Jojo was the heart of that experience. She stayed with us for dinner, thoughtfully asking about our dietary needs as Muslims and ensuring every meal was prepared with care and respect. Her presence went beyond service; it was her way of making us feel truly seen, valued, and at home. Equally unforgettable was the aunty who served us with unwavering dedication and warmth. Every meal she prepared, every little detail she attended to, showed a sincerity that made us feel like part of the family. They are undeniably an asset to the homestay, and their kindness added a layer of comfort and joy that we will never forget. This homestay is spacious and ideal for Muslim travelers as well as families, offering a rare combination of comfort and authentic local hospitality. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but if you are seeking calmness and the genuine charm of Chengdu, this is the perfect place to stay. True hospitality isn’t about polished professionalism or fancy amenities — it’s about heart, authenticity, and human connection. This is such an excellent and cosy place to stay before going up to Xiling Snow Mountain! The owner is so kind and hospitable. Made sure we were comfortable, upgraded our room to a bigger one as we were large group, and ensured our breakfast served was suitable for Muslims. We can use the kitchen to cook our dinner which she gave us complimentary condiments to use. She really went out of her way to cater to our needs. Amazing views of the river from the rooms as well! Would definitely recommend staying here! Will come again

Acabo de terminar mi estancia en este hotel y debo decir que ha superado mis expectativas más que cualquier otra experiencia reciente. Desde el momento de la llegada, cada detalle refleja el cuidado y la atención del hotel. Las habitaciones del hotel están diseñadas con amplias vistas, con paisajes urbanos o de jardines pintorescos a través de las ventanas de piso a techo. La ropa de cama es suave y cómoda, e incluso la selección del minibar muestra un toque de consideración. Aprecio especialmente la atención del hotel a los detalles: el aislamiento acústico es excelente, el sistema inteligente de iluminación y cortinas es conveniente, e incluso la ubicación de los enchufes está pensada para la comodidad del usuario. Las aguas termales privadas ofrecen una excelente privacidad y confort. El personal es atento y eficiente, y se forma un grupo de servicio privado para atender a los huéspedes. Lo que más me impresionó fue que, después de hacer el check-out, me di cuenta de que las gafas de mi hijo se habían quedado en la habitación. Contacté con el personal del hotel para que me ayudaran a buscarlas, y una vez encontradas, se encargaron de enviármelas de inmediato. Un aplauso por el servicio. Ya lo he recomendado a varios amigos y espero volver a alojarme aquí pronto.

La habitación es tan espaciosa para 4 de nosotros (2 niños /2 adultos) las mejores cosas son la cama con calefacción y lana para asegurarnos de que estamos calentados porque el tiempo aquí es super frío. También me encanta el cómodo sofá proporcionado y puedo relajarme y hacer mi trabajo usando el portátil. El hotel también nos ha prestado un calefactor adicional y tan generoso nos ofrece una naranja. La mejor parte es que puedo poner mi equipaje en la recepción mientras subo a Xiling Mountain. Puedes pedir al hotel que ayude a reservar el billete de autobús de vuelta a Chengdu. Abra la ventana y sólo asegure la ventana de la red para que pueda disfrutar del clima frío y apasionado. Sente tan bendito disfrutar de la naturaleza de Dios aquí. En general, recomendé muy este alojamiento. Así relajado y tranquilo.. El único sonido que puedo oír es mi niños enrojeciendo 😜🤣

I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

El lugar es bueno, a unos minutos a pie de la canyon caliente de las cuatro temporadas, el caliente es muy conveniente, la higiene ambiental es limpia, el desayuno de pastel está preparado muy completo, el jefe no habla mucho bien, el día de la salida va a la montaña negra occidental, el tiempo todavía nos ha molestado el jefe para enviarnos a la ciudad, Pero el aire acondicionado no es muy eficaz, pero hay calefacción eléctrica no es frío. Las fotos se olvidan de hacerlo. En definitiva, vale la pena elegir en la bahía de flores

Quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia en el hotel con nuestros hijos. El hotel ofrecía diversas actividades, como aguas termales, piscina y una excursión para pescar peces saltarines organizada por el propio hotel. Nuestros dos hijos pasaron todo el día allí y aún querían más. La recepcionista fue muy amable; nos dio una habitación superior por viajar con niños. Todo el personal del hotel fue excelente y sin duda volveremos a alojarnos en este hotel.

El hotel de la ciudad está situado en el centro de la ciudad, con un mercado de la mañana en la calle abajo. No hay ascensores, tuvo que llevar el equipaje por las escaleras. Las habitaciones están equipadas con calefacción e incluso con tapices calentados! El hotel ha tomado didi desde el hotel hasta el Xiling Ski Resort para RMB80 (50 + 30 extra para montañas). La abuela Chow, la asistente, fue muy útil para ofrecer servicio a pesar de la barrera lingüística.

Very nice hotel. Need to take cable from bottom of the mountain (self pay). Luggage transporting up to hotel another payment of CNY10 each luggage. Service is fast. Check in experience is fast too. Requested go extra bed in the room, was inform they only do once a day so need to check availablilty. After checking, they mention can be done. It was place in our room after we came back from dinner. Environment is very nice. Bathroom flooring is heated too. Our room is using the overhead projector to see TV program. Internet not really stable therefore the tv projector sometimes get hang. One day before we checkout of the hotel, the projector is not able to off therefore we have no choice but to sleep with it on (not having a good night sleep fo that day). However, their service to your request is good. No phone in the room as you use WeChat to call for their room service. Overall, this hotel has a good location, good service and nice environment.
