Hoteles en Hami con aparcamiento

We had the worst check in experience at this hotel, compared to all the other hotels we've stayed in for 20 days in China so far. The staff realised I'm not Chinese but insisted that I had to write the names of the cities and other information on the registration form in Chinese. I told them the information through Google translate and they looked at me dumbfounded. They didn't even make an effort to use a translator on their phone. They kept repeating the same question in Chinese and I told them I don't know. This went on for about 15 minutes. I was getting frustrated after a 420km ride but they just laughed with each other, instead of trying to make the process quicker and easier for them and us. They kept asking which city we entered China from and I showed them the entry stamp on my passport, they FINALLY READ IT PROBABLY, it was in Chinese. They all just looked at each other and laughed. It is very unprofessional. The room was clean.

El hotel está a unos diez minutos en coche de la estación de Hami. Hay una calle con una hilera de tiendas de barbacoa en fila cerca, además de otros lugares para comer cerca. Elegí este hotel porque vi que había alojado a huéspedes extranjeros antes. Cuando estuve allí (agosto de 2024), el personal repartía rodajas de melón en recepción por la tarde. La selección del desayuno era buena, mi habitación era bastante tranquila y la lavandería tenía dos lavadoras, pero no secadora (pero en agosto, el aire es seco de todos modos). Todo el personal fue amable.

El hotel es muy bueno, pero el personal necesita una formación adicional para registrar a extranjeros en su sistema. El personal se ha excusado y obviamente se ha esforzado por leer el pasaporte de extranjeros, pero al final hemos tenido que registrar nuestros detalles.

We would highly recommend this hotel, Tian ma hotel for those visiting Hami, Xinjiang. Tian Ma hotel is just about 700m / 10 minutes walk from Hami Railway station. The design of the room makes it practical and comfortable to stay in. The bedroom and the bathroom & toilet area is partitioned by a wall with sensor lights. The breakfast is also reasonably good for the price we paid. It was 198 yuan per night when we stayed there in May 2024. The room is very clean and the water pressure in the shower is strong. There's also washing machines available for self-service laundry on the 2nd floor.

The room is clean however the air-con temperature unable to adjust might due to central unit . Press 18c also remain at 28c. The tv , eventhough already adjusted by the housekeeping staff during checkin... The next morning it came back to the same where we unable to watch the free CCTV channels. The hotel provide free buffet dinner at 7pm to 8pm. And we have hotel buffet breakfast from 8pm onwards. The dinner n breakfast is rich with varieties. The hotel also provides free transfer to Hami railway station.

This is such an unassuming place from the outside but we were very positively surprised by the room, it was clean, huge and had all the amenities anybody can hope for. The staff were kind and helpful the whole time and the location is great for travellers like us as it’s super close to the train station but also has restaurants near and a shop right at the entrance for convenience. Thanks team, we really enjoyed our stay!

Fui a buscar comida y volví al hotel que me pregunté otra vez, dijeron que lo siento, me dieron un adaptador equivocado, luego un buen adaptador, que en primer lugar cortó las salidas de energía. Entonces se tomó casi 30 minutos para reparar esto. Todo se tomó demasiado tiempo. La habitación tiene cortinas automáticas, y me disgustó que el momento en que entre en la habitación, las cortinas se abrieran automáticamente.

Location excellent. Loved the spacious room with large beds. Very clean with all amenities provided. Beautiful view of the city from the 13th floor. Loved the decor. Bathroom was large.staff was super friendly and efficient. They patiently helped with translatios and queries. Helped book taxis. Also the staff offered and we got a free tax to the train station i ride to the train station. Loved the decor of the entire hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Salí de la autopista en la primera parada en Xinjiang y quería ir al lugar panorámico de Daidao. Encontré esta tienda cercana que es muy buena. El hotel recién inaugurado es muy rentable. He lavado toda mi ropa durante unos días. Se lo recomiendo a mis amigos que vienen a Xinjiang para viajes sin conductor. Decent affordable hotel suitable for foreigners. Staff were very friendly although they could not speak English. Only downside is that it is a bit far from the train station and historic sites in the city.
