I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. Great value for money. Modern and clean with a nice Chinese breakfast selection. Not many shops nearby so buy snacks and drinks ahead of your trips. Enough local restaurants in walking distance for dinner.

酒店設施和照片基本都相同，服務好，比較乾淨，風景非常美，但位置比較偏僻，有車比較方便進去，美食都好吃，真的一天不出門都ok ，管家走的時候還送一大袋番薯非常親切呢，放鬆一下是得好的推薦

酒店位處山中鄉郊，開車路上的山景田園很寫意。因此酒店周邊吃飯景點都缺少，大的景點也要1小時車程。酒店走的精品民宿路線，環境設計，內部裝修擺設都很有心思，給人很溫暖的感覺。房間床品很舒服，洗手間超大，非常漂亮，有一個大浴缸，很讚，雖然洗澡有浴簾，但還是會弄濕地下，少了一個全身鏡子。溫泉池非常漂亮，有聖誕樹，有火爐，有熱茶茶具，氣氛感拉滿。雖然是公共戶外池，但預約時段內只允許自家享用。酒店內有一個大山泉水泳池，夏天必定爽透透。酒店有兩隻白貓，可以擼貓。早餐精簡，晚餐出品也不錯。服務員都很友善。入住期間偶遇瑜伽心靈靜修拍攝，老板說是有意在酒店提供此類服務。希望酒店的服務維度越來越豐富，多點親子活動。 最後是對㩦程的吐糟，我跟朋友訂的一模一樣的房型，一模一樣的套餐，㩦程價格比qnr貴。
