UUsuario invitadoEl propietario me envió una guía de viaje justo después de reservar, así que no tuve que buscar en Baidu. Era detallada y completa, abarcando desde comida y bebida hasta entretenimiento.
Limpieza: Nos proporcionaron toallas desechables, lo cual fue genial. Además, las toallas estaban selladas.
La habitación era enorme, con una vista fantástica.
Se accede por la puerta este; es una subida de menos de 5 minutos. Entre los restaurantes cercanos se encuentra la popular Casa de Té Caotang, la calle comercial, el Puente n.º 1, un autobús turístico que lleva al mirador (con vistas panorámicas del pueblo) y de vuelta. Así es como se explora de este a oeste.
Servicio: Un joven me recogió y cargó con todo mi equipaje; yo solo lo seguí. Al entrar, la recepcionista fue muy amable, me dio un mapa y me explicó la ruta. En 10 minutos obtuve una visión general de todo el pueblo Miao.

Access from the viewing deck to the hotel is a tiny horrendous narrow steep dirt alley with physical encounter with ponies used for hauling building materials. A new hotel is under construction right next door and screeching of drills and banging of hammer started promptly at 7am. White painted room decorated by light colour elegant furniture provide a lively zen ambiance. Uneven surfaces at the entrance, breakfast bench and parts of the room resulted in a few trips and stumble. Modern and top grade amenities, toilet suites and voice activated commands took a little use to but very convenient. Breakfast was a choice between boiled rice noodle or spaghetti with a heart shaped froed egg in the bowl and another hard boiled on the serving tray. Tit bits and free beer prepaed for afternoon tea was extended to mid night cap. Appreciated most of all were the free porterage of our luggage through the steep alleys of the famous hillsides to and from our room.

- Easy access from the Nortg gate and easy to go to the main village area and restaurants. Just 3-5 mins walk, don't have to climb a lot of stairs.
- The staff are kind and helpful, always guiding me around the tourist spots, helping with luggage, and helping me carry them down the stairs.
- There are traditional clothes for free, there are photo spots at the hotel, and there are roof props for taking photos with the village.
- The room is really nice, beautiful as in the picture, clean and fully equipped. The view from the balcony is beautiful.
**Highly recommended. I'm very impressed with this hotel.

Ttinyfoodstepsthe most amazing stay with an amazing view. Hotel lobby and room are insanely gorgeous.
Butler sevice was really good. 小刘 met us at the west gate of the attraction and carried our duffle bags all the way to the hotel. Its very conveniently located closer to the top of the mountain and next to the main road so you don’t have to climb up any small alleys to get here.
Amenities were amazing too - Dyson hairdryer, le labo shower amenities. Free mini bar drinks. They even give you a special Miao medicated foot bath and hot milk as bed time amenities.

Room was clean and service is friendly, there is a porter who helped to carry our luggage from the observation deck to the hotel after the shuttle dropped us off. The family room is very large with three partitions: kids room, parents room and a small living area with sofa and writing desk.
They also provide washing machine and dryer for self service. The aircon in the room provides both heating and cooling function which is very useful for cold nights on the mountain.
To get to the village Main Street where all the performances, restaurants and attractions are, you will need to climb down the hill and back up again to return. Hence it’s not advisable for those with very young children or old people with mobility issues to stay here.

SShirley CheoAwesome View from room. Be it day or night, it was stunning. The hotel was inside the attraction西江千户苗寨, therefor, we need to pay entrance tickets to go in first . Thanks to the hotel that provide the porter to help with our luggages. Me and my hubby consider as seniors but we managed to walk up slowly. (If they have a donkey or horse for us to ride uphill will be good :) LOL) Was tiring but seeing the view was all worth it. The room deco was huge and ancient, clean and cosy. Morning still can heard the rooster crow. Understandable, that the room may not fully sound proof as it was in an ancient village that they kept the origin. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. They served afternoon tea to our room everyday. The hotel outdoor terrace can see the whole view of the area, was really nice for IG. Never get bored with the view. The breakfast was good, as it served hot. Overall : Happy Stays
