aunque las estaciones de metro más cercanas, Zhaqiao y Yingyuehu Park.
Servicio excepcional
El servicio de escritorio frontal 24-hour siempre estaba disponible para ayudar con cualquier solicitud o pregunta, garantizando una estancia suave y cómoda.
Acomodaciones confortables
Las habitaciones están limpias, espaciosas y bien equipadas con todas las comodidades necesarias para un viajero de negocios.
Ambientales
El hotel está a un poco de distancia de las estaciones de metro más cercanas, pero el entorno general es agradable y estimulante para el trabajo y la relajación. El ambiente tranquilo y los parques cercanos ofrecen una retirada pacífica de la vida urbana.
Conclusiones
En general, mi estancia en el Magnolia Hotel (Wuxi Xibei Xinjiekou Store) fue muy satisfactoria. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel y definitivamente lo volveré a elegir para futuras visitas a Wuxi.

UUsuario invitadoHe estado aquí varias veces y me gustaría revisarlo. Esta vez, el servicio de atención al cliente me ayudó a cambiarme a una suite junior en el piso 54 de forma gratuita. Oye, es realmente buena. La vista desde los grandes ventanales es realmente buena, especialmente la vista nocturna por la noche. La habitación es muy grande y está decorada con buen gusto, y la cama es tamaño king y muy cómoda. Es higiénico y limpio, sin puntos ciegos. El proyector de la marca de 100 pulgadas tiene alta definición y es muy agradable ver películas. El transporte es conveniente. La entrada del metro está justo abajo. La relación precio/rendimiento es muy alta. Seguiré viniendo aquí la próxima vez.

UUsuario invitadoI expected so much more from a place calling itself the GRAND Hotel. This was not even average (at best). Check in was not very friendly. The room had many issues, for example half of the lights did not work, so the room was very dark the entire time I was there. The Wifi was really spotty and was difficult to sign into. The bed was okay, had a so so sleep. To be honest I have stayed in far better places in Wuxi for a way cheaper price, but I was tired and did not want to complain or change rooms/hotels. I will say that I was very disappointed for the price. I only chose this place because of the tub and pool. The tub was ok and to be honest after seeing the state of the room I did not even bother with the pool. I figured if the room was not that great then they probably don't clean the pool well. They had ads for in room massage but it was not available that day (then why advertise all over). The Air Con was a joke, it did not cool well at all. The TV was ancient and I had to mess with the batteries to even turn it on. Check out was not that polite either. A couple positives, the bellboy helped me leave with my bags, and I can say that the girls at the morning breakfast were very polite and kind...but this is not their fault, the food was pretty horrendous. At least the coffee was decent and plentiful. Overall the rest of the staff made me feel like I was a big inconvenience while being there. My advice is to check reviews and get a WAY better hotel for elsewhere for far less money. I will not be back to this old, shoddy, dodgy hotel.

SSpongebobsquarepantsI recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap.
I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside.
The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies.
Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable.
In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.
