We arrived at a small village villa in Chengdu, unsure of what to expect, and left with hearts overflowing with warmth and gratitude. In a place where no one even knew our religion, we were welcomed like family. Every greeting, every smile, every gesture radiated genuine kindness — something you rarely find in modern hotels. Jojo was the heart of that experience. She stayed with us for dinner, thoughtfully asking about our dietary needs as Muslims and ensuring every meal was prepared with care and respect. Her presence went beyond service; it was her way of making us feel truly seen, valued, and at home. Equally unforgettable was the aunty who served us with unwavering dedication and warmth. Every meal she prepared, every little detail she attended to, showed a sincerity that made us feel like part of the family. They are undeniably an asset to the homestay, and their kindness added a layer of comfort and joy that we will never forget. This homestay is spacious and ideal for Muslim travelers as well as families, offering a rare combination of comfort and authentic local hospitality. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but if you are seeking calmness and the genuine charm of Chengdu, this is the perfect place to stay. True hospitality isn’t about polished professionalism or fancy amenities — it’s about heart, authenticity, and human connection. The generosity, thoughtfulness, and warmth we experienced here are rare treasures, and the memories of this stay will remain with us forever.

We booked our stay for Chinese New Year and received a warm welcome from the very beginning. The owner and his family were very friendly and assisted us in getting settled in no time. They provided us with oranges each day and dumplings for the new year. Everyone made an effort to speak with us even though there was a language barrier and were all extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to an ancient street which contains food stalls, restaurants, stores and other attractions. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Anren!

This is such an excellent and cosy place to stay before going up to Xiling Snow Mountain! The owner is so kind and hospitable. Made sure we were comfortable, upgraded our room to a bigger one as we were large group, and ensured our breakfast served was suitable for Muslims. We can use the kitchen to cook our dinner which she gave us complimentary condiments to use. She really went out of her way to cater to our needs. Amazing views of the river from the rooms as well! Would definitely recommend staying here! Will come again

El hotel de la ciudad de Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan me ha permitido una estancia maravillosa. El equipo fue muy útil con la orientación del transporte público y podría incluso ayudar a organizar el transporte cuando fuera necesario, haciendo que los viajes sean suaves y sin estrés. Las instalaciones de primavera calientes fueron increíblemente cómodas, con instrucciones claras y amables para los visitantes de primera vez. Las habitaciones estaban insensibles y bien mantenidas, y el apoyo AI añadido hizo que la estancia fuera aún más conveniente. En general, una excelente experiencia desde el principio hasta el final.

地方不錯，離四季温泉谷就步行幾分鐘，泡温泉很方便，環境衞生乾淨，零食早餐準備的很齊全，老闆人好話不多，退房的那天要去西鄰雪山，時間很早還麻煩了老闆送我們到鎮上，但是房間空調效果不怎麼樣，不過有電熱毯還不算冷，照片忘了拍，總之在花水灣是值得選擇的

La decoración de la habitación es de hace unos 10 años, pero está bien conservada y muy limpia, con ropa de cama cómoda. El desayuno ofrece una gran variedad de opciones. A las 8:30 de la mañana, los fideos se sirvieron casi de inmediato, ya que el chef siempre tenía varios tazones listos. Las mesas también se recogían rápidamente. Cuando llegué a las 2:30 de la tarde del sábado, el estacionamiento estaba lleno. El guardia de seguridad fue muy amable y me indicó el estacionamiento cercano, donde el personal de seguridad del hotel también me ayudó a estacionar. Es evidente que, aunque el hotel es antiguo, su gestión general sigue siendo excelente. La zona de aguas termales estaba llena de gente, especialmente niños. Si le resulta ruidosa, puede intentar ir después de las 9 de la noche o a las 8:50 de la mañana. La multitud disminuye por la tarde y por la mañana, cuando están llenando el agua, está casi vacía. La piscina de agua de manantial de montaña es grande, pero el agua está un poco fría para finales de mayo/principios de junio, así que conviene ir preparado. Aun así, es muy agradable; las dos veces que fui, estaba casi vacía.

El hotel de la ciudad está situado en el centro de la ciudad, con un mercado de la mañana en la calle abajo. No hay ascensores, tuvo que llevar el equipaje por las escaleras. Las habitaciones están equipadas con calefacción e incluso con tapices calentados! El hotel ha tomado didi desde el hotel hasta el Xiling Ski Resort para RMB80 (50 + 30 extra para montañas). La abuela Chow, la asistente, fue muy útil para ofrecer servicio a pesar de la barrera lingüística.

The room was big n spacious, with 2 big beds, 2 sinks n a balcony overlooking a beautiful view. Service (housekeeping) was excellent as they attended to our requests instantaneously. The front desk staff even sent to our room homemade Ginger tea to beat our cold symptoms!  Hot spring facilities was readily available and was great! We only felt the room furniture was slightly old n TV connectivity was not great as we couldn’t get the channels up most of the time. Everything else was excellent!

Very warm welcome from some of the loveliest staff! Excellent service and very friendly. Perfect location just at the bottom of the gondola (as we wanna spend the day up the mountain but mum wasn’t really keen on staying up here as it was freezing). The hotel also has a little gym where I can keep up with my regular routine. Language barrier wasn’t a major issue as we use the translator app and the staff also tried their best to communicate to us. Perfect for family or couple that want an easy walkable access to the mountain/gondola. Would definitely comeback here again for skiing next time!

En general, muy satisfecho, el jefe es muy entusiasta y otros servicios también están muy bien. Hay un buen gato en la tienda ~ Si no es conveniente para empezar, hay transporte, aunque necesita pago adicional, pero el precio es muy justo, no como algunos empezar, y tienes que pagar el doble. Este hotel está muy cerca de la montaña anterior, muy conveniente, hay un gran número de ocultos en el camino de todo el cuerpo, puede ir a la montaña anterior el primer día y después el día siguiente.
