Hoteles en Hami con desayuno

On my road trip from Shanghai to Urumqi, this was BY FAR the best stay I had. I was originally only going to book one night, but it was so incredible that I stayed once more. HUGE room and everything was sparkling clean. Towels were super high quality and I felt like I was in a 5 star SPA when I got out of the shower. If you're coming to Hami, you MUST stay here.

We had the worst check in experience at this hotel, compared to all the other hotels we've stayed in for 20 days in China so far. The staff realised I'm not Chinese but insisted that I had to write the names of the cities and other information on the registration form in Chinese. I told them the information through Google translate and they looked at me dumbfounded. They didn't even make an effort to use a translator on their phone. They kept repeating the same question in Chinese and I told them I don't know. This went on for about 15 minutes. I was getting frustrated after a 420km ride but they just laughed with each other, instead of trying to make the process quicker and easier for them and us. They kept asking which city we entered China from and I showed them the entry stamp on my passport, they FINALLY READ IT PROBABLY, it was in Chinese. They all just looked at each other and laughed. It is very unprofessional. The room was clean.

設施：設施齊全，房間空間大采光好，衞生間設施齊全，乾濕分離，全天熱水供應水流大且穩定，洗凈一天的疲勞，一樓洗衣房洗衣方便，後院有專屬停車場，駕車出行十分方便。 環境：酒店裝修是全季3.0原木簡歐風格，整體簡約大氣，衞生打掃的非常乾淨，雙層加厚玻璃隔絕一切嘈雜，睡覺特別安心，周邊吃飯特別方便，大盤雞，燒烤，特色炒菜應有盡有。 服務：前台小姐姐和經理服務熱情，辦理入住快，還一直給我介紹當地特色美食和旅遊路線，讓人體會到了新疆人的熱情。 衞生：衞生打掃的特別細緻，床單被罩鋪的平平整整，窗户玻璃也是擦過的。

Decent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly. Breakfast was good, although the staff should have replenished all the items towards the end of service - there was virtually no fruit left. The differences between Atour hotels are largely around individual employees, here the reception/check in was below my expectation. No water or tea offered either. Says it all really.

Great central location, nice room despite simple reception area, clean, electric curtains. Short walk to railway station.

El desayuno y la cena estaban deliciosos, con una gran variedad de opciones, y la estancia fue muy cómoda. Xiao Ma, en recepción, nos brindó un servicio excelente y respondió pacientemente a todas nuestras preguntas.

Hotel is new, room is big and clean. But it is located in an area that is not easily accessible by foot. The didi only recognise the pickup point opposite the hotel so you may need to drag your luggage across the road. The WiFi doesn't seem to be working well. It automatically disconnects after 3 minutes.

房間挺不錯，真的很大，這個價位下來確實挺划算，房間衞生也還行，不過好多櫃子上有灰塵擦的不乾淨，另外房間提供的飲料啥的也是收費的，之前要按金，所以也就沒有交且讓保潔把收費的用品全部撤掉了，提供可以，好歹價格不要那麼高，和外面買一樣的，也會覺得你們服務確實挺周全的，但是價格提高再收按金就顯得沒格局了！

En el lado de la carretera a la Haida, hay una granja de la ciudad de Hami Cinqi, se recomienda comprarla, es mejor ir a la farmacia para comprarle unas drogas. Prepararse para la supervivencia de la carretera, el estacionamiento de la puerta se apagará cuidadosamente.
