非常放鬆的一家民宿，衞生條件也很好，整體的裝修是波西米亞風的，能看出來老闆非常用心的挑了自己喜歡的傢俱搭配到房間裏面，甚至燈光都是精心設計過的，房間的陽台能拍到月亮和星空，還可以拍月亮下山的延時攝影 服務方面也很貼心，我是晚上11點到的，民宿的小哥主動出來到停車場幫我拿行李，我第二天早上因為要去做滑翔傘起的比較早，提前跟小哥説好，他們也會在正常早餐時間段之前為我提供早餐，這點也很好。 午飯需要吃什麼在微信管家羣裏面説一聲。都會有人幫忙安排好，咖啡也很好喝 另外就是這一家店的地理位置也不錯，高鐵站出來開車20分鐘差不多就到了。配套的滑翔傘套餐的確是比到滑翔傘店內買以及網上買要便宜大概200左右，酒店開車到滑翔傘的地方也差不多十幾分鍾。往另外一個方向開車，5分鐘左右能看到荷花池，不過那個荷花池沒有什麼親水平台，不太好拍人像照片，拍一拍荷花還是不錯的 送的漂流這次沒有體驗，但是我看了一眼，開車也是差不多10多分鐘 周圍景色都很好，路況也很好。整個環境也比較安靜，是性價比很高的民宿了

Our stay at Ahn Lanh was truly excellent. The service was very good and highly personalized, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. The resort’s greenery and gardening are outstanding. The entire property feels peaceful and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere that blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. There are also many included activities that add real value to the stay, such as cycling, painting, leaf stamping, swimming, yoga, and much more, so there is always something enjoyable to do. A special thanks to Leo, the manager, who was always available and incredibly helpful with all our requests. Communication was effortless, with everything handled within seconds via WeChat, which made the experience smooth and stress free. We would also like to give special thanks to 小花 at the Chinese restaurant for the top tier service. Her professionalism and attentiveness made every meal a pleasure. The food across the resort restaurants is great, with both Chinese and Western options available. The breakfast is also very good, offering a nice mix that caters to different tastes. Overall, Ahn Lanh delivers an exceptional experience with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and high quality dining. We would gladly return and highly recommend it.

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

The Hilton hotel is a spacious and family friendly hotel. It is clean and well maintained with friendly staff. When you first arrive you feel welcomed and treated warmly by staff members. They are patient and offer to carry your things and help you navigate the very design of the hotel. This is not to any detriment to the hotel itself but merely a result of the many offerings it has such as a hall for hosting private functions and events, 2 restaurants and the recreational area. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean with a nice shower and toilet. Our room was graciously upgraded and it came with a bath tub and lake view. The two restaurants are Taste (Asian cuisine) and Eatzy café and bistro. The meals in Taste are generally delicious and packed full of flavour. We ate there twice and while it was excellent I would say it was a bit pricey. The portion sizes are decent but there are some inconsistencies with the quality. That I believe was either due to them being very busy when we revisited. The venue and decor are quite beautiful. The staff at the restaurant are very accommodating and friendly always willing to help. There is a sauna and steam room available in the men and women's locker room for the pool area. Only the indoor pool was available at the time and it was fine though I wished the outdoor pool and bar was open. Sadly it was closed indefinitely. The hotel has some comfortable areas outside to relax around and enjoy. I also noticed little things like extra towels not available in the change room and within the 40 minutes of using the sauna, I wasn't able to ask for a new towel to shower. There is a little beach volleyball area with white sand and shaded cabana like areas for your family and friends to sit and enjoy. Just below the hotel is a Waterpark which has many activities like wakeboarding, paddle and electric boats and more. I felt that it was far too pricey per person. As hotel guest, there should have been a discount. It seems at every turn there is a charge for little things around the hotel that makes it a bit disheartening at times.

A la ventana, el lago se pone en el fondo. Higiene: ambiente limpio en el interior y el exterior, alojamiento cómodo y acogedor. Servicio: ¡Muchas gracias, ¡director! ¡Muchas gracias, el servicio es muy amable y atento, tanto el día como la noche, y con la urgencia, para resolver el problema en tiempo oportuno, vamos a pasar cinco días en el lago de Milli Island.

Being A trip.com influencer here is my personal experience and opinion don’t waste your money The gym is not working The picture they uploaded is so old they don’t have this facility now for hot air balloon vouchers you need to pay more attention at least 250 yuan and for other voucher you can you one ride from three i prefer banana boat ride But there are lot of reasons that this hotel not suitable you can choose other better i also regret but overall Trip.com help and support me a lot i am really thankful for them The last some pictures i uploaded as reference they don’t have those things available even they have they say no and they try to charge money on each things Here below i explain each thing in details Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the service. As an international traveler, I found communication quite difficult. The staff spoke very limited English, and even though I can communicate in Chinese, it was still difficult to understand their accent and get clear information. I often had to ask the same question several times before receiving a helpful response. Another issue was that many services were not explained properly. The hotel provides transportation to different facilities, such as the swimming pool and other attractions within the resort, but no one clearly explained how it worked. I had to figure everything out on my own, which was frustrating. The barbecue experience was also disappointing. Although the hotel provided vouchers, we still had to pay additional fees to use the barbecue area, even though we brought our own meat and ingredients. At first, the staff said there was no available space, but after repeatedly asking, they eventually arranged it. I felt the staff were not very proactive or accommodating, and guests should not have to keep insisting to receive assistance. The location is another factor to consider. The resort is quite far from the main tourist attractions around Qiandao Lake, so you should expect to spend extra time and money on taxis if you plan to explore the area. If sightseeing is your priority, I would recommend staying closer to the main attractions instead. Overall, while the rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, and facilities were good, the service significantly affected my experience. I even contacted Trip.com customer service regarding my concerns. Personally, I don’t feel the current 9.2 rating reflects the overall guest experience, mainly because of the lack of communication and customer service. If you’re a foreign traveler, especially someone who doesn’t speak Chinese, I would recommend considering other accommodation options with more international-friendly service. Overall Rating: 4/10

The hotel is located in the best spot in the town, so you you'll find it very convenient roaming around from here. The place is surrounded by the best fish restaurants. There's a bike rental right in front of the hotel. The room was clean is spacious. The shower is awesome in case you need to warm yourself up real quick after a winter walk. I strongly recommend to you to get a round corner room (ours was 2607) with the city view, in this case you'll have a purely magnificent panoramic view on the mountain valley to the Sunset side + city with the night city lights + a part of the lake (check out the photos). The service was great. They brought us fruit as a Chinese New Year gift. We had a late train back to Hangzhou and the weather was nasty outside, they agreed to let us stay until 20:00 for half the price. The TV had a lot of movies in English, so it was great too. Breakfast was a typical Chinese one, but I found something for myself as well and it was enough. The mini fridge was removed from the room for some weird reason, as I understand, since there's a place for it, but that's not a big deal. We had an awesome time staying here and definitely will come here again soon!

Jiangnan es hermoso y el paisaje me resulta familiar. Las flores del río son más rojas que el fuego al amanecer, y el agua es verde como el azul en primavera. ¡Cómo no recordar Jiangnan! Siento un cariño inquebrantable por Hangzhou. Por eso, este año organicé una visita al lago Qiandao para volver a contemplar el hermoso paisaje de Jiangnan, ¡que es majestuoso y magnífico! A orillas del lago, entre pequeños puentes y aguas fluidas, llegamos al hotel donde nos alojamos, el Hotel Yinju. Este hotel se encuentra a orillas del lago Qiandao. Es tranquilo y cómodo, y el servicio es cálido. Me permitió experimentar la amabilidad y sencillez de la gente de Jiangnan. Dormí más de 10 horas en este hotel como si estuviera en casa. Me brindó un ambiente seguro, cálido y confortable. ¡Gracias a todo el personal del hotel y les deseo un buen viaje y mucha salud!

El hotel también cuenta con un mostrador de información turística donde las entradas para las atracciones son más baratas que online. Es muy cómodo para todo tipo de desplazamientos. ¡El desayuno tiene mucha variedad! ¡Volvería si tengo la oportunidad!

We chose this hotel primarily for its promise of a secluded, nature-connected experience and its on-site hot springs—a perfect antidote to busy city life. The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed. The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety. Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for. Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding. I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully.
