They arranged car for us and gave us tickets to the nearby attractions! Will definitely beback in a different season!

環境安靜雅緻，裝修簡約大氣，房間採光好，洗漱用品齊全，保潔及時，服務周到，是一次很舒心的入住體驗。 酒店衞生條件很好，細節做得很到位，床睡得很舒服，熱水穩定，空調效果好，工作人員有禮貌，特別是龍貓客服小姐姐，服務很好，整體很滿意。  地理位置優越，周邊配套齊全，房間乾淨無異味，空間寬敞，設施新，服務響應快，性價比高，值得推薦。 入住體驗超出預期，房間整潔舒適，隔音效果好，休息得很好，服務人員熱情耐心，環境安靜，強烈推薦。

Excelente ubicación, aire fresco por la mañana que no se encuentra en la ciudad, pero muchos mosquitos. La habitación de bambú es excelente si te gusta el entorno natural, pero no hay muchas actividades para hacer; ni siquiera hay televisión en la habitación. A menos que alquiles una moto eléctrica para recorrer el pueblo. Hay muchos lugares para tomar fotos bonitas para Instagram, como paseos en globo aerostático, parapente, etc. Vale la pena visitarlo, pero no para una estancia larga. El desayuno también es bastante normal, pero el personal es muy amable y sociable.

Our two days at T Manor Tent camp were very enjoyable, with lots of peaceful walks through the plantation and some spectacular sunsets seen from our glamping tent and from the viewing area at the top of the hill which looks out over the karst-studded landscape. Our tent was located down below which was less spectacular than the tents on the hill but also less exposed and a good option. We had great service from the T Manor staff, who set up a WeChat thread so my husband could communicate with us easily as most of them didn’t speak English. One exception was Allen, a tour guide from Taiwan who was very friendly and helpful, especially on the last day when he helped organise a car to take us to our next accommodation a few hours drive away. A special mention must also go to the restaurant staff, who served us a range of tea-infused dishes and patiently went along with our many queries (our daughter is coeliac which made eating in China a little complicated). Thank you T Manor for a serene and friendly experience, we particularly loved listening to the sound of the bees pollinating the tea bushes as we eat on the veranda of our tent and looked out over the plantation.

An incredible gem of a boutique hotel, run by a friendly host who anticipates and caters to your needs. This hotel is nestled between idyllic hills and farms, and a 20min stroll (or rent their bikes at 60rmb/day) to HuangHua where there’re great restaurants and supermarkets. It was exactly what we did not know we were looking for in a short getaway from HK to Yingde. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the food was a pleasant surprise. Being foreigners used to western-style breakfast, we were initially apprehensive while booking, but the farm-to-table, home-cooked breakfast turned out to be absolutely delicious, such that we found ourselves looking forward to it on our second morning. We felt like we lucked out with this accommodation choice, as just within walking distance from the hotel, the host brought us to local hiking trails with quite the view (tip: go at sunrise, and if conditions are right you’ll get to see the “sea of clouds”), a climbing crag and an amazing cave you’ll have to yourself. The host, who turned out to be quite the explorer and adrenaline junkie in her younger years, happily took us to them, also showing us photo spots along the way. But perhaps the best kept secret of this hotel is hinted in its name itself. From its roof terrace, we saw shooting stars fly by above the glow of the region’s famous karst.

The hotel is good overall. Great location, beautiful view. Not crowded in winter. Beds are big and cozy. The hot springs were better than we expected. The entertainment park is a bit ridiculous. However, the Cave, the Glass Bridge are worth visiting. The boat was fun as well, although 30 mins is a bit too short, and the ticket cost is expensive. There is a better place called 洞天仙境 1 hour drive away. The reception can help you contact a taxi company, who can bring you there and back. We stayed for 5 night, 3 nights in a lakefront room, 2 nights in a private hot spring one. I do not recommend the last room, the ”private hotspring” is just a bathtub with tap water on a balcony with zero view. The balcony doesn't look very nice either. However, we did love the lakefront room, and there is a bathtub with a view. The reception girls and hotel drivers were very nice, however, service in both Chinese restaurants and a buffet was a bit disappointing. The food is also not great and too expensive. You can order takeaway to your room from some restaurants in Yingde, but the choice is not very big. So make sure to bring your favourite snacks. I think the hotel could really use a convenience store. Also, it is not very foreign-friendly. We can read chinese, so had no problems, but if you can't - make sure to have an online translator. Overall I can recommend this place for a short relaxing staycation.

Me he alojado en bastantes hoteles familiares a lo largo de los años y tengo ciertos requisitos en cuanto a la calidad y la reputación. Este año, durante el Festival del Bote del Dragón, visité el Hotel Xilegu Hot Spring Resort. Tras registrarme, Xilegu me sorprendió gratamente en muchos sentidos. El vestíbulo es amplio y luminoso, y la puerta trasera, a la que se accede pasando la tarjeta de la habitación, da al jardín, que incluye un parque de atracciones sin motor, un parque acuático y las aguas termales Phoenix Hot Springs. El parque es bastante grande; resultó un poco agotador para los adultos, pero los niños se lo pasaron en grande. Aunque las opiniones en línea sobre la Feria del Templo del Valle Eterno son variadas, a mi familia le pareció muy buena. No entramos hasta casi las 8 de la noche y no había colas para comprar aperitivos. Disfrutamos de muchas atracciones y nos fuimos satisfechos. La habitación era bastante grande y la vista desde el balcón era estupenda. Gracias al mayordomo del hotel, Xiao He, por todos los consejos útiles durante nuestra estancia y por ayudarnos proactivamente con la salida tardía. En general, tuve una buena experiencia durante mi estancia, especialmente gracias a las bonitas vistas desde el balcón. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí si tuviera la oportunidad.

Our family recently stayed here, and the experience exceeded every expectation we had. The house was absolutely beautiful, with tasteful finishes and attention to detail that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. There was a real sense of grandeur throughout the property. One of the highlights was the complimentary dinner voucher, which gave us a family-sized feast. The meal was exceptional, fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. We kept saying it felt like it was made with love. There is so much to do that boredom is simply not an option. The Water World attraction is just a short walk away, and every time we explored the grounds we seemed to discover something new. It felt like a gift that just kept on giving. The hot tub, barbecue facilities, and karaoke were all fantastic additions that made our stay even more memorable. The staff deserve special mention. They were attentive, genuinely friendly, and always willing to help. Their warmth made us feel valued throughout our stay. The on-site marketplace offers a great range of conveniences, making it easy to pick up anything you might need. As a coffee lover, I especially appreciated the coffee shop, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Choosing to return again and again has been an easy decision for our family. This is one of those rare places that delivers far more than it promises, and we cannot wait for our next visit
