¡Madre mía! Es casi un evento anual, y nos vamos otra vez (el año pasado a la zona de VOCO), ¡este año un poco más al sur! La experiencia en general fue genial, ¡así que usaré mis ”tres criterios” para evaluarla! Primero, el ”ambiente”: realmente se sentía como un hotel resort, con comodidades para familias, un ambiente relajante y las características operativas de un hotel completo (incluyendo pequeños paquetes turísticos), ¡incluso el ”fragancia” en el vestíbulo, jaja! Segundo, la ”atención”, especialmente la ”respuesta de servicio” atenta y meticulosa del servicio al cliente ”Zhou Zhou” (Qi Qi), ¡me sentí como en casa! Tercero, la ”justicia”: hay un descuento para estancias consecutivas, ¡lo cual es realmente ”genial”, jeje! En resumen: instalaciones bien, limpieza bien, ambiente bien, servicio bien… ¡Volveré!

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, my amazing journey began. They greeted me with refreshing fruit tea and drove me to my room. Thanks for the upgrade! The view from my room is incredible. And let’s not forget our amazing housekeeper, Miya. She made everything so smooth and always met our needs. She booked cars for us, arranged a spa day, took care of our food, and did everything else. The spa is a must-try! Room number 2 has a truly amazing view. But the most incredible experience was the firefly release ceremony. As we walked to the center of the island, they provided drinks and food, and the music played. We released all these beautiful fireflies, and it was an unforgettable moment. I’m so sorry I didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the other activities and explore the whole island. I’ll definitely come back and explore next time. This place is truly deserving of a longer stay.

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and can confidently give it a full 5-star review. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Luby and Jayiyn for their outstanding service. They were incredibly attentive, helpful, and always made sure that everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their warm attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. The hotel itself is excellent — the rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The facilities are top quality, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious. Every detail is well thought out, making it absolutely worth every penny. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium experience with amazing staff. I will definitely come back again.

Este hotel es un hotel con tarjeta por tres años consecutivos, y los animales son amigables. También nos ha actualizado la habitación gratis y el entorno ecológico del hotel es excelente. Alojarse con billetes para enviar el mundo del agua feliz, los niños están muy felices de jugar. Antes de quedarse, el hotel confirmó que llevamos nuestras propias cajas, queríamos tener un muslo, y arregló la construcción de la fachada exterior, porque el tiempo es demasiado caliente, nos ayudó a pasar al restaurante, dos aire acondicionado se abre, me siento muy bien. También trajo amigos durante dos años consecutivos, muy recomendado este hotel.

El hotel está situado en el mejor lugar de la ciudad, por lo que se encuentra muy conveniente itinerante desde aquí. El lugar está rodeado por los mejores restaurantes de pescado. Hay un alquiler de bicicleta justo delante del hotel. La habitación es limpia y es espaciosa. Le recomiendo encarecidamente que tenga una habitación de cuerno redondo (nuestra era 2607) con vistas a la ciudad, en este caso tendrá una vista panorámica puramente magnífica sobre el valle de la montaña al lado del sol + ciudad con luces de la ciudad de la noche + parte del lago (ver las fotos). El servicio era excelente. Tenemos un tren tarde de vuelta a Hangzhou y el tiempo fuera fue horrible, acordaron que nos dejaran quedar hasta las 20:00 por la mitad del precio. La TV tenía muchos cines en inglés, así que también fue genial. El mini frigorífico fue retirado del cuarto por alguna razón extraña, como entiendo, ya que hay un lugar para él, pero eso no es mucho. ¡Tenemos un momento maravilloso para quedarse aquí y definitivamente volveremos pronto!

Jiangnan es hermoso y el paisaje me resulta familiar. Las flores del río son más rojas que el fuego al amanecer, y el agua es verde como el azul en primavera. ¡Cómo no recordar Jiangnan! Siento un cariño inquebrantable por Hangzhou. Por eso, este año organicé una visita al lago Qiandao para volver a contemplar el hermoso paisaje de Jiangnan, ¡que es majestuoso y magnífico! A orillas del lago, entre pequeños puentes y aguas fluidas, llegamos al hotel donde nos alojamos, el Hotel Yinju. Este hotel se encuentra a orillas del lago Qiandao. Es tranquilo y cómodo, y el servicio es cálido. Me permitió experimentar la amabilidad y sencillez de la gente de Jiangnan. Dormí más de 10 horas en este hotel como si estuviera en casa. Me brindó un ambiente seguro, cálido y confortable. ¡Gracias a todo el personal del hotel y les deseo un buen viaje y mucha salud!

這次是經朋友推薦藉端午節假期去這家民宿度假的。設施衞生特別是環境都很好，三天沒遇見一個蚊子説起來也是難以置信了。阿姨小妹特別是叫阿健的小哥哥服務主動熱情周到細緻，五星好評。但作為度假感受的重要因素，吃，是一個非常重要的事情，因為民宿在山坳裏，所以不外出的話一日三餐幾乎都要在民宿解決。吃在千島湖，第一選很多人都會選擇魚頭湯，之前每次去千島湖都會吃魚頭湯的，這次當然也是為了這一口去的吧。於是到的當晚就預點了民宿最貴的魚頭湯288元，等我們到餐廳的時候預訂的菜已經擺在桌子上了（圖一是當晚的魚頭湯），看得出不是完整的魚頭且明顯感覺性價比不高的食材，沒有一點點輔料，當時提出了疑問，在沒有得到滿意答覆之後勉強用完了魚頭湯，沒有一個划水腦花也是少的可憐，體驗可想而知了。回房後想想還是跟店方提出了交涉，最後為了不影響後面度假時間的心情不很情願的接受了“八折優惠”。“魚頭湯事件”嚴重影響了我們的度假體驗，就這一點給予差評！希望以後能改進吧！！（圖二是第二天晚上鄰桌上的同樣的魚頭湯，看得出是比較完整的魚頭。圖三是去二十多公裡外的鎮上某店家188元的魚頭湯）

It’s really awesome place for couples , i had a great time there with good services, they treated me very nice especially Xiao Hu , she’s fantastic girl, she prepared everything for me and my wife , for our anniversary day ♥️♥️ i really recommend everyone to visit it and have a warm holiday there 🥰🥰

Positives: 😁 This hotel 🏨 is GORGEOUS. Absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t decide which photos to use for my photoshoot because there are so many great pictures. The hotel is perfect for instagram or social media. The service 👨✈️ was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The food 🍱 was delicious! There are many different choices and set options. We especially loved the fried pork. Negatives: 😕 Location 📍you can’t hike or explore anywhere around this hotel. You are essentially stuck to this property. All activities are at least 30min-2 hour drive away. Room design 🛏️ I included this in the photos, the bed is on a wooden stand with sharp edges and it’s very easily to run into it and forget it’s there. My bf and I both hit our shins pretty hard on it, it was painful. Drinks🥂 it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy some cocktails or champagne with this view, but you are limited to beer 🍺 only. Just bottled Budweiser and Tsingtao. Overall, I’d stay again if I wanted to relax in peace for the weekend. Bring your own alcohol.
