El servicio fue excelente. Butler sevice was really good. 小刘 met us at the west gate of the attraction and carried our duffle bags all the way to the hotel. Its very conveniently located closer to the top of the mountain and next to the main road so you don’t have to climb up any small alleys to get here. Amenities were amazing too - Dyson hairdryer, le labo shower amenities. Free mini bar drinks. They even give you a special Miao medicated foot bath and hot milk as bed time amenities.

This hotel offers one of the most stunning views of the entire Miao Village — sunrise, sunset, and night views are all breathtaking. Truly magical. The hotel is located at Guan Jing Tai (Viewpoint Terrace). Be prepared for a bit of walking from the sightseeing bus station, or if you enter from Bridge No. 5, it will be an uphill climb. But the moment you reach the hotel, you’ll understand that the view is absolutely worth the effort. Room amenities are tip-top. Everything is well-maintained, clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Service is exceptionally good. Special mention to 小云, who made our stay so warm and memorable. He welcomed us at the West Gate, helped carry heavy luggage up the hill, and the team even prepared a welcome drink, afternoon tea set, supper drink, breakfast, and a little farewell souvenir. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the stay. Some people say the Miao Village becomes boring after the day crowd leaves, but that’s only because they don’t stay overnight here. Getting from the scenic area parking lot into any hotels in Qianhu Miao village can be very challenging. You would need to walk over 600 meters with luggage, queue for a local shuttle, and then walk or climb stairs again to reach whatever hotel you book. As a solo traveler with my young daughter and two suitcases, this initially felt overwhelming when thinking about this idea . I’m truely glad that I chose to stay with this hotel. Before we arrived, the staff proactively contacted me via WeChat and sent someone to meet us at the ticket checkpoint outside of the village to help with our luggage, and guide us onto the shuttle. This thoughtful assistance made a huge difference. The hotel’s location was perfect, right next to the viewing platform. After getting off the electric shuttle, it took only one minute walk to reach the lobby. The views from the lobby, rooftop, and room are absolutely stunning. We didn’t need to visit crowded public viewpoints — enjoying the sparkling night view of the Miao village from our room was more than enough. The Breakfast was generous and delicious, with surprisingly good coffee. A very good sour fish soup restaurant is located nearby. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They patiently taught my daughter the Miao ethnic batik indigo dye — she loved it so much that she couldn’t stop. On the fifth floor, the hotel also offers a variety of ethnic costumes for photo shoots. Even after checkout, they still helped carry our luggage all the way to the parking lot, which was truly appreciated. Although our stay was short, we could truly feel the care, attention to detail, and kindness from everyone at the hotel. Staying here felt more like being at home than at a hotel. We will definitely come back again and stay for longer. Strongly recommended!

A beautiful and memorable stay right in the heart of the old town. Although the accommodation is located higher up and requires climbing some stairs, it was not tiring at all because the staff kindly helped carry our luggage all the way from the bottom to the hotel. The room itself was stunning, with large windows that offered the most breathtaking panoramic view of the old town. Honestly, it felt like one of the best viewpoints in the area. Every corner was picture-perfect. The design was especially impressive, blending beautifully with the historic atmosphere through elegant vintage-style decor while still providing modern comforts. The amenities were complete, thoughtfully arranged, and equipped with smart automatic features. The shower was amazing too, with strong water pressure that made it extra satisfying. The owner was warm and friendly, offering great local restaurant recommendations that made exploring even better. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from a nearby scenic viewpoint. Perfect for anyone who wants charm, comfort, beautiful views, and an authentic old town experience.

I couldn’t be happier with this hotel! Every staff member was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. Before we even arrived, they gave us multiple transportation options to reach the North Gate, where visitors purchase tickets to enter the village. They then met us at the gate, helped us buy our tickets, stored our larger luggage, and guided us through the village to our homestay. They even carried our smaller bags all the way to our room. Along the way, they encouraged me to participate in the village’s traditional welcoming ceremony and treated us to a delicious bowl of noodle soup since we hadn’t eaten yet. What really made this stay unforgettable was that they became our personal tour guide for the day. The tour was educational, fun, and perfectly paced for us. This was a special mother-and-son trip, and my son couldn’t stop talking about how exceptional the service was. Out of our multi-city journey through China, this may have been our favorite stop. To top it all off, they arranged our Didi to the train station and personally escorted us back to the North Gate when it was time to leave. Xiao Guanji and A Rui, you are simply the best! Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We’ll never forget your kindness and hospitality!
