TThe beautiful world¡Oye! ¡Sólo tuve la experiencia más sorprendente 5-night de estancia en casa que no puedo esperar para contarte! Esta joya oculta es una perfecta mezcla de belleza natural y lujo moderno. La casa está rodeada de colinas y bosques verdes, con vistas apasionantes que le dejarán en pavor. Además, las zonas de altura son perfectas para relajarse y la iluminación nocturna crea una atmósfera tan romántica y acogedora, pero lo que realmente hizo esta estadía inolvidable fue la increíble hospitalización de los personales. Ellos fueron más arriba y más allá para hacernos sentir en casa y cuidar de nosotros. Su calor, su bondad y su verdadera preocupación por nuestro bienestar tocaron profundamente nuestros corazones. Al final de nuestra estadía, sentían como familia para nosotros. Los vínculos que hemos creado con estas personas sorprendentes permanecerán con nosotros para siempre, y no podemos esperar a visitarlos de nuevo pronto. Confía en mí, este lugar no es sólo una visita de la belleza, sino también para las personas maravillosas que lo hacen realmente especial!

UUsuario anónimoFrom the moment I stepped into this hotel, my amazing journey began. They greeted me with refreshing fruit tea and drove me to my room. Thanks for the upgrade! The view from my room is incredible.
And let’s not forget our amazing housekeeper, Miya. She made everything so smooth and always met our needs. She booked cars for us, arranged a spa day, took care of our food, and did everything else.
The spa is a must-try! Room number 2 has a truly amazing view. But the most incredible experience was the firefly release ceremony. As we walked to the center of the island, they provided drinks and food, and the music played. We released all these beautiful fireflies, and it was an unforgettable moment.
I’m so sorry I didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the other activities and explore the whole island. I’ll definitely come back and explore next time. This place is truly deserving of a longer stay.

Hhkjgy99¡Madre mía! Es casi un evento anual, y nos vamos otra vez (el año pasado a la zona de VOCO), ¡este año un poco más al sur! La experiencia en general fue genial, ¡así que usaré mis ”tres criterios” para evaluarla! Primero, el ”ambiente”: realmente se sentía como un hotel resort, con comodidades para familias, un ambiente relajante y las características operativas de un hotel completo (incluyendo pequeños paquetes turísticos), ¡incluso el ”fragancia” en el vestíbulo, jaja! Segundo, la ”atención”, especialmente la ”respuesta de servicio” atenta y meticulosa del servicio al cliente ”Zhou Zhou” (Qi Qi), ¡me sentí como en casa! Tercero, la ”justicia”: hay un descuento para estancias consecutivas, ¡lo cual es realmente ”genial”, jeje! En resumen: instalaciones bien, limpieza bien, ambiente bien, servicio bien… ¡Volveré!

CChris BrightonHotel is in a good location near the lake and docks for boat trips. It has a good sized pool but limited sun loungers. There’s a bit of building work going on around which disrupts the views and makes it noisy. We booked a lake view room but couldn’t see the lake because of the work going on. They did upgrade us to the executive suite which was very large. The problem was the AC was weak making the room warm and there’d been a water leak causing a stain on the ceiling. I’d not be happy if I paid for the room but the upgrade allowed us a great lake view. The breakfast is good if you like Chinese style food but not very western. Overall I’d stay again but choose a different room as the benefit is the location and the good sized pool.

Yyadoou就性價比而言，在千島湖這個價位應該是無懈可擊了，內部設施完善配套齊全，衞生做的也非常好，停車也方便，那天早餐因有團體人數眾多，餐廳也很及時的補充食物，總之吃得飽。唯獨一點，千島湖非常大，若活動範圍不在青溪，啤酒小鎮附近的話，這裏去中心湖區還要十幾公里，加上假日車多，交通時間比較長。

UUsuario invitadoWe chose this hotel primarily for its promise of a secluded, nature-connected experience and its on-site hot springs—a perfect antidote to busy city life.
The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed.
The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety.
Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for.
Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding.
I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully.

This hotel 🏨 is GORGEOUS. Absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t decide which photos to use for my photoshoot because there are so many great pictures. The hotel is perfect for instagram or social media.
The service 👨✈️ was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
The food 🍱 was delicious! There are many different choices and set options. We especially loved the fried pork.
Negatives: 😕
Location 📍you can’t hike or explore anywhere around this hotel. You are essentially stuck to this property. All activities are at least 30min-2 hour drive away.
Room design 🛏️ I included this in the photos, the bed is on a wooden stand with sharp edges and it’s very easily to run into it and forget it’s there. My bf and I both hit our shins pretty hard on it, it was painful.
Drinks🥂 it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy some cocktails or champagne with this view, but you are limited to beer 🍺 only. Just bottled Budweiser and Tsingtao.
Overall, I’d stay again if I wanted to relax in peace for the weekend. Bring your own alcohol.
