Breakfast set is sooooo delicious with different menu to choose from including vegetarian, staff are attentive & friendly, wlll definitely recommend to stay for a different experience.

SSoloist CLSThe location is very convenient, with a few morning markets nearby, which makes it easy to explore local life and find breakfast.
Cleanliness is excellent. Both the bedroom and bathroom are very clean, and the water pressure is strong. I stayed in a tatami room — it was nice, but I do wish the mattress was a bit thicker, as it felt slightly too thin for me.
The common area is very cozy, and I really enjoyed the free coffee and tea available anytime. It’s a great space to relax.
The only downside was some confusion about the washing machine. There was a notice saying foreigners can use it for free, but it didn’t mention needing to ask for permission in advance. When I used it, I later received a message from the host saying I should have asked first, which was a bit confusing.
Overall, still a comfortable and pleasant stay.

少少林華Estaba en este hotel en abril, que es una experiencia maravillosa. Así, traje a mi familia (total 4) para quedarme en este hotel de nuevo. Desafortunadamente, la experiencia de esta vez no es agradable.
En primer lugar, como miembro del IHG, tengo derecho a una bebida de bienvenida. La última vez, podemos beber en el salón de la sala de estar, pero esta vez, la ama no nos toma la bebida en el salón y nos pide que se quiten las bebidas. ¿Qué es ridículo? ! El hotel ofrece una bebida de bienvenida, pero no estoy aquí para beber en el salón.
En segundo lugar, el servicio de limpieza no es agradable, dos copas en mi habitación no han sido limpiadas.
En tercer lugar, la comida que sirve de sopa de carne de vacuno es muy insatisfactoria.
No me gustan las habitaciones, pero no me gustan las habitaciones.

PpuuristeMy first impression was that it was ”old school”, with a traditional sense of luxury that comes from an overwhelming Lobby & Reception, large comfortable Elevator lobbies etc. I also appreciate the great service from the staff who brought us extra coffee creamer, to housekeeping who straightened up my mess. Concierge was very attentive, she checked our taxi after we've alighted, to ensure that nothing was left behind. Its this attention to detail that I find rare these days, and therefore its left a deep impression on me. If I were to point out any shortcoming, it would be that the lighting design of the hotel needs a refresh. Some newer lights, aroma/scented corridors, and background music would help. (oops.. occupational hazard...).

UUsuario invitadothe penthouse is just nice to fit 7 pax of us, including the extra mattress for a kid.
We love the penthouse which we have our own hot spring bathtub and steam room. The facilities are good, they have public and private facilities pools.
The hotel opens the pools to outsiders also, so it might be quite busy and crowded for the public pools facility.
Please prepare some snacks or instant food before you go to stay as there is no convenient shops or mini market nearby.
you have to walk about 20mins to go to the nearby town. The reception sells instant noodle cups but always out of stock. But there is restaurant in the hotel.
The hotel is not new but still good and manageable, they are still practiced the old system which is using hand written record for guests booking.
There is no bell boy to help you on the luggage, we have to carry one by one to our hotel room, which car is not reachable to your door steps. And the road to your room is slopes.
Hotel staff services are just okay, not very hospitality impressions for us as foreigners.
We love the public pools, there are over 10+ different types of hot spring pools in the hotel.

the room is slightly smaller than it looks from the picture provided but its of comfortable size
the hotel provides soap n shampoo thru dispenser though they no long provide one time use bottles.. toothbrush is provided too.. the hotel has bicycle for rent...there is a park juz outside the hotel, abt 5mins out..
i see many reviews abt the hotel breakfast half good half bad.. dun expect wide spread.. porridge, salad bar, cooked food and toast are available... drinks like hot cold tea, coffee, milk are oso provided.. the menu changed slight on the the days we were there but still relatively good.. macdonalds is outside along the road abt 15mins walk.. can take a good walk at the park and head out for breakfast too
location of the hotel is slightly inside a residential area not in sight from outside the road.. quiet and serene
oh they have ample parking lots underground the hotel or juz outside the hotel @ a low hourly rate
overall i would recommend stay at this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻
