HUGE room and everything was sparkling clean. Towels were super high quality and I felt like I was in a 5 star SPA when I got out of the shower. If you're coming to Hami, you MUST stay here.

The hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. Also the staff offered and we got a free tax to the train station i ride to the train station. Loved the decor of the entire hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
